Ex-President Villone, who served as President Chiefy's Major of State, or Vice President, and then took over as President after Chiefy was killed in a terrorist attack by Terror of the World, is now leading a rebellion in ViZion.

The rebellion is taking place in the south-western part of the Angolian state of ViZion. Four coastal towns, all connected to eachother, have taken up arms are are determined to follow Villone, who has been dubbed Czar Villone. These people seem to have been brainwashed into hatred for the ViZionarian flag, government, and its own citizens who do not follow them. They have begun barricading their towns into a single, small, walled city. The military base located in one of the towns was taken over by force from insiders, and those men and women have not been heard from since.

We are worried they may begin to go offensive. We call upon our allies to prepare in the event they launch any attacks against ViZionarian government facilities, or allied embassies.

While we can crush them easily, we are taking this matter seriously and being careful, as we do not know how many of the people inside these makeshift walls are still loyal to ViZion, and how many innocent are held captive.

The United Imperium of Crossman condemns "Czar" Villone's taking advantage of the situtuation in ViZion. The Imperium wishes ViZion luck in stopping this rebellion and offers our help if it is needed.

Today, Villone has declared that they will be expanding, and will be forming their own nation. Citizens across ViZion are protesting this move. Seven have been killed by hostile fire from the rebels as they protested just outside the walls of their city, which they have named Villone City.

They have also announced that those that they cannot convert to becoming their own after seven days of capture will be tortured to death. Also, most of the military personel that have captured after taking over Fort Barg have been publically flogged, and the weapons will be used to fight. That includes three M1A2 tanks.

The United Imperium of Crossman demands the immediate end to all cruelty by Villone's forces or face Crossmanian intervention with ViZion's permission.

The room was quiet, save for the soft hum of a climate control unit somewhere in the dim expanses of the building. On the high ceiling shadows played restlessly, untouched by the glow of fluorescent lights and chandeliers hanging below. From other reports that I have read, the base is near to completion.

From over the wall, four missiles were launched. Their target: Angola City, only 33 miles north along the coast. Population was four million.

There was almost no time to warn the people of the city. Within a moment, the missiles slammed into the densely built and populated downtown, tearing down multiple high-rise office building and hotels as if they were made out of paper, and a book was dropped on them.

In the ruins lay six inner-city schools, many businesses, and multiple hotels in the middle of a busy work day.

The cowardly attack on Angola City is a sign of the rebels will to slaughter for the sake of it. We urge the people of ViZion to have heart, and hope the government responds to this attack with enough force to move a mountain.

Our small naval detachment stands ready to enter the region, if the President wishes so.

Upon take-off, his plane exploded, much like that of the late President Maybury. Taking over to replace Villian is Joe Delain, a far right General-turned-Chief Justice. He is set to be sworn in within moments.

Lieutenant General Warren Dean Flanders sat in his office as he chatted over the phone with the newly elected President of the Canadian Republic, Iris Ryan. He nodded and he knew the Executive Orders that have been handed down to him. His eyes were paying attention to the small fourteen inch television set as he watched the horrific scene in Angola City.

"Yes, Madame President. I'll deploy our forces into Angola and not to spread our forces across the African plains here. We'll send out aircraft to conduct reconnaisance to pinpoint possible stragetic locales where Czar Villone maybe in hiding for the time being."

The South Pacific condemns both the attack on Angola City and the assassination of President Villian.

Like other nations we too are concerned about the escalation on the ground in Angola. These attacks demonstrate the terrorists are killing just for the sake of killing.

The 1st Fleet is ordered back to Haughey in case of a pre-emptive attack by Yerengovich. The use of Ajax bombers and Special Forces still lay on the table.

Orders have been handed down by now-President Delain for total destruction of the hostile city. We are calling upon 26 M1A2 tanks, four B-52 bombers, 45 F-22's, and an unlisted number of missiles to be launched from both ground and air. The attacks upon Angola City are not to be tolerated.

