The government of Noddestan, finding no practicable use for the eight islands off the southern coast of mainland Noddestan, offers each of them on the open market, for sale to the highest bidder.

The isles are grouped in three clusters - the nearest a cluster of four islands, barely fifty kilometers from Noddestan. The second cluster comprises two islands, another one-hundred kilometers away (two-hundred kilometers from mainland Noddestan). The third cluster of islands, another one-hundred and fifty kilometers away, consists of two islands.

The eight islands are described as follows:

Lush tropical forest skirted by fine golden sands. An archipelego stretches north from the main body of the island and two sizeable lakes take precedence in the island's centre.

Stretching alongside the second island, the third island consists mainly of sand dunes. Of particular note here are the resident population of sea turtles.

A small island at the tail end of island two, island four is essentially the peak of an underwater mountain. Landscape is rocky with a small expanse of beach.

Cluster two, at the heart of the Cratian Sea, is sold to Little India for $500bn USD only. The Noddestani government is mindful of what the islands are worth and feels it is silly to get into the semantics of trillians of dollars. A suitable price for cluster three has not been arrived at at the current time. Bidding on islands seven and eight continues.

Territory will not be violated by any other nation in the treaty and any invasion by a third party will be viewed as an invasion on all nations who sign this treaty.

Section 2: Construction & Use
Each nation may build whatever they like on their respective islands. However, the construction of any military installations must be agreed by all other members of the treaty. The use of islands for weapons testing is strictly prohibited due to the proximity of other countries.

Section 3: Defence
Feel free to defend your island as you see fit. Be sensible with the amount of troops you station in the area, Noddestan will not accept responsibility for overcrowding. All nations signing this treaty agree to defend eachother's islands as they would their own in the event of attack.

Feveia Island is hereby claimed as a portion of the Republic of Krendakov. Any act of aggression onto said island is an act of war on the Republic of Krendakov. We shall defend said island to the best of our abilities.

We are planning to deploy three foxtrot class submarines to the area, and will deploy two infantry regiments and twenty-five SAM batteries. These troops are purely for defensive purposes, and pose no threat to any nation in the vicinity.

The Grand Republic of Skinny87 hereby officially recognises the claim of the Republic of Krendakov for the Island of Feveia as an official territory of the Republic. Our pact with the Krendakov government remains. Any attack upon that Island will be seen as an act of war against the Grand Republic and be acted upon. We do not know what deal you had with the RIS, but know this; no such deal has, nor will, exist with the Grand Republican government.

Any attempt to seize either Isleta Santa Ithilanor or Isleta Ethamar will be seen as an act of War against the High Kingdom and Holy Empire of Little India.
