This is the map we have so far (If someone can help me make it bigger, I would be grateful):

The initial phases will include the invasion of Ironia Island and its city (Ironia, lol).

IC:

The Frozopians had taken up their positions. Every eventuality had been considered. Bunkers watched the various beaches, in anticipation of a landing party. Morale was low. First the enemies overwhelming numbers had given them superiority of the sea. Then the enemy had from the sky at mere civilians. 170,000 was the last count.

But they were Frozopian soldiers. Wolves among men, who would fight till the end at all costs. All a Frozopian soldier has is pride and his comrades. Each was valued more than Frozo's, and each soldier prepared to protect both with their last breath. They were raised in the frozen steppes of the main-land, they were taught how to fire a rifle at the age of 10, they suffered hours upon hours of brutal training to fight the various and vicious foes who haunted the waste lands in the north of Frozopia.

The enemy would strike at a Island just south of Frozopia, Ironia island and its city of the same name. The enemy had struck once from the sky, killing thousands, but they had given everything away in that one strike.

Immediatly the Frozopian forces dispersed across the Island. There were multiple landing points, but each one had its own military garrison and a underground communication system. Each position was heavily dug in, with deep bunkers offering plenty of protection. Where it seemed an enemy would land, barbed wire protected. Where it seemed an enemy ship would pass, tiny mines to avoid enemy detection were carefully placed.

Most carefully guarded was Ironia city in the West. Its garrison had taken heavy losses during the bombing, but these gaps had been filled. 10,000 Frozopian Infantry guarded the city, as well as numerous armour divisions and missile/gun defence systems to fire upon both air-borne and offshore targets.
The large city was ordered into evacuating, but 100's of 1000's of Frozopian citizens remained. The rest fled into the country side, where a number of refugee camps were being setup to offer meagre food and poor medication. Disease spread like wild fire, rapes and murders were a regular sight and the few Frozopian soldiers spared to the camp were too little in numbers to make a difference. The lucky refugee's set up camp in the thousands of villages that made up alot of the Island.

More bombings were expected. Already cruise missiles streaked into the city and the various ports, to largely little affect.
Well the Frozopians were dug in, and every AA system they had from Stinger missile launching systems to AA guns pointed to the sky in preparation of war.

OOC: Did you get my massive napalm attack?
Frozopia

The enemy fighters came first, streaking over Ironia Island. As soon as they were spotted, Frozopia called for air reinforcements. Then more jets came.

A wave of bombers and fighters darkened the sky over Ironia city, and a bombing raid siren went off. The many civilians who were unprotected immediatly ran to their locale bomb shelter, desperately dragging their children and loved ones. For many it would be too late.
Napalm erupted across the city, flames spreading from East to West illuminating the night sky.
Computer guided AA guns and anti-aircraft missile launchers immediatly swung on the threat. Missiles guided by multiple systems from RADAR to heat seeking streaked upwards into the mass of enemy bombers in hope of bringing down as many as possible. All was chaos, as civilians screamed, flames roared, jets screeched and AA guns droned onwards. The actual Frozopian soldiers watched from relative safety in their heavily armoured bunkers.

Naval base I1 was taking some punishment as well. Flames poured over the naval base, but once again the main forces were heavily protected. The few Frozopian battleships that remained in harbour were utterly destroyed and many of the main buildings were in flames, but that was the worst of the damage.

The Island shook with the impact of the enemy fire. The various beach areas were layered with flames that spread in all directions destroying many of the defences placed by the Frozopians. Trenches were blown apart and then filled with napalm flames that coated the inside while barbed wire melted and mines exploded.

Refugee camp West of Ironia city:

A napalm shell struck the centre of the camp. Whether deliberatley or by mistake, it meant disaster for the Refugee's. Flames erupted in all directions.
James Gore, a young man and a loving father, witnessed a young girl no older than 6 years old run screaming from the area her whole body ablaze till she collapsed to die. James ran crying and screaming to her side. It was his daughter.

Looking upwards he saw the enemy bombers, and through his sadness he felt rage. Rage at the enemy who struck at civilians and civilians only. Although he did not know it, a further 150,000 civilians died that night at the hands of the flames that night, including his wife and 2 daughters. This was compared to a bare 500 soldiers.

But over the horizon, 30 Raptors and 40 Hornets desperately flew to protect their homeland and its civilians. They were outnumbered, but they had no choice. No enemy could strike at the peoples of Frozopia and expect to escape unharmed. Flying high and fast, they hoped to catch the enemy off guard and to drive them away from the Island......

The patrol fleets spread out to cover Ironian Island, from over the horizon. And they steamed into the nearby penisula. High flying B-72 Fulcrums flying at 80,000 Feet with Su-80s Escort Aircraft following them, dropped leaflet cluster bombs over the refugee camps.

In the major languages of Frozopia they stated:

"
Ministry of Propaganda

We are sorry to inform you of your current hopeless state. We are also regretful about our current state of war. In Leafanistan, the people are well fed, protected.

Your current state of war is because your King, your leaders, the ones who protect the government mandate of the people's safety, tried to murder a multinational peace delegation. He is a sexist pig, incapable of ruling a country of this many people. There is no point in continuing to fight. Wear Red Crosses, run to the coastline, stand there, build camp, if anyone is seen with a weapon at these camps they will be shot and killed.

Fly the white flag, relax, surrender to The Lone Alliance, McKagan, or Leafanistani Forces. There is no point to fight. The government has failed to protect its mandate of public safety. Surrender, for the children's sake.

Signed,
Minister of Propaganda
Minister of Occupying Forces
Minister of Defense
Minister of War

"

No enemy could strike at the peoples of Frozopia and expect to escape unharmed. Flying high and fast, they hoped to catch the enemy off guard and to drive them away from the Island......

The air defense ships of Praetorian Design were well designed. Their system quickly picked out the massive enemy movement. Long-range AA missiles were fired from one VLS ship, 2 missiles per plane, the VLS ship retreated to the support fleet to reload. UC-16s and ASF-10 took off.

Paradrop diversion on Tango Uniform to confuse them.

Strike at Sierra sector where it projects from the November sector: The Lone Alliance and McKagan. Land there.

We'll strike from Romeo sector move south toward Tango Uniform sectors to secure area. Possibly secondary landings in Sierra and Romeo sectors to secure landing area for eventual Tango Uniform landings. Naval strikes against large city in Quebec Sector.

IC:
The tired and hungry refugee's watched the leaflets fall to ground. Many were whipped towards the sea by the winds or fell into the flames still burning, but some reached the refugee's, who immediatly spread the leaflets to their neighbours. 3 Hours later and all the refugee's were gathered in small crowds over collections of leaflets. Not that it made a difference.

The civilians had been raised to worship their king in an almost god like manor, and they knew only to trust and obey their king. They would not betray him.
Worse the enemy had blindly bombed the island irresponsibly, maybe even deliberately targeting the civilians, killing neighbours, friends and family in the thousands. What the enemy failed to realise was they had stirred up the average Frozopian. In the last few hours, 1000's more Frozopian young men had rushed to the recruitment centre for guns and bullets to fight the enemy. Some of course were there to gain access to the military grade bunkers, but most were for revenge.