Addressing concerns about hostages and those inside the walls who do not support the rebellion being killed in these attacks, as well as the unprecidented idea of orders being handed down to attack ViZionarian land, he said only this, "Look here! ((OOC: To Haughay, while your intentions and general theory are more or less solid, your execution and knowledge of the exact detail is a bit flawed. Of course interception of messages is possible and the attempt to do so is by all means likely, however owing to the nature of modern cipher technology, particularly the one-time pad ciphers that most professional and state analysts have claimed to be completely unbreakable, decrypting a message such as the one you cited is going to be extremely difficult and time consuming if not impossible.

The non-commisioned officer shot at the lock of the door as it blasted inward as he stood to the side as the other guy threw the stun grenade into the door, as pebbles exploded, hitting anyone in the first room.

The quiet sound of the router hovered over the airspace of Angola City as two Canadian Forces MH-47E SOA (Special Operation Aircraft) quickly went overhead of the rebel occupied city below. One of them was carrying Special Forces Personnel with a HMMWV M1114; the other carried two LAV-300s.

One of the Chinook Helicopters stopped as the repel ropes dropped down to the ground quickly, within seconds the first group of four members of the Special Forces team repelled down the ropes quickly as they crouched at four corners of the drop zone to secure the area as they armed themselves with various types of primary weaponry, H&K MP-5N 9mm sub-machinegun and the M4 Carbine with its multiple modulations.

Within five minutes the Special Forces Team were in their positions as the helicopter that made their drop successful quickly took off.

As the men got off the boat, a piece of paper was handed over to the armed guards that read "^%$#@&*98". "So, where is it?" one of the men asked, dressed in all-black armor from head to toe.

An explosion lit up the sky over the town of Zulu. The rebels had set fire to a gas station. Within moments, six other gas stations were ablaze. The rebels hoped to burn down the city.

While some rebels were busy setting fire to those stations, others were busy forcing their way into homes and businesses, killing those that resisted and capturing those who didn't.

Watching the monitor displaying the incomming news, the Dark Council of Monsteria and the Great Dark One mumbled with eachother at how pleased they were with these Villonites.

"Look at them go! They're not even stopping for those Canadian commandoes." said one dark council member, in between eating a bag of popcorn.

"I must say, I'm slightly disapointed with their treatment of those they've captured. I was given to expect them to be executing even those they captured" piped another.

"Oh, give them a little credit. They're probably going to brainwash them into servitude or for use in experimentation, just like we do with illegal imigrants." argued yet another, who was wearing a party favor hat, appropriately black for the Dark Council's dress code.

"In any case, we still have yet to hear back from them or even their allies if they wish to make arangements for use of our mercinary forces." The voice of the Great Dark One brought silence to the light revelry to the Council was enjoying till now. It was not because the Great Dark One's voice was deep and omnious, or even sythasized to sound so. Instead there was something cold and heartless about the words that could make kind hearted people feel like falling to their knees and weep. He had been working for months to perfect it. "What word on how we will be able to get into their war zone to deliver the troops should they take us up on our offer?"

"Well Lord, due to the large blockade around the entrance to the mediteranian from CAD and its allies against Vision, and the blockades set up to keep everything from going in by various forces supporting Vision against factionalism I would say that we would never get any boats close to Villone." The council listened to the speaking member, knowing that their navy was comparatively small for a large island nation, and what ships they did have were mostly for their home theatre in the Pacific. "From what the generals have told me, our best bet would be to do quick airlifts of troops via our heavy troop chopperts. We have them slip into Villone, deliver troops, and slip out, hopefully undetected."

The Dark Council seemed a little uneasy with the idea. There were two helecopter models that were used for troop transport, one the Dark Iron Fist Class that was for quick tactical movements of squads and a large one for strategetic movements across long distances, the Hastur Class. The DIF had moderate countermeasures against radar detection but the Hastur class would likely be the one that would have the fuel reserves for whatever take off point they could find near Villone. The Council's unease with the thought of sending the troops this way was not due to the thought of loosing possibly thousands of soldiers in transit, as the mercinary forces were considered to have expended their use to Monsteria at the time of their purpose but the thought of loss of military equiptment, which the Council would have to appropriate from the regular military.

The Great Dark One did not seem overly concerned. "This will do should they order troops in small or even moderately sized numbers. Continue to look for other routes as the situation progresses though. Perhaps these Villonites can show their metal and give us an access point."
