In orbit over the large dark gray ash world of darkonis, a ship was floating by its engines rumbling, it was shaped with a saucer section and a star drive like a galaxy class ship, its nacelles shined brightly among its hull as a slight reflection of blue went off in to space, its impulse engines glowing red in the darkness. The ship rumbled passed the planet in to dark void of space, mean while on the bridge…
Captain Xasiver was sitting on his chair sighing as he looked around the working quiet bridge officers sitting at there consoles taping buttons working quietly and boringly. He looked over to helm and said “ helm set a course for that system just outside our borders star fleet had ordered us to scout it after this mission, witch we have completed”
With that the helms officer taped a few buttons the consoles beeping and blinking. With In a few moments the ship rushed out in to sub space. The ship stabilized, beams of long lights rushed passed as it increased to warp 6. The ship several moments later drooped out of warp, inside the ship a whooshing energetic sound was heard as the ship came to a halt in a system a very odd one. The ship floated there as its hull was lightening up by the stars radiance the hull smoothly gleaming. The ship slowly floated in to the system towards the star its engines rumbling loudly in the ship, the hull lights on the dorsal saucer section just forward of the bridge light up the words USS Dauntless NCC-7508.
The plaentary mining ship had finished the processing of the 5th planet from the sun, and was moving toward the 4th. It appeared to be a small moon to any observers who didn't launch a detailed scan of it.
As it moved, being lazy and using orbits to move, a fleet arrived in the system.
The commander in charge of the sensor systems made a note of the occurance, and continued to watch the various actions of the fleet.

The dauntless, slowly moved closer to the star, when its sensors picked up a large mass and several smaller masses.
On the bridge, the con officer looked up form his sensor panels some what confused he looked back down to double check his hands running along the smooth glassy LCARS panel console he worked on. After several seconds a detailed reading came in, it was apparently a ship of some type followed by a fleet he looked up and peered over to the captain who was addressing his padd and an officer and said “ sir I’m detecting several ships and one big ass ship”
The captain looked up then glanced back “excuse me L.T?” the con replied chuckling slightly “sire we have multiple ships bearing in as well as one large one it seems to be heading this way, shall I hail them ?”
The captain quirked a brow saying “yes you shall ill notify president bastidas that we may have a first contact situation”.
the captain looked down and tapped a few buttons just as a general hail was sent: This is the Federation star ship USS Dauntless, we hope we are not intruding in your space if so we apologize we do come in peace however
"Interesting," The commander commented. Tapping a few commands, the message was routed to the Comm section.
The Comm commander commented, "Let's see what's up."
"TO: Dauntless
What is your reason for being here, as well as what are your goals."

a reply was sent as the ship moved in closer.
Message: we are here to survey and explore this system , and to seek out new life and new civilizations, our ship my be heavily armed but not be alarmed..
"So they're explorers, enh."
"TO: Dauntless
Since you are explorers, we would be interested in meeting a few of your peoples. Also, we arn't really worried about your weaponry."

Rob walked up to the bridge walking in coming on screen a young man about 17, black hair brown eyes smooth skin tall and skinny about 140 lbs, he taped a button and turned on the screen, and started speaking “this is president bastidas of the United federation of planets ,we come in peace and we would be glad to meet you it would be an honor to learn more about your people”.
The Comm commander listened to the report.
He sent a return message, "Do you have a shuttle, or should be come fetch you?"

Rob smiled rubbing his suit slightly dusting it off “we have our own shuttles, expect me in about 5 minutes”. He walked off screen and in to a turbolift. Several moments later a shuttle rushed out of the aft bay and maneuvered towards the large ship, it increased speed and then held a few KM away from the ship awaiting a response.
A section of the rock seemed to lift out and slid over, revealing a passage into the depth of the ship.
"Enter at will."

The shuttle maneuvered in, its nacelles glowing blue as the sleek body moved in it was waiting clearance to land .
Once the ship was a certain distance in, the rock over the hole was moved back and it was 'guided' in by a tractor beam. The bay was low lighted.

The shuttle door opened and rob exited his feet taping on the metallic floor of the open shuttle as his black suit glistened in the dull light, he dusted him self off looking around taking in the scenery. His shoes wer well polished they shined a bit, he stood there waiting for a reception.
Pleort had been travelling from the labs to his quarters when he noticed a shuttle was docking. Once it landed, he walked in, backward, pressed a button, causing multi-coloured strobe lights to pulse across the bay.

Rob looked around as the bay lights went on his black suit was some what pale wit the light shining on it he walked over to the open door and greeted the strange being that had came in.
“greetings, I am president bastidas from the United federation of planets” he rose a hand and held it out
Pleort took the hand, stuck it in on the offerer's head and stuck out his tounge, "Pleort, nice to eat you, or is that greet you? Either way's good."

Rob blinked looking at the strange being then smiled shyly chuckling a bit, saying “ its nice to meet you to I’m here to meet some of your people I was told to dock, are you the one I’m supposed to meet?”
Pleort looked around, left, right, up and down. "I'm the only one here, so I guess so."

Rob quirked a brow then said rather calmly “well, what are we going to do? Take a torue talk poltics get to know each other?”
'In a 20's accent' "What'dy wanna do?" Pleort said

Rob shrugged slightly “well you’re the host you decide any thing is fine with me” he thought 0man those tolerance classes are going to pay off tonight9
"Then too the lab, it's time to figure out the meaning of cheese." Pleort said, setting off.

Rob blinked again he was rather confused but he followed tapping along his shiny shoes taping along the metal plating, he walked up to the side of the strange being and smiled at him slightly “you know your pretty cute” he blushed a bit chuckling
"For a hairless, you're not bad yourself." Pleort commented as they arrived at the lab. Sitting on a stand was a block of very pungent cheese.

Rob steeped in to the lab looking around blinking “nice place you have here” rob started walking around looking at things. “what do you do for fun ?”
"Anything." He replied as he absent-mindedly prodded the cheese.

"Ninch." He replied as he grabbed a device and stuck it into the cheese.
