Frozopia requests all nations to breach the Leafanistany blockade around our coast line and to deposit foods, almost wholely for the civilian population, as we fear starvation of our peoples in the not so distant future. Already 300,000 Frozopian civilians have died in this bloody war at the hands of Leafanistany bombardments. We wish for no more deaths, but the enemy have struck at our plant life and will allow no transports into Frozopian waters!

We also request short term aid for the refugee camps upon Ironia Island, a Frozopian Island in the south. We understand that breaching the enemy blockade there would be impossible, so instead we ask that you request permission to bring food and medical help to the refugee's who have been driven from their city due to intense bombardment.

Many thank you's for any nations that answer this plee for help.

The Divine Empire of Kreynoria would like to aid Frozopia, but does not wish to encur the wrath of Leafanistan. Our borders are open to your refugees, if any get past the blockade.

We of Frozopia can spare no resources to breaching the blockade while at the same time shipping thousands of Frozopians out of the country. Instead we suggest you ask the Leafanistany forces for the permission to ship the refugee's out of Ironia Island. (OOC: Could ya bring in some weapons at the same time? ;) )

BTW, Frozopia, I remember you supported Paul Kaufman. Well Kaufman is still in jail, but his government is BACK IN POWER.

Why is he blockading you?

The reason for the blockade is because they are about to invade me. We of Frozopia claim it is to steal our resources ICily, while really its is because we attacked their nation leaders in a peace meeting when we threatened bonstock over the invasion over 10790 (wow this goes back), although since then we have spread propaganda that the enemy attacked Clauro, our king instead of the opposite (they captured and released him the fools.)
I will start up relations at one stage, probably if we win this war then yes. If we lose we will probably go all left wing, we just gotta wait.

This blockade is simply the latest in a long line of crimes against humanity committed by Communists. We will be despatching four C-38's each carrying 150 tonnes of food and other supplies. Although these aircraft are operated by the Shildonian Flying Corps, they are on a humanitarian mission, and we will consider any attack on them to be not only an act of war, but also to be a war crime, and the People's Republic will take action to ensure those responsible are brought to justice.

The Governement of Bradyistan is saddened to hear of such starvation occuring in Frozopia. Although we would like to enter and give aid, we cannot go thought Leafanistani blockage without authorization. For now, Bradyistan would be more then happy to accept refugees with open arms, and a telegram will be sent to Leafanistan whenever President Harris has the proper amount of time to write such a letter.

Frozopia is grateful to those nations who seek who seek to assist our peoples in these troubling times. It is a pity war has driven us into a position where we cannot feed our people, but we must do all we can to defend our lands. We hope you will be permitted to assist our people by the aggressors, although we doubt the enemy will allow it.

We understand the situation and we have made an offer for all civilians who wish not to fight to retreat to the coastline, so we can consolidate our aid forces and airdrop food. However, the letters were burned, and the people who did try to make camp, were killed. By fanatical soldiers. This "starvation" is mearly a rouse, he is starving his own people to gain sympathy and to rouse the native Frozopians. We find this disgusting.

However, if we are assured that international aid can get through, we shall let them. Under one condition. Since the airfields have been bombed heavily, and we can't search aircraft we wish that all aid arrive via ships, and we shall search each ship and let it on its way.

We try to minimize civilian casualities, but with the mixing of conscripts, regulars, and civilians, it is very hard to disern a military base from a refugee camp. Several times we have spotted tank bases, and later it turns out many civilians were hiding there too. We can guide you to port cities on Ironia Island, which is the hardest hit, and another port city on the Frozopian mainland.

Also we shall send another series of imformative flyers to make sure civilians get this aid.

Aid is needed now. To delay until ships can arrive will merely prolong the suffering of the Frozopian people who are being terrorised by Communist aggression, and increase the chances the the forces of evil will triumph.
Our food supplies are being transferred to C-17's, which will be able to carry out their missions of mercy in spite of the damage wrought by the forces of Communist aggression. We repeat our warning that any attack on these aircraft will be considered an act of war and a war crime.

The Naval Empire of Unum Veritas, while refusing to make any aggressive moves towards your attackers, would like to request permission from Leafanistan to station a few LHDs and LPDs off your coast so that we can airlift civilians to them and keep them there (well fed etc) until the end of hostilities when they can be returned to your nation. If permission for this is granted, you can expect the ships to be on station within 48 hours. They will arrive without any protective ships like destroyers and their airwings will consist entirely of helicopters as a sign of good faith towards both you and your enemies.

May we remind you that the leaflets were pure propaganda, with no aid offered at all. As for burning these leaflets, it was napalm targeted at refugee camps that burnt them, fired by your allies! Frozopia citizens are reluctant to leave their homeland, but they certainly wont join the enemy ranks.
We are in need of aid desperately, especially over Ironia island. Please help.

To All nations:
Any inspectors are welcome to investigate the distribution of the aid. It is solely for civilians camped in the refugee estabilishments (now along the coast), who we can no longer feed. Please be aware of the enemies screen of lies. We have not once fired upon civilians of the nations of our enemies in any way. But we have faced indiscriminate bombing across the country. Our civilian deathcount reached 500,000 yesterday. The enemy speaks of our kings attempts to kill their leaders. King Clauro IX did no such thing, as any intelligent man can guess.

The civilian death count is over 500,000 and rising. The country is in chaos and there is no way that we can distribute humanitarian aid without said number of troops.

The forces I spoke of earlier (and LHD and a few LPDs I believe) will depart from the nearest Veritasean Naval Command Base immediately and should be on station in 2-3 NS days. If any civlians need evacuation for medical or other reasons, we will have relief helicopters operating continuously. Various aid packages will be airlifted directly to the refugee camps and passed out indiscriminately. Although these assets will arrive without destroyer escort, should any intentional damage or harm come to a Veritasean service member or to any Veritasean materiel, the offending nation can expect immediate and severe retaliation.

The Government of Bradyistan would like to know if aid shipments via airlift will be allowed by Leafanistan and McKagan. If so, we shall have a taskforce, known as Hotel Alpha 11, start sending shipments in immediantly. If these planes wish to be inspected, please send us coordanants of a forward base for inspection. Again, the C-17s and C-130s wont begin rolling until we receive authorization from Leafanistan or McKagan due to the great respect we have for these nations. The only military personnel on the planes shall be Bradyistani Airmen flying. The only thing that will be dropped is MREs, water, and various medical supplies. We see no need for civilians to suffer, so the faster a response from a blockading country, the better and faster the aid will arrive to the refugees.

The supply ship ventouska is on its way and will use the giant Mi-26 to transport supplies from the ship to shore.also not that to pervent rioting,a squad of 8 marines will keep people at a safe distance while supplies are being unloaded....i think that is a reasonable amount of troops? dont you?
