The Economic International Police
There are many, many wars that wage throughout the scarred fragments, as many new nations that seek power, older nations seeking to limit them. Forces clash, people fight, and everything is turned into a spiraling chaos. So, it is with great vestige and thought that Jenrak will open up the frothing fingers of a new organization. This is not one that is made of allies and enemies, no not at all. This is a different alliance, one that seeks to help others make a profit during times of chaos. We will become the police, of currency, to break the misdeeds of the crackling of economy when it stops, and war starts.
When civil riots outbreak, we will fix the damage done in cash, and help regain their gears of money. The following details of the EiP would be shown as so:
Expectations
1. Any Member of the EiP that is capable of helping another member is advised to do so, unless another member has already gotten there first. Despite country status, alliances or any form of limitations, countries are expected to help each other gain a certain economic base, no matter what may happen.
2. Should a country is bankrupt and is a member of the EiP, from any reason (war, embargoes, strike), then any available member of the EiP is expected to help, either through foreign aid or stability.
3. Should a country go to war against another country, any available member of the EiP should be obligated and expected to 'police' during war. That is, to send forces over to maintain peace and vigil in their fellow EiP country, to make sure that people work their best to aid in the war effort, and to quell any societal riots that may break out due to an outburst of war. It is highly advocated that any country waging war on a foreign foe should not have to worry about problems back home.
4. Should a trade embargo be placed upon a country, and there is no alternative for it prosper, then any available EiP member is expected to open up any possible trade routes, either publicy or in secret to aid them, but onlyto the brink that they have the required neccessities to survive and rebuild.
5. Military mobilizations will not count as economic backing.
6. Should a country be threatened to the brink of war, all EiP members are allowed to move their corporations or cash from that certain country to another, in fear of loss of cash from war.
7. Any EiP members going to war with each other cannot be backed by any EiP members. As such, EiP members going to war would be highly frowned upon, but if it should happen, no economic backing should be given. For any reason if cash or trade embargoes must be placed upon another EiP member, please do it wisely.
8. Do not place your grudge against another nation or a rivalling Alliance in this organization. The EiP is created so that countries may make money, and keep a strong economic backing. If there is a problem with two countries in the EiP, and it is not economically involved, a warning to both will be assigned. The instigator for starting it, and the defendant for participating in it. If a member has three warnings, they are expelled from the EiP.
9. A country must have an economy ranked at least 'Fair' by the United Nations. Any country currently in the EiP and has their economy dropped below Fair will be warned. A culmination of 3 warnings once again will result in expulsion of that country from the EiP.
10. Everyone is equal. They are given their own choice. They are expected to uphold a sense to help nations in war rebuild their economy (or maintain it), reduce trade embargoes or help smaller nations grow. The EiP is for everyone who can follow the rules and meet the expectations.
11. Barrier Free trade is highly encouraged. It is best to receive trade at it's purest, and cheapest, but still at a great quality, and vice versa. This will allow mass quantities of quality items to be shipped from place to place easily and cheaply, allowing more profit.
12. Aid to non-EiP members are allowed, and welcomed, but any non-EiP member accepting aid from EiP members are entitled to be 'policed' economically while the nation is under chaos. If the nation does not wished to be policed, then it must accept it as a 'non-member' donation, and thus EiP members have no right to demand from other EiP members. They are allowed to ask, but have no right to demand and the laws do not apply for that scenario.
