About two hour ago the Nations of Tera Nova received an ultimatum from the Paradise of the German Army in the form of a telegram which said "Surrender or die! Your region is being taken over." These despicable scoundrels have without provocation declared war upon our entire region.

These vile degenerates of the Paradise of the German Army then dropped off line and we do not doubt but that they are busy preparing their attack upon our nations

Let it be known that The nations located within Paradise of the German Army has done this without provocation or cause and there has not been one aggressive act committed by any nation of Tera Nova, either real or imagined on any nation within the Paradise of the German Army.

This act of naked aggression of course activated the "Treaty of Freeport" and the signatory nations The Free Pirate Islands of Cuthroatia, The Military Republic of Jackbootz, The One True Empire of The Heavenly Emperior [/COLOR] and The People's Commonwealth of Za-Za have issued mobilization orders to the respective militaries and militias.

The Empire of Ernie Land is not a signatory of this treaty but will be invited to join the regional alliance in whatever way they are able.

The nations arrayed against us are large and powerful. Many have more than one-billion citizens and powerful economies. While we have no doubt that our cause is just as we are defending our homes we would welcome allies and aid.
It is by no means assured that we will prevail without help.

The Undersigned nations stand in unison in their declaration of war upon the Paradise of the German Army. We seek no permanent territorial gain but will fight until our last breath to maintain our freedom, way of life and national sovereignty.

A formal declaration of forces available is to follow.

While ViZion cannot immediately send military aid due to two major issues we're dealing with, we do demand that the region of Paradise of the German Army and its members stand down on its threat.

ViZion is prepared to offer humanitarian aid to your region, and we're also willing to help evacuate your civilians should your nations be in need of a safe haven for your people during your darkest hours.

Should any ViZionarian property or people come under attack, or should any people or property that ViZion is helping safeguard, treat, or evacuate, it will be viewed upon as an act of war, as we will have no choice but to return the favor, as well as call upon our great and powerful allies.

The Federal Republic of Canada condemns the actions taken by the Paradise of the German Army. As a signatory of the West Wood Alliance, Canada will stand with our allies to repel the German Army's offensive.

The Canadian Republic calls for the leaders of the P.O.T.G.A. to surrender and be placed on trial for their crimes against this peaceful group of nations.

While it is still unclear whether this was the the leader of one rogue nation trying to provoke a war between the Paradise of the German Army and Tera Nova or a genuine act of agression by the Paradise of the German Army, know that you have the support of the people of West Pacific. Our nation has a debt to pay. Long ago, during our early years, we were members of the New Nations Alliance, we were helped along by larger nations until we were able to fend for ourselves against any possible enemies. To repay our debt we try to help out those in need in their time of need. You have our full support, come hell or high water, the people of West Pacific vow to crush any attacks on Tero Nova by the imperialists in the Paradise of the German Army. These people are the lowest of low, the combined armed forces of West Pacific are preparing to transport to the region of Tera nova to provide assistance should the Paradise of the German Army attack.

That aside... I'm a member of the Coalition Forces Alliance, which is allied to the WWA, I believe. However, I am not sure whether I'll be able to RP military and war stuff, should it come to that. I still am trying to work out what I have for a military (even after more than a year here at NS).

After this incident happened

There was a fatal traffic accident out side my home which severed the telephone, TV and other cables. I have lost internet for while the various utilities fight with the government over who should fix what first. Most of the cables are under ground but the junction box was above ground.When the Junction box went out it evidently snaped the fiber optic cable under the road somewhere. They've got to evidently dig up all of Causeway bay road to replace the cables. This is a MAJOR street in Hong Kong and they didn't want to block the whole road. Friday through Monday were holidays here and I couldn't go to work so today is the first day that I could post this since last Wednesday. However, as I don't play at work I don't know what to do to end this. I may have to put it on hold! Two of the Nations Cuthroatia and Za-Za are mine and THE and Jackbootz are my daughter's Ernie is independant. Thus, it becomes difficult to fight without computer access. Hopefully, the computer issues will be settled in the next day or so

The other nations attacking us have sent me telegrams but for some reason have not entered the form. I find this strange because they are the one who started this.

I will figure this out eventually

I should add that the customer service in Hong Kong provided by Internet providers is notoriously bad. There may have have been only minor damage to the cable and they have just decided to take their time fixing it. Or, they could be trying to find a way to extort more money from me per month.

I, Interestingians, founder of "Paradise of the German Army," am sorry for this incident. This had actually be started by a nation inside this region, primairly known as Rashiner. I withraw this declaration of war on Tera Nova.

I have also heard rumors about other regions trying to declare war on Tera Nova. I would want to use moment to declare a Non-Agression Pact with Tera Nova. Occasionally, we will also help in wars declared on Tera Nova.

And Cuthroatia, hope the accident with the internet gets cleared up ;)
