As Prime Minister Hanekamp was beamed aboard the HMS Jackaw (SuperBattlecruiser) He was given a digital readout of his new STARFLEET FORCES-
"The Forces have been under construction since our population hit 500 million people" A senior commandor to Hanekamps left said.
"Good" PM Hanekamp said still looking down at the digital readout. "Is their anyway i can take a tour of the Finished Fleet?? Mabye a flyby of the ships in the docks??"
"Well sir some of our ships are still on the Zetan border in accordance with our alliance with them and most of our Old fleet is on the Federation Trade Union Security Detail" But almost all our new fleet is still stationed around our planets."
"Great i would like to see them all"

The total cost of the project was estimated in the 10 of trillions of dollars, many grants were made by other nations and even regions to the Fleets Cause. The Final fleet although not done quite yet will be the most miraculaous thing in the galaxy, President hanekamp knew this and this is why the fleet was built.

Today i come to you to announce the finisheing of our new STARFLEET- this fleet will be the ultimate force in the glalxy, Let me make myself clear....this fleet is only for the defense of TPF and her allies in no way do we intend to use this in a hostil manner or as an offensive force. This fleet will be deployed in 1 year from today when final fabrications are complete.