The crowds were almost growling. In 1 crowd a civilian foolishly voiced his support in obeying the leafanistany orders. Immediatly the crowd leapt on him screaming with rage. Women stamped on his face, children screamed with delight and men, old and young, beat him with fists and sticks till his breathing seized, as the few Frozopian soldiers and some volunteers they had selected to assist in the care of the refugee's merely watched. Such scenes were repeated across the Frozopian camp.

But as the hours passed a few Frozopians slipped into the country side, carefully avoiding the soldiers and civilians alike. Immediatly estabilishing a small camp, they ripped apart whatever red material they could obtain making small red crosses for each person. Most were mothers and their children, who feared for their children, and would disobey any king or God to protect them.
Unfortunately they chose a position near the military defences defending that stretch of the coastline. 300 Soldiers entered the camp, and ruthlessly buthchered the traitors, men, women and children. Other smaller camps were across the coastline, and the unlucky few were found by soldiers, but some remained hidden and discrete.

In the air:
The Raptors and hornets pilots watched in horror as the long distance AA missiles streaked towards them. Immediatly kicking into evasive manouvers, they streaked in random zig zag movements as they increased their altitude further and further. Firing up their afterburners in one last effort, most of the aircrafts escaped the enemy missiles. They had been lucky, the long range had given them plenty of time, but still 5 Raptors were hit as well as 10 Hornets. The rest were nearly able the intercept the enemy aircrafts.

As the enemy fighters rose, the small tactical flight of Su-82's that had been assigned to bring the rear of the squadron up and defend against just this type of attack moved into position.

In the initial attack, 5 bombers were lost, and from the looks of the explosions there would be no survivors. Most of the fighters were ok, given that the missiles headed for the big and vulnerable bombers. The bombers were now climbing and accelerating beyond that of their bombrun setup, the enemy fighters probably wouldn't have a chance to get to them, because they were about to walk into a hornets nest.

As the enemy fighters were moving to intercept, a force of 40 planes, combined from F15's, F/A22k Raptors, and Su-82's engaged the force, firing into them with advanced air to air missiles at first, but then they stopped. Most of the planes had only fired a few of their missiles, but they had still ceased. Growing closer to the enemy planes, they begin opening up and trying to draw the enemy planes into dogfights as various positions opened up with large chainguns...

Off the Coast of Frozopia the Lone Alliance Invasion fleet began mobilizing.

Soon, the invasion forces began to mobilize, soldiers prepared to strike. Cruise missiles streamed out to attack military positions on Ironia Island. If satellite imagery was paying attention to several airfields in Leafanistan, they would have noticed C-130 and T-190 transport craft load up, soldiers walked in, paratroopers.

The ASF-10's had the advantage, with their hardpoitns loaded with advanced AA missiles, they were already in range, they emptied their external hardpoints of their missiles, consumed the remainder of the fuel in their external fuel tanks, dropped them and shot forward. The unmanned UC-16s followed. The UC-16s were best at medium range, and that is the range they neared.

We are coordinated, we strike at once, my T-190s will execute the Uniform drop, at the same time the landings starts, at the same time my C-130s start the Romeo drop, at the same time the cruise missiles and needles hit Quebec sector's cities. We plan to land around 20,000 Marines, 3,000 Airborne at the tip of Romeo Sector, mind landing at hte tip of Sierra Sector?

Whatever you can muster, gather outside Tango sector and bomb Tango then suddenly strike at Sierra tip, The Lone Alliance can help cut off Sierra and Romeo from November and secure that. We suggest a change of plans or maybe a clearing up of plans.

Leafanistan will take Romeo sector and cut it off from November sector with Marines via amphibious operations.

The Lone Alliance will take Sierra sector and cut it off from November sector via amphibious/airborne/whatever.

McKagan, you meet up with our airborne at hte tip of Romeo and Sierra sectors and move up to secure the region that way. We can use that tip to spearhead operations.

Once a guard has been set up at the borderwith November sector, we will move down and clear the sectors to our troops and begin operations in the major city in Quebec sector. We can also spearhead Tango Uniform operations then.

IC:

A massive airborne assault was about to get underway.

At Robyn AFB, the 4th largest in McKagan, 5 ton trucks began pouring onto the base, as well as out of the massive underground blast doors that housed the 27th Tactical Wing's equipment.

30 K7 Transport Planes were brought onto a staging area on one end off the runway. From there, 5000 soldiers would board the planes, 25 of them anyway, and 5 more would be used to transport Bradleys, Strykers, and Downs armored vehicles.

800 of the Soldiers were equiped with the new LAW platform, that could be used for either anti-air or anti-armor.

From there, the rest of the force was divided between the people with P90's and those with the McKagan Built CX-3.

The Frozopian pilots fired off a volley of AMRAAM's, 55 missiles in total, and immediatly swerved off course. The AMRAAM's could guide themselves. What the Frozopians had to worry about was staying alive. The few missiles the enemy aircrafts launched in their direction were what was important. Once again the sky was full of desperate pilots hitting their afterburners. Only 5 More F/A 18's went down thanks to some quick evasive manouvers. But now they were being fired upon from behind. This time the Leafanistani's. There were only so many missiles they could avoid, so they were left with one option. They would 'charge' McKagan's forces head on. They would take the bait. This would be no dog fight. It would be a head on collision.

Triggering their afterburners, they shot towards the McKagan forces triggering their chain guns at the same time, with the leafanistani AA missiles and its aircrafts quickly gaining on them......

The ASF-10s deployed advanced countermeasures, and quickly made evasive manuveurs. However one ASF-10 was caught by an AMRAAMs on its wing. The pilot bailed out over the ocean, a patrol boat would catch him. The UC-16s weren't so prepared, but their computers were able to help them dodge, they only suffered 2 losses, one would be recoverable.

The Frozopian plans presented their sides to the Leafanistani aircraft, they fired their remaining AAMs toward the Frozopian planes. a dogfight was unusual, but they saw it necesearry. They flew toward their sides, where they would be and would fly right through, they would trigger their 25mm cannons and the 50mm cannons.

One of the SU-82's was hit. It's built in survival system worked perfectly though. The pilot, with the cockpit of the plane, parachuted towards the ocean, and an awaiting Cobalt-class Destroyer that would pull him from the ocean.

8 F15's were caught in the crossfire, they exploded, burned, died, but not before the SU-82's and F/A-22k's fired off every last missile they had, at now point blank range, then plumeted towards earth for a short while to avoid the collisions and oncoming Leafanistani "aid" that threatened to destroy everything.

The F/A-22k's, the most agile planes in the squadron, were imediatly able to turn and come back up, opening up with their cannons, while watching the rear to make sure to avoid friendly fire.

Missiles streaked in all directions, and although McKagan took the blunt of the blow, now they fired missiles at the Frozopians. The Frozopians fired a combination of chain guns and missiles at both force, but all was confusion and the jets of allies and enemies came so close together and everyone was moving so fast that the Frozopians lost two F/A 18 pilots who collided together when they were avoiding two enemy F/A 22's who shot past either side of them pushing them both inwards and into each other.

