it's his nation let him rule it as he pleases. you may request that he changes but it is his decision.
I may not like how he runs his nation, but I don't want useless war to take over the situation! if you invade his nation I will see to it that my armys are there to stop you. though I would much rather this end in a civelized manner

Following the analysis of your nation's Defense budget, using NSEconomy, we, the Emperor of Melek Taus, would like to say you have quite a pathetic army. With only 31billion a year spent on your ENTIRE military force, your army alone of 2 million atleast must be POORLY equiped and trained, and your transport system for them must be a SHAMBLES, otherwise, how the heck did you afford to get 2 million soldiers with that budget?
We, on the other hand, have a military budget of 574 Billion a year. Most of this goes toward a very powerfull and large navy. We shll provide links to the information as proof of our words, and declare that if you threaten any more nations to change how their government rules, and threaten with military force, we will be resolved to deploy our own Marine Military Force against you.

((Still not enough to get extra ammunition, pay for all the personelles wages, the fuel for tanks, food, chefts, logistics staff, education support for officers doing degrees, grants, cost of building barracks, naval vessles e.c.t. That entire list of things is like saying what it's equivillent to. You don't get all of tht nice shiny list of equipment, you get either 111 million AKs, or 1,000 odd tanks, take your pick. You are forgetting the further expansions of the cost of an Army, Navy and Airforce combined. P.S, Uniforms are pretty damn expensive too, especially for 2 million soldiers, not including logistic support.))

Muesilania although agreeing that this situation is not good, would rather this was left to the government to sort out. We have provided after consulting the UNA members a list of possible solutions.
1) Financial aid is a bad idea. The government cannot be trusted to use it for how it is needed, and it won't help even if they do.
2) If the country is a democracy, the people will sort it out, if it isn't thats their choice. We would support a revolution if it gained enough support (OOC: People have a right to rebel against a government, its how the world works, without revolutions some things would never change. Revolutions are good in some cases, and whether you like to admit or not, I am right.)
3) Sending in your military is a bad idea, for several reasons. This will not sort out anything, probably making the situation worse. Interfering would not be good. Secondly, we will also stand in your way.
We would like to suggest you find a different solution.

Melek Taus would like to state it was merely stating to the nation it could not possibly have used its threat reasonably, and instead was showing its own power as a means of comparison. No threat of "One GAZZILIO N MEN WHJEHJFKGAHEGKWE!!!" was made, and we were not deliberatly showing our defense budget as a means of intimidation, but to inform the said host nation of their incapacity of providing supplies to said 2 million strong 'army' of theirs.
We also understnd you probebly make no effort to be involved in this situation, unlike us, who are definatly ready to be involved, even militaristically. No nation has the right to interfeer with other nations with force, and any who do so, we believe, are not fit to be in rulership, and our military force will be used against them if possible to remove the government. The people of the people would then make their own government. Anarchy is the breeding ground for new orders.
