As long as you have no qualms with brutal totalitarian dictatorships, that is. Whether you are leftist, rightist, centrist, whatever, is of no relevance to me. I merely wish to establish relations with the nations of Earth. If you are interested, do not delay. Submit an inquiry to my Minister of Foreign Affairs, Reptile."