1 F/A 18 pilot took a missile in its tale while another took one head on into the pilots cock pit. A Raptors wing was barely skimmed by a AA missile but at such high speeds it was spun into the sea. Yet the havoc aided them. Because while lost in the swirl of enemy fighters, the enemies superior numbers offered fewer benefits.

8 F/A 18's and 3 F/A 22's were down.

Desperately resorting to Dog-fights, the Frozopians began to tale the enemy fighters and fire as much machine gun fire as possible with the odd missile thrown in.....

The Leafanistani Fighters switched to TacCom displays on their HUD, with red outlines targetting Frozopian fighters. The ASF-10s backed off, they werent' good dogfighters in this chaos, they fired their remaining missiles and returned to the cover of the destroyers below to land on the carriers.

The UC-16s however were designed especially for this kind of dogfights. They weaved around the enemy planes, firing their 30mm cannons at enemy planes, their calculating computers dodging enemy fire and surprising pilots on all sides by their manuveurbility and their inability to collide. They just shot by. However the Frozopian horde had taken down 1 UC-16.

The absence of the ASF-10s was one less thing to worry about. But in the chaos, the superiority of the UC-16s was clear. Whirring by at high speeds, they seemed to pass through the gun fire like they were made of air.
However desperation gave the Frozopians strength. Afterwards survivors would talk about how they had never flown so fast and well before in their life. But it was not enough. 3 More F/A 18's and 1 F/A 22 was down. A change in strategy was needed. So the Frozopians streaked out of the combat zone, surprising UC-16s and Mckagan forces who turned to follow. Reforming into a line, they triggered a last volley of AMRAAMS which they immediatly chased up with rapid machine gun fire to once again enter the chaos.

The F/A-22k pilots, with a few F-15 pilots, began radio'ing for support from the SU-82 wing that was turning around beneath all the other fighting that was going on.

The SU-82's responded with DREAD gun fire to the enemy planes, who came up to the same altitude as the F/A-22k's and 15's began to climb to roll out of the dogfights they were in.

The enemy planes had a choice to make. The SU-82's were behind them. If they went up to follow the enemy planes they would present a bigger target for the DREAD guns behind them. While if they broke off they would be engaged in a dogfight against pilots with better moral and superior planes.

Taps Tactical N.I.s were never surprised, they just chagned their strategy subroutines. Of course, in that tight formation, they couldn't keep up, and 2 more UC-16s fell to the sea. They fired their missiles, at the planes at short range. They then split off, flying off below the enemy only to roar back up and fired their cannons.

The Frozopians had fought enough. They could not obtain air superiority unless they had a force 10 times that what they sent. All they could expect now was wavse of reinforcements by the enemies cutting edge fighters. The only thing they had achieved today was to drive away the enemy bombers, not that they would not return. It was a temporary relief for the ground forces.
Breaking off from the dog fights, they shot towards the ocean doing their best to avoid the AA missiles. It would mean risking any ships with AA systems, but it was worth the risk compared to the SU-82 fighters. Heading almost vertically downwards at mach 2.0 was a manouver no human should risk, but the desperate men took it and barely managed to pull up before they struck the oceans surface. One unfortunate Raptor pilot didnt make it. Instead his tale just skimmed the surface with enough force to cause the jet to explode.
They were fleeing home, as fast as they could, but they expected pursuit. Which is why Master Phillips was ordering 20 Raptors out of their airbases to protect the fleeing force.....

The UC-16s were sent to eliminate their enemy, they descended just as fast, with no casualties. One even performed a little roll and kicked up a large amount of water, that little programming abberation would be corrected for later. They redlined their engines at Mach 2.3 to catch up. The ASF-10s, refueled and reloaded, flew toward the fleeing aircraft at their max of Mach 2.5. They fired their long-range AA missiles at the fleeing aircraft.

Below, the aircraft were about to roar over a destroyer, which turned as many guns possible at the enemy planes, firing missiles, 14.5mm guns, and its dual 50mm Autocannons.

The combined IMAF force, consisting of 9 less planes than it started with, headed after the enemy force, but did not drop down to challenge them. Instead they would stay above and behind them, because the incoming support would have to climb to their altitude to challenge them, at which point the SU-82's would have time to complete their mission by heading back to Saharistan, and then on to Robyn AFB in McKagan.

"HOLY SHIT" Screamed Superior Ryan. Suddenly he was facing a destroyer with every gun pointed at him and his wingmen. He shouldn't have screamed. It lost him the time to react. Instead he plummeted into the main deck of the ship where the Raptor erupted in flames exploding his one remaining AMRAAM war head at the same time. The others were alot faster and went either side of ship. The AA missiles launched by the destroyer were ignored; they had no time for evasive manouvers. None at all. Instead the Frozopians passed the destroyer and manouvered so they were in line with the destroyer.

Hopefully this would drive the enemies AA missiles into the destroyer instead of aircrafts, as long as they flew low enough. 2 more F/A 18's went down, one raked by machine gun fire the other hit in the tale just as they passed the ship.

At the Reactor, Candrian forces and civilians were preparing to return home. In all, over 200 Candrians died in this frozen hell-hole, and enough was enough. The rebels put up a good fight, but couldn't win. The 2,000 CMF personell now stationed there were returning home. Field General Stephanie Simone wasn't going to lose more men in a new war they had no part of. Control of MCL-F 1 was now in Frozopian hands, and hopefully, the rampaging invaders wouldn't bomb the most advanced power facility in the world.

On the tarmac of TA 1, some 600-700 Candrian infantry, 100 tanks, 100 IFVs, and 100 self propelled artillary were rolling into the massive a600 transports. An entire wing was here - 10 jumbojets worth of frieght-haulers. No-one wanted to stay- it was just too damn cold. There was nothing around MCLF for miles, and the security forces were pulling out, being replaced by domestic forces. The F/B 1 Pitbulls still here were going to escort the big birds out through a hot zone - SaBOCAD showed an impressive airbattle just east of their positions.

15 F/B 1 Pitbulls, and 6 a600s took off, on their way to their long, distant home. Radio messages were sent out in all frequencies.

The 15 fighters and 6 large transports are Candrian in origin. Do NOT attack - we are currently neutral. Attack of these planes will be considered an act of total war and will be responded to as such. Do NOT threaten, do NOT engage. I repeat, do NOT engage.

The front 5" gun exploded, killing 15 sailors below and on deck who were firing KF10 MGs. The missiles couldn't turn hard enough and streamed past the ship, it was too low and too fast. The destroyer called for repairs, and asked that it would return instead of one of the convoy ships. FleetCom granted the request. Another Praetorian VLS ship, fired off its long range AA missiles at the incoming supporting planes.

King Clauro had a plan. The Candrian empire would be involved in the war whether they wanted it or not. The following message would be sent to military base K1. It would use standard easily breakable encryption, at least for nations as advanced as Frozopia's foes were. The enemy were meant to intercept it, and the Frozopians would take as many means as possible to make it so.

