The Republic of Torontia invites the great nations of Leafanistan and McKagan to join forces with Torontia.

This treat of friendship and alliance between our three nations shall be known as the Tripartite Treaty.

The Tripartite Treay shall aim to develope economic, political and military links between our three nations and to help our nations work togehter to secure our respective national interests and to defend our nations from attack and our enemies.

Torontia hopes that this treaty will be accepted by your nations.

We feel this is building up too fast. We will sign a nonagression pact, and we WILL protect you should you become attacked. But we are not giving you an easy path to getting our support for any offensive actions, that will still need to be debated heavily, and we don't want to sign it away with a treaty. We will hold back signing until we hear Leafanistans reaction, as we do not want to split the force.

We agree with McKagan, and really wish to consider the nonaggression pact. At the moment, our political situation isn't too friendly to a full blown treaty. A Non-Aggression Pact seems more favorable in this climate.
