Calling All Allies [Request For Condemption]

I call upon you, my allies, for one reason. The region of Paradise of the German Army, which has upwards of 30 nations in it, has threatened the region of Tera Nova, a far smaller region of five nations. These threats come unwarrented and unnecessary. The threat: Imperialistic invasion into Tera Nova and its nations.
I wish to call upon you, brothers in arms, to condemn the region of Paradise of the German Army. Let it be known that these actions will not go without retaliation. An eye for an eye, a life for a life, a nation for a nation.

OOC: They may outnumber you in terms of number of nations, but you have them vastly outnumbered in terms of population. I don't think it would be much of a fight.

OOC: Oh, yes, I know that... But basically I want to ICly get the point across that they know who they will be fighting if they decide to invade... and hell, I wont even be condemning my allies from taking over their land if these guys invade, lol... :-p But ya, 30 nations, half of which are 1-2 billion pop... that adds up... so calling upon a few larger allies...

The President wrote this response with the Secretary of State and the Secretary of National Defense along with the Members of the Joint Chiefs.

The Canadian Republic stands firmly with our allies to condemn your horrific threats of war against the nations of Terra Nova. We will support and join a military action againsts you if needed.
The Federal Republic of Canada frowns upon nations of the world that continue to use forms of imperialism to build up their attributes of natural resources, and personnel supplies for your front lines in your form of aggression.
THIS IS AN ULTIMATUM:
THE PARADISE OF THE GERMAN ARMY
MUST STAND DOWN YOUR IMPERIAL CONQUEST OF THE NATIONS OF TERRA NOVA;
IF THE GOVERNMENTS OF THE PARADISE OF THE GERMAN ARMY SHOULD NOT STAND DOWN; THE ALLIES OF THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENT AND THE MILITARY ALLIANCES THAT WE ARE INVOLVED WITH WILL DECLARE WAR ON YOU FOR YOUR HOSTILE ACTIONS TAKEN AGAINST THESE PEACEFUL STATES.
THE CANADIAN REPUBLIC RECOGNIZES THAT THE NATIONS OF TERRA NOVA ARE FULLY SOVEREIGN;
THEREFORE A HOSTILE ATTACK WILL MEAN THAT WE ARE AT WAR.