The Candrian Empire has completed shipping of weapons of WMD. We are now prepared for nuclear warfare, if it is necessary. They promise to assist us secretly if such an event should occur, and are shipping some of our own forces out of the country for later infiltration.

King Clauro IX of Frozopia

If all went to plan, the enemy would declare war on the Candrian empire, and Frozopia would have a ally.

The Su-82's, in their higher position, noted the destroyer and checked ther fire.

This was their last chance. They were low on ammo, fuel, and had been in the air longer than they should have been. Fighting the renforcements would be bad. They gave the engines everything they had, flew towards the enemy planes and got as close as they could. Then, they launched the remaining 4 missiles they collectivly had, gave the planes a burst of machine gun fire, and climbed, away from hostiles, over the ocean, towards home.

The transmission was intercepted by the TacCom system and made Priority 1 and sent to FleetCom for decryption. The Tactical N.I.s made quick work of it. ONI spooks felt suspicious. They had intercepted and broken mere convoy movements of bread with higher encryption. They sent a message to allied forces.

The attached message is clear what it means. But its kind of obvious.

Whats interesting is that our recent decryptions of higher grade read this:

There was already a military/air base constructed next to the reactor. 3000 Troops would now garrison their as well as armoured vehicles etc. There were also counter missile guns and nearby Raptors.
The Frozopians trained in the use of the reactor moved in, albeit nervous after the last needle strike, but looking forward to the thousands of Frozo's they would recieve in the future. They immediatly celebrated with a party in the main common room, with bottles of champagne and plenty of venison and boar meat.

Elsewhere the Frozopian jets were desperately fleeing. Another destroyer was firing upon them, but they had sighted it much earlier and veered East to avoid it. Now they were increasing their altitude, on the last stretch to safety....

"This isn't what I was appointed for... Where's Petron? Leeds? They're goddamn geniuses... they'd know what to do in this... feckup."

Oh, damn, they're going to Hogsweat... I forgot.

He was now on his own. His old, wrinkleded, pale forehead tensed. His light blond mustache twitched. He had to get his priorities lined up - he knew the Empire's army was only ready for a defensive war right now, and pitching the 2 trillion to just keep someone - even someone as close as Frozopia - would prove foolish, and disasterous. But... what was he going to do?

"I'm getting too old for this."

He ran mere blanks in his mind. Nothing going. Who's that new kid, one of the Mcarbel grads? The really smart one? He'd have to know what to do. Definatly.

He reached over and pressed a button on his grey intercom. The speaker cracked to life. "Hello, Mr. Jakowitz. What do you need?"

"Janet, get me that new kid. The Mcarbel U graduate."

"Peterson?"

"Yeah, that's him... right?"

"I think so."

"Bring him up here. Tell him some matter of national security stuff."

"Will do sir."

As men patted the survivors on their backs, Master Phillip's sat in contemplation. Clauro's plan was good, but he suspected the transmission had been obvious. They needed a way to reinforce the lies. Maybe they could bomb any ships that intercept the Candrian convoy? As if they were protecting Frozopia's secrets? Maybe. He needed to think.
Frozopia looked to lose this war. The enemy controlled the air and the sea. Phillips was confident over his soldiers abilities to fight on land, but he was worried they would be attack from multiple angles, and his soldiers could not defend every angle.
There was also worries over nuclear warfare. The enemy delighted in killing civillians. King Clauro would surrender if the death count reached to high, or worse he would retaliate in such a manner that doomsday would occur.

Two more ballistic missile trains stopped. They opened up and released 2 long range conventional missiles targeted at Ironian Island's military bases. They targeted the remaining planes and tanks on the island.

Silos in Leafanistan opened up and released the first biological weapons fired during the war. It was a new virus that targeted plants, they aimed the smaller "Spear" Ballisitic Missiles at the biggest farms and major forests of Frozopia.

Peterson stepped into Jakowitz's office. He was nervous - fresh outta college, and already talking to the Defense Secretary on matters of National Security.

"Peterson... I need your help in this. Leafanistan is accusing us of shipping WMDs into Frozopia. We only shipped things out - our infantry and tanks and such. I need a way to prove that we didn't bring anything into Frozopia. Can you tell me how?"

Peterson thought for a moment. Think, man. What can you do to prove we moved stuff out, but not in?... Physics... Speed... I got it!

"We can show them the airspeeds of the transport craft. If they're empty, they would go faster to Frozopia than they would be going back here."

"Peterson, that's genious! Now, get outta my office! I gotta pull us out of a war!"

Jakowitz stood up - not something he did often. He ran over to his phone, and dialed in the number for Allied Intelligence, the aggressors in the Frozopian theatre.

No, we did not ship WMDs into Frozopia, nor did we ship anything at all into Frozopia. We were merely sending tired Candrian army personell home. If you require proof, check the airspeeds of the a600 transports - surely, they were faster going to TA 1 than they were leaving TA 1. They obviously were carrying far less equipment.

As for the reactor, it is the much-publicized MCLF Fusion Nuclear Reactor. The project broke ground nearly 2 years ago, and Candrian forces have been active over Frozopia for nearly 4 years clearing the place of rebels to safely build the reactor. It has no nuclear weapons production capability. Surely, you will not attack a major scientific acheivement?

OOC: I just do't watn some godmodding where suddenly my plant killing viruses that are meant to destroy your crops suddenly give everyone smallpox or something.

At least I can bomb airbases and hangers so you can't use them later.

The fleet couldn't strike hard enough at the bunkers. But they had something that could. Repeated strikes at Ironia Island, were accompanied by satellite recon, and a few bunker's supporting structures were found, and their location discovered using infrared.

Tungsten needles fell from the sky, 6 of them, targetting possible bunker locations found on infrared scans. They roared through the atmosphere, with only a 3 minute warning at most, moving entire divisions out of bunkers before they were hit was near impossible without revealing their positions to the Fleet and being bombarded that way. UC-16s took to the skies over the bunkers with tank busting weapons to make sure that those who did try to escape wouldn't go far.

The missiles facing no opposition, opened up in space, released multiple warheads, they fell to the earth, decoys amoung them too, falling upon farms and forests releasing their dangerous disease carrying cargo. The plants unknowningly fed upon the tainted air. By morning small calcifications on the leaves were the only signs at first.

The Fleet arrived outisde Imperial waters, awaiting a challenge from Candrian Imperial naval forces. They prepped cruise missiles for possible operations.

The invasion fleet, spread out, preparing to land troops on the island. Filling the gap between the penisula and the island, the ships prepped missiles for initial bombardment.

IC:
Frozopia's plant life was destroyed, or at least it would be eventually. The Farmers who witnessed the strikes at the plants immediatly informed the Kings intelligence phone line, and the intelligence groups draw the links between the bioligical attacks. Farmers were ordered to gather all harvest immediatly. Government vans turned up at the large farms that were scattered across southern Frozopia, and began to ship them to the government warehouses. This scene was repeated all across Frozopia: Anywhere that sold, produced (or in alot of artificial farms across the country) manufactured food had all food confiscated and taken to the warehouses. King Clauro decided to put the whole country through a rationing system, but the army would keep with full rations. This would encourage more conscripts.

