The Prime Minister adresses the Nation.outside the parlament.



"As many of you know we have forces in VSI assuring stability and peace for,what we consider,a ally of Morvonia.....we have been working feverishly to rebuild East VSI and provide the people with food and water and other need suplies...which we have done."

"We have promissed to make East safer by funding a security force,to patrol east VSI...with the upmost technology provided by us....which we did"

"And so today all Morvonian forces in VSI are being called home effective right away."

"But Morvonia has a responsibility...and so we will set up a embassy in VSI capital...our embassidor to VSI will be Colonel Sabastian Colnos,who commanded troops in VSI during and after the conflict"

Spizania thanks Monrovia for the excellent efforts it undertook ot keep the peace in its sector of VSI, the confederacy has reduced its presence on th eisland to a pair of patrol boats, my battery of defensive guns in castle and one national guard mechanised division in Castle, we hope for the day that Spizania will be able to leave VSI to its new future but acknoledge that without an International presence there the Parthians may make anotpher attempt to annex the entire island.

We would like to thank Morvonia for the assistance they have given us. Without the assistance of your military we would not have been able to free our country.
We have been recently reached a deal with the Parthians where by they handed back Island City in exchange for a military base on our north coast and we have begun to rebuild Island City. We will give you the land in Island City you need to build your embassy. We also plan to build a war memorial in this area.
If you agree we will send some diplomats to your country but we will not be able to provide fund to build and embassy so we are hoping that we could rent an office building until funds become available.
To thank you for helping us during the war we will lower tax on all goods imported from Morvonia and give lower business taxes to companies based in Morvonia. We would also like to draw up a formal alliance with your nation if you agree.

The Spizanian goverment wihses ot open talks wiht ht enew VSI government and with the Monrovians over an alliance and with VSI as of the ownership of the defences palced htere durin gthe allied defence of Castle before the peace treaty.

We would be happy to sign a military alliance where we would defend each other if we are attacked and share military technology. As for the economic side we would like for all nations involved in the alliance to reduce taxes on imports and exports to and from nations involved in the alliance.
