OOC) hey guys i have not really roleplayed in awile i have been away from nation states as you have noticed i have only been active this last month.. I am looking for a space aged roleplay hopefuly a war.. My government is kinda bad really the best way to explain it is a mix between House Careno and house Harkonnen from frank herberts dune books. I am still out of pratice and i can post about 2 times a day due to work but i would really like to roleplay i know alot of you are kinda hesitant but any roleplay would be apreceated! i know some people will say this does not belong in this thread however if somone joins the roleplay it WILL be an internatinal incidant! so please old veterans help the new guy errr old player who is rusty.. much thanks

P.S i am a real good guy in real life so i kinda like playing the bad guys if that is okay..

Check "Armagedon Battle". It's the religious fanatics on one side with the athiests/not-religious-nazis-people on the other. The good guy side depends on your point of view, but you can do pretty much anything you want (be one of the fanatic factions or send your army in to help me). You can also role-play an individual, or even be both a nation and an individual. Want a link?

A beginning is a very delicate time.The Planet Kaeloss is ruled by the Baron Sadistine.

In this time, the most precious substance to House Kaelestios is the spice melange. The spice extends life, the spice expands consciousness, the spice is vital to space travel. The Spacing Guild and its navigators, who the spice has mutated over four thousand years, use the orange spice gas which gives them the ability to fold space. That is travel to any part of the universe without moving.

The Baron is an isidious politition who will do anything to keep his power base. Lately the Space Guild has grown impatient with his lack of progress with accumulating the wealth needed to keep there space folding services. Without the Guild House Kaelestios can not travle from planet to planet.

With the ever increasing threat of the guild turning on the Baron he has become more agressive in his policies.

THe people of Kaelestios are opressed and broken, Military House Guards stand on every corner of the streets. And any mention of rebellion has been quickly handled with brute force.

Kaeloss Prime home of house Kalestios is an enviromental nightmare due to the over mineing and pollution of the great house industrys. Clean water and food is in great demand. THe spice needed to fold space lies deep in the planet the spice mines cause great pollution.