Ironia Island was (sigh) once again struck by needle missiles. This time the Frozopians had been lucky. The supposed 'bunkers' that the enemy bombarded were infact 'duds'. All Frozopian bunkers were large, deeply dug and made up of both tough and heat absorbing materials. Prepared for Infra red searches, a number of of smaller empty bunkers that gave off heat emissions were instead bombarded. The armoured divisions were safe for now.

From all across the Naval Fleet, missiles lifted off. Submarines launched missiles (non-nuclear), ships turned. Combined, close to 500 cruise missiles were launched. Only a few were at the port's. The target here? Airfields. Every airfield that had been used to launch planes during the earlier dogfights/bombrun had been logged, and were now at the mercy of the missiles.

(OOC: I'm not using napalm in this, so don't say I torched more civies. :p )

OOC: I guess you mean all of Frozopia, not just Ironia island.

IC:
Once again more explosions erupted across the country. Air fields were utterly destroyed in a barrage of cruise missiles, destroying hundreds of Frozopian aircrafts. Not only had Frozopia lost air superiority, they had lost their air force. Only the most stealthy air depots, dug, largely utilised by test and stealth crafts survived the destruction. But these were few.
Several ports were also struck by cruise missiles, destroying 20 battleships that had fled into the ports.

Luckily a good amount of military personnel had time to evacuate. With their air force down and their naval force inactive and near destroyed, they would garrison with the standard Frozopian infantry. It seemed that everytime the enemy struck at Frozopia, the infantry divisions grew and grew....

This was the last straw for Master Phillip's. He had been given permission to retaliate with WMD's. Frozopia would half its extensive (for the nations size) nuclear stockpile on large military (and a few civilian) targets. Frozopia would also reopen its links with the DOK (Divinity of Kings) terrorist group, that branched across the world, admittedly largely unheard of, to strike at the enemy.

A high altitude bomber had been lumbering along closing in at it's maximum height, however instead of bombs this plane was carrying strange escape pod like objects hanging off each side of the plane. These vehicles were known as Drop-pods. An alternative to first strike Paradrops drop-pods move in at high altitude and only slow down around 200 feet above the ground. each seated 3 and were armed with a auto machine gun to clear the ground around it. This ship was carrying twelve.

OOC: Correct.

IC:

Those 500 missiles had made up the bulk of the land attack missiles left in the fleet. At this point, a request for 1500 more missiles had been put into the Logistical Command Centre in Saharistan, and they were being put into the fleet of massive Montana Class Transport Ships, and would be transported to the fleet. 5 Jupiter Class ASW Frigates and 10 Sultan Class Attack Submarines are escorting this fleet.

However, several more cruise missiles were left in the fleet, counting about 120. The folks at IMAF had all but won air superiority, but they weren't taking any chances with massive fleets of VERY expensive planes as long as they had the option of making it more secure.

"Are the tubes ready?" Captain Powers, aboard one of the Cobalt Class Destroyers asked. "Yes, the missiles across the fleet have been loaded, preparing to strike."

At that point, a strike of the remaining missiles were targeted at any and all (known) anti-aircraft positions, and communications systems that could possibly link what was left of the network together. For the missiles headed at the weapons themselves, cluster bombs were added, ensuring that damage would result over a vast area around the weapon, in an attempt to take out the trained operators of said weapons.
Frozopia
11-09-2005, 23:28
The explosions. They would never end. Frozopia's cities had largely escaped bombardment, with the exception of Kopal and Ironia, but now they were all taking hits.

Tropan city, the capital of Frozopia, equipped with an extremely advanced anti-aircraft/ missile system code named "Tropan Shield" was struck first. The system was basically a number of missile propulsion systems with every kind of tracking system on them from Infra-red to RADAR, was designed to protect the capital city and its nearby military military base at all costs. Unfortunately the air base TA1 was on the outskirts of the city and had been undefendable during the barrage of cruise missiles, but now the cruise missiles targeted the actual defence system itself. The computers detected the cruise missiles 10 minutes before impact, and let off a barrage of 80 counter missiles, far more than those aimed at the shield system. All the threats were destroyed.

The remaining anti-gun systems were scattered across the coast lines and the cities. Kopal city was once again struck, this time by both cluster missiles at cruise missiles, destroying the central AA guns and missile systems as well as a few 1000 civilians. Across the country AA guns and missile systems were struck, but by the end of the bombardment only 1% of Frozopia's actual AA systems were destroyed. The rest were too numerous and too scattered. Any air craft that braved Frozopia main land would do it at a cost......
McKagan

IMAF was moving again.

It was apparent that eliminating all the anti-aircraft positions was, at this time, impossible. The incoming bombers had originally thought that because they saw most of the sites that were firing on them, that they saw all the sites that could have fired on them. Apparently not.

Here they were. 75 of the same type planes that had flown last time. The heavy bombers. This time they had been armed with conventional high explosives, no napalm, just lots of stuff that blew up.

Escorting these planes? 50 Su-82 Fighters, all with their 10 Air-to-Air missiles, incase a few enemy fighters actually survived the navy's missile attack.

The target: Dams, Bridges, highways, roads, warehouses, and large industrial sectors. Any sort of infrastructure that could be used to help sustain the nations economy.

That wasn't the only objective though. Flying along with the squadron was 4 Kurora spyplanes, that would log the use of any AA platforms against the planes. They, from most ground based systems, looked like the Su-82's, knocking them down would be a 1 in a million chance. The point? The only thing the defense of their airspace would earn the units would be giving their position away for the next missile attacks.

The units neared Frozopian airspace, their various dropzones were now available for them. Individual planes broke off to make their attacks more pinpoint.

The bomb-bay doors opened, the bombs fell.

Nearly one hundred planes were in the air, all bearing the insignia of the Dominion. This would be one of the last transports. Twenty a600s, one F 2F Goblin, and 78 F/B 1s streamed to TA 1, the now almost destroyed Frozopian airbase. Whether the damaged airstrips could take such a load wasn't certain. It was only known that the last 1,300 Candrian military personell and some 4,000 Candrian civilians were going home today, whether anyone wished to stop them or not. Mabye even a few refugees would get lucky and get shipped out; nothing was set in stone, but there was no ruling it out.

"ETA 30 Minutes. Forerunner, check for hostiles en route."
The pilots of a600 'Everest' clicked around their radios - they were the foremost of the a600 transports, and because of their position, were most likely to be hit by any enemy air-air fire. They had right to be nervous - they were here for peace in the midst of war.

"F 2F 'Ironbiter' in. SaB dialed to 700 miles, all air, large sea. Nothing threatening. Push up airspeed - suggest M Point 8. Out."

"Anything ususual Ironbiter?"

"Gotcha. Looks like a big bomb strike in Frozyland. Indeterminate origin. Gonna dial in to Chameleon to ID them. I'm reading 75 bombers, and an assload of Sukois. Watch yourselves."

