The Grand Coalition is pleased to announcethe opening of the World Development Bank.
After taking so, so much from the community, I wish to announce the opening of the WDB, a bank designed for lending money at low interest to nations who need more money.

The WDB offers loans for the development of small nations (under 100mil) at very low interest rates (0.2% per billion). We also offer bank accounts for all.

MAXIMUM LOANS:
6-9mil: $2 billion
10-19mil: $10 billion
20-29mil: $18 billion
30-39mil: $25 billion
40-69mil: $30 billion
70-99mil: $50 billion

Loans can be used for any purpose, although other favours may be obtained from Ankhmet if the loan will be spend on developing your country's civilian infrastructure.

This is not necessary. Money diverted from Ankhmeti Social Security, Trade and Industry will be funding lending. Until it is at a point Ankhmet can no longer handle lending, it will be done internally.