"Roger Ironbiter. All crews, push to M Point 8, no hostiles. Keep watch for threatening AA ships and planes. We've got more than a bit of time before we get there."

The enemy were about to launch a powerful blow to Frozopia. Even should Frozopia win this war, they would suffer the after affects for another 100 years.

All across the country intense bombardment began the crippling process. Roads and railways that linked the cities were destroyed, as were all the industrial sectors. The only haven was Tropan city. Any enemy bombers that flew over the city immediatly faced a barriage of AA missiles, and any bombard attempts were destroyed in mid air.

Kopal, Lamantha and Hatak city were inflames, their industrial centres heavily bombarded, their people butchered in the process. A total 200,000 more people died in the bombings that struck across the country.

War was a terrible thing.

Ironia + Main land Frozopia coastlines

Refugee's from both the main land and the island rushed to the coast line. Many had gone days without food, seen their relatives burn and their children cry as diseases spread through the camps like wild fire. These refugee camps were everywhere in Frozopia, and now 1000's of people ran to the coast lines. These people were miserable, hungry, sick and in many places half frozen. They were in one word: Desperate.

Say 10 AA missiles per plane that came in range (Im assuming you didnt parade your whole airforce above the city.) If the 10 missed, another barrage of 10 missiles were fired (its a extensive computerised AA system), although they could increase this number significantly.

Official Response from Office of Secratary of Defense, J.M. Jakowitz:

We wish to inform the Leafanistani Intelligence directorate that their announcement of a no-fly zone over southern Frozopia will not be considered for flights enroute or already in the area. Any attempt to deter these final flights will be considered an act of war, as they will contain CMF personell on their way home, with suitable military escort.

There will be only one more flight to TA 1, currently in planning. When the route is planned, you will be informed.

We understand, your flights are approved to let your civilians out, but if you try to remove evidence of your nukes we'll down those things. We are watching.

Automated T-190s flying far above the battlefield at 75,000 ft, they were given coordinates from the Fleet, they carried hudnreds of packages of salted meats, crackers, cheeses, and perserved vegatables. They rained down on the refugee camps, their parachutes with bright Red Crosses on them. UC-130s flew over them, inspecting the camps.

OOC: Got it, did you fire on the other planes in your airspace, or were they allowed to fly over unoposed?

IC:

Of the 12 planes that attacked Tropan, 8 were hit. To a true testimate to the builder of the planes, all of them didn't crash! 3 of the ones that were hit exploded instantly, with no survivors. 2 more planes were, after the cleared Frozopian Airspace (they won't eject over the country they just bombed...) ditched into the ocean, where they were destroyed. 3 more planes flew on, making emergency landings in Saharistan.

None of the fighters were downed, the Kurora's weren't hit, and they had logged critical information on the AA system. Within the week a massive strike would take place on it, and then the fighters would go back in, to take out the rest of the nations industry.

3 of the Peninsular Class Pocket Battleships broke from formation and moved closer to the shoreline.

Cruise missile attacks upon Frozopia AA assets failed when used last, so the staff at the AMC had devised a better/different plan.

"Wow, land bombardment, that far inland? Can we do that?"

That was the initial reaction by various crewmen (and women) around the fleet of battleships after hearing what they were doing so far away from the rest of the fleet. The response from officers?

"Well, that IS what this thing is designed for, y'know? We've just never DID it before."

So, it was time to find out.

Each of the three battleships cut loose with the 9 11" guns each of them had.

Accuracy wasn't even a word at this point, they aimed at Tropan, and hoped that most of the people there had taken the cue that the cruise missiles headed there before weren't friendly.

The main target was industrial areas, but the Generals "up top" had made sure several cluster shell bombardments would be headed for the AA encampments, even though the likelyhood of taking the whole system down was small, there was a chance that a few units would go down.

(OOC: I don't know if that city is within range or not, but seeing as how most of your big citys would probably be on the coast or just inland, I figured it might be worth a shot.)

The mainland, with the exceptions of large cities, was largely unmolested. That was to change, to prep for the invasion, and to sow possible confusion amoung Frozopian troops, cruise missiles, flew to attack other cities along the coast line. Villages were given no warning, and their major structures were targeted, city halls, office buildings, grain silos, large barns. Cruise missiles descended and exploded.

"Prepare for Shore Bombardment" The Lone Alliance navy, had been getting tired of just watching the bombing of Frozopia, but unlike the others they didn't just want to fire blindly into cities. However if they were going to land, they would need to take out the shore batteries and shore bunkers. For the shore batteries they readied the battleships for firing, but for the deep underground bunkers they prepared a more interesting weapon. "I want the Gustav ready in twenty minutes I want that low Concrete building blasted off the face of the planet."

- 5000 Feet, 1 miles from Northwest Frozopia-
The Bomber carrying the Drop-pods began to slow. It's task was at an end.
"Everybody in now, lets move it people, we don't have all day!" Everyone quickly grabbed their various weapons and jumped in, even the pilot. The on board timer counted down until release. #5.4.3.2.1.# The bomb-bay doors opened, and one after another the pods were dropped angled at high speed, their target, Frozopia. Soon after the last one was released the Plane exploded. (36 soldiers will be landing in a remote area soon, I'll give stats and weapons when I have it happen.) ((Note these things are pretty small and are shaped to be confusing to radar. It was to make it think that the bomber had just jettisoned it's bombs because of an Error and then exploded))

OOC:Last post for the night, then I wont be back until 4 tommorrow(its around 12 AM here).
IC:The Red Tidean Task Force sailed into the exact position they said they were going to sail. No sooner had they arrived then did they go to their first mission, destroying ALL radar systems in Frozopia. They did this utilising H/K-1s armed with HARMs(High speed Anti-Radiation Missiles), each H/K-1 could carry up to 12 HARMs on them(2 per hardpoint). They would fly in, wait for a lock on to a radar source, then fire the HARM off. The HARM targets a radar system by the finding the source of the very radiation waves a radar site emits to detect the enemy! Even better, they were fast(going over 2280 kmph(OOC:dont know what Mach number that is)) and small. They also had a range of 80 miles! The Red Tidean launched all of their Surface Attack Aircraft, all loaded with HARMs. That made for a total 960 Frozopian radar sites targetted, some were along the coast, some were farther inland, some HARMs even targetted some radar sites inside the Frozopian Capitol(These had to be brought closer to their targets by the H/K-1s, but they avoided Anti-Aircraft fire by flying high).

The first shells fired at Tropan city struck an appartment block built next to one of the AA estabilishments. Civilians ran screaming from the buildings, but for many is was too late. The roof collapsed crashing down on the top floor. The top floor, weakened by the bombardment crashed down again, and like domino's the buildings slowly collapsed killing 400 of the 1000 residents.

Across the city shells screamed everywhere, largely missing their targets and instead hitting civilian buildings. At such extreme ranges the enemy had little hope of hitting their intended targets. Instead it would be the average Frozopians who suffered. But they did not suffer as much as their neighbours in the country side and the other cities.

All hell was breaking lose, as villages and large towns erupted in explosions that could be seen for miles. Desperate Frozopians fled into the deeper frozen country side, away from their homes and in many cases their loved ones. The extreme colds so deep into the country killed the poor Frozopians in the droves.

In the northwest however, a small garrison of Frozopian soldiers witnessed something strange. A plane released a number of projectiles over the ice sheet, that flew to Frozopia. Seconds later the plane exploded. The Frozopians immediatly informed intelligence.

On the coast lines, massive bombardment took place. The huge Frozopian bunkers, many with guns to fire offshore, retaliated for the first time. They pumped large powerful shells towards the enemy, and with each miss they recorrected their aim with computer installments and fired again at the TLA and any other ships. The large and strong bunkers protected both the guns and the soldiers from any damage.

Once again Frozopia was blinded. The enemy this time struck at all RADAR systems, with complete success except over Tropan city where the missiles were shot out of the sky. Things were getting harder and harder for the Frozopians.

With the elimination of a majority of the Frozopian Radar networks(Except the capitol, but those would be dealt with later). The Red Tideans turned their attention to a new method, the erradication of all armored, mechanised, and motorised Frozopian units. ATGM-2(A laser guided anti-tank missile) pods were put on a quarter of the H/K-1s, each pod held 4 missiles, and the H/K-1s had 6 hard points. The rest were equipped with 2,000 LB Laser Guided Deep Penetration Bombs(IE: Bunker Busters), there were 6 of these bombs for each aircraft. The H/K-1s were then sent out to destroy the bunkers on Ironia Island. Mere 5 minutes ago, the commanding officer aboard the task force recieved info on ALL the bunkers on Ironia Island, thanks to ARB-1 Bunker Detecting Sattelites. They even knew which bunker was empty, full of people(not what kind of people of course), and which ones were full of tanks. The plan was simple, the H/K-1s armed with ATGMs would go in low, shooting the missiles at armored targets and using their single 20mm miniguns against motorised and foot infantry targets.

Tropan City, from the looks of things, had been blown to shit, but it's industry probably had the ability to do a few things, even if a few office buildings had been knocked down.

Arial attacks failed. Sea attacks failed. There was only 1 last chance to take that AA system off....

The Stealth Blimp floated over Frozopia. It was higher than most planes could fly, and almost 100% invisable to anyone who wasn't looking out a window at it.

On board? 12 Sierra Force Special Operations personnel.

8 of the officers were armed with P90 SMG's, all with in upwards of 10 clips, and the rest had M8 Rifles with 15-20 clips.

The objective? They were to land outside of the city into the cold conditions, use a stealthy approach, infiltrate a suspected command bunker to housed the AA control system, and then run like hell towards LZ Foxtrot...

As the vessel turned, the men (and women) each checked to make sure their CT-8 Battlesuits were at the designated pressure output.

The pointman opened the door to the lockout chamber and walked in, followed by the other 11 soldiers. He then opened the secondary door, a safety, and made sure the door to the rest of the ships atmosphere had been closed. Finally, the outside door was opened from inside the Operations Center of the vessel. The men were mostly sucked out. They fell towards Objective Alpha, the large frozen expanse just outside the city. As of 3 hours earlier, it was unoccupied, and from all guesses wouldn't be patrolled, due to the large invasion force sitting offshore.

(OOC: I'm got clearance from Frozopia to do this...)

The armoured divisions were well protected. Deeply dug and heavily reinforced, they were almost completely protected from any sort of bunker busting missile. They were built specifically for this purpose, so their were few casualties for the Frozopian armoured divisions. For now.

So the Frozopian armoured vehicle drivers sat around playing cards, talking of home and laughing trying to ignore the thump of the explosions outside their bunkers....

A patrol boat, caught a shell, as it tried to dodge them. As it sank, the men and women got into a raft and waited for a Kilo-class Sub to surface and retrieve them. Most of the ships stayed out beyond the horizon, deftly dodging shells that ventured beyond that.

The AA positions that were found by McKagan and Red Tidean forces in Tropan city that were not destroyed were targeted. But this time by something far more effective, and frightening. It would be the first test of the Leafanistani built Ion Exciter Cannon, a copy of a Lone Alliance design. Taken up the Orbitial Tower as a comms satellite no one really noticed, except for authorized personnel.

A Positron emission LASER fell from the sky, about as big as a bottle cap, the little dot visible only in Ultraviolet went unnoticied. Seconds later, the sky glowed slightly, a 45 cm wide beam of highly charged Ions riding the LASER fell from the sky, the bluish beam cut right through the earth, a series of explosions then followed. 10 seconds later, the charge disappated, the ground equalized. Only one installion was targeted, 26 hours later, it would be ready to fire again.

OOC:Anyway, what kind of tanks are those?

IC:The Red Tidean Aircraft returned to their carriers to reload, this time they would be sent against coastal fortifications. This time they didnt have to utilise sattelites, they simply used fire-finder radars positioned on the Destroyers and Frigates to quickly pin point the position of the Coastal Artillery Defences. These specialised radars used a ferquency which was extremely difficult to jam. What they did was detect a shell in flight, and using its trajectory, calculated where it came from. The coastel bunkers were quickly targetted by the H/K-1s.

The bombardment was set to begin.

All across the fleet guns pointed towards the coastline of Frozopia.

All of the 64 160mm Railguns in the fleet of McKagan built destroyers fired first. Then the Praetonian built ships. Even frigates picked targets and let their small guns fire away.

The targets? The dug in armored units.

After that, close to 1000 cruise missiles were targeted at various units, anything that could see the sun was fired upon, mostly bunker busters, they were designed to at least bust the fortifications up for the next stage...

Which was?

High above the nation, 125 Heavy Bombers flew, loaded with a new mixture of napalm so potent that it could burn underwater for a long time. The bombs were all targets at the known shelters, and even if they didn't get a direct hit, the resulting rivers of fire could potentially roll over entier columns, units, fuel dumbs, into bunkers, trapping the occupants like the people in ancient civilizations that were whipped out after volcanic erruptions, the entier coastline was set up for destruction...

The 10790 launching of missiles didn't exactly concern General Alex Martin, commander of the Group of Bonstocknian Forces in 10790. A complete alcoholic and womanizer, he was to busy throwing parties with local women then to actually notify the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Lord Harald, who was busy rebuilding his credibility with voters after a debacle with his Secretary of Foreign Affairs, John Ruperts, and his mistress.

While chaos reigned in the Department of Foreign Affairs during the firing of Secretary Ruperts, some bureaucrat discarded a priority telegram from the Lone Alliance, with word of a missile attack by 10790 and a cry for help with the war. President Lord Harald was never informed.

As soon as the President figured out about the situation, he was furious. General Martin was courtmartialed, and sent to the iron mines of the infamous State Corrections Institution 897. The Secretary of Defense and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff were both reprimanded for negligence. Meanwhile, a public announcement was made concerning the incident, although it was whitewashed to make sure no one in the public knew of the incident. Media outlets were all censored, and the Senate quickly voted to not recognize the legitimacy of the government of 10790.

A new commander, General Alberto Sanchez, was quckly dispatched to 10790. OOC: sorry guys been busy recently, mck when you continuing the spec op action?

IC:
Frozopia was a burning hell. All along the coastline, bunkers were ripped to pieces taking serious damage and causing high casualties. Flames poured into the bunker outlets, and across large amounts of the country. The inland bunkers were still well protected though, as the enemy largely targeted the 'dud' bunkers as opposed to the bunkers that are almost considered to have stealth properties. They did however take many hits and the armoured divisions within them began to evacuate onto the plains and towards Tropan city. Any aircrafts that opposed them would be shot at.

1000's of soldiers were dying, but many still lived to take their place. Master Phillips gave specific orders to the survivors along the coast lines to remain hidden, and to cease firing the coastal guns. The enemy was to think that most of the Frozopian coast line army was destroyed. They would suffer for the presumption. He also gave orders to the armoured divisions that were evacuating their destroyed bunkers in the hellish waste lands to head to the coast. It would look like reinforcements, which may spur the enemy into a main attack. This action was mainly carried out on Ironia island, where they expected the main attack.

The Krait
Flames flared around the Krait, it had flown low into a set of plains that were alight with napalm from the enemies aerial strike. Now the pilot knew he could not lead the enemy to the stealth base. His decision was to fire the nuke into the largest concentration of enemy forces and land in Tropan city. But for the meanwhile he had to contend with 4 AA missiles flying his way.

The leading missile streaked downwards, but was far slower to follow the sudden upthrust. As it was travelling faster the change in direction meant it carried on its previous course downwards and instead crashed into the ground, causing another explosion.

Refugee camps, coastline
The average Frozopian suffered once again. Rivers of fire poured across the coast line, killing thousands of refugee's who had taken refuge there for the promised food. Civilians ran everywhere screaming and dying.......

At the same time, across the country, snow was melting. And quickly. Avalanches erupted everwhere, new rivers of water poured onto the plains and into towns and large settlements, killing many and forcing more into the deep inland refugee camps.

With the Frozopian radars mostly down, the Red Tidean Commander decided it was time to release the Dark Star Drones. They at flew 60,000 feet over the enemy, a auto-brightness dialer made it invisible to the eye, heat surpressors made it invisible to thermal imaging, and shape aswell as material made it invisible to radar.

One of their cameras saw the tanks moving out. This was quickly shot up the line, it was decided to send release some J-SOWs.

Up to 40 H/K-1s at their maximum altitude(40,000 feet) flew over the land. Under their wings were 200 J-SOWs total(6 per plane). On command they released them over the clustered armored divisions. Each bomb was sattelite guided until they reached the pre-set altitude, the bombs then fell apart, releasing their bomblets, 644 per bomb. Each bomblet was the size of a crow, and themselves were guided by heat sensors and crude fintails. Each one contained a pound of high explosive material. The heat sensors locked onto their sources... namely the exhaust from the tank, APCs, and vehicles engines. The top of a vehicle is always its weakest point, and the kinetic energy from the falling bomblets meant that any more armor wouldnt have made it much of a difference. The very least the bomblets would do would be to destroy the engine of the tank/APC/vehicle. At the worst? Blow it apart.

Major Smith, the commander of the Special Forces squad, began to check his surroundings. His men had all came down in the same general area, but they hadn't reported back yet.

God dammit, stupid fucking icecap's every fucking place. Meh, all the more reasons to go fast.

He walked forward a bit, and saw his pointman and a few enlisted folks coming towards them from one direction. The sniper from another, and the other missing group of people from the rear.

All of the parachutes at this point had been wrapped up and stored in built in compartments with each persons pack.

"Ok, Tropan City is.... this way," Bradley, the pointman said as he unlocked his P90.

"We'll go in slow, take our time, there's no hurry, once we're to the objective it'll be warm and we won't have to worry about that anymore, unless we knocked their heaters off in the bombings..." Smith shrugged and walked off.

A single highly encrypted signal left the Fleet, it read: Delta-Delta Alpha Yankee, and a number 0125. The message was sent. UC-16s took to the skies over Ironia Island, and dropped cluster munitions on the far eastern beaches over the island, McKagan and Lone Alliance forces would follow up with similar bombings. And to confuse the enemy, a series of bombings happened along a coastal city on the mainland, and along beaches from the penisula that jutted out from the mainland.

The Sierra Force group moved forward.

At this point they were on the outskirts of the city. They chose semi-stealthy routes. As they advanced towards their target they moved through backyards, always staying off the streets.

Major Smith had moved to the forward part of the formation. "Ok, ok, are we still on the correct path..." no one answered, the wind blew slightly in the background. "Dammit Bradley!"

Bradley spun around. "Oh... erm... yeah, I think. I didn't know you were talking to me." He let his P90 hang below his arm, then flipped open a PDA like device. "Yeah, well, I think so anyway. The network isn't showing a few of the roads we were on, but there's suppose to be a larger road up ahead, and, well... there it is."

Bradley pointed at what would probably be considered a highway.

"Shall we cross it?"

"Sure, that IS what we're suppose to be doing, isn't it?"

Smith looked at him, blank.

A few moments later everyone had taken their time crossing the road, and hadn't, at least that they knew of, been saw.

The ship rolled in the high seas. Actually, the seas weren't THAT high, especially when you were a Marine who had been in multiple amphibious assaults, riding below deck in the large and bulky transport ships the Imperium had formerlly operated, before the grand Twin Springs class.

Captain John Powers, formerlly Colonel, sat on the bridge of the ship going over the latest report his Spike Light Attack Helicopter had brought in, regarding visable shore defenses ahead. Funny, since the ship was suppose to be a scout, and it depended on scouts.

"Make us a small target now, actually, try to keep them from knowing we're here for a while, I want to get a feel for the area. But remember to keep the One-Five-Five up, eventually we've got to get their coastal guns firing at us or that landing force will never get to shore."

Powers stood and went to walk into the large video conference room to the rear and below the bridge.

The enemy spec ops passed through the cold streets of Frozopia. A main road lead straight into the centre of the city along which were a few military outposts randomly scattered across all main roads. After this is where their objective lay. A huge semibunker with a garrison of 5000 soldiers and all kinds of defensive systems from mounted machine guns manned by computers, camera's, pressure pads, trip wires and infra red detection. Oh and men.

But first the enemy had to worry about a large electirified and barbed fence that surrounded the building/bunker. Scattered along the fence were guards in outpost towers armed with snipers and SMG's. They also had infra red goggles and spot lights. This left 200 meters of open ground till the enemy could reach one of the 3 main entrances. Each one required finger prints, a 8 digit security number and a (whats that eye thing called again?) scan of a certain key guards eyes. The guards switched every hour on the hour. If they were late, the base went into full alert.

"Target, forward!" Bradley whispered into his comm-set.

"What is it," Smith took up a position on the covering side of the concrete wall.

"Tank?" he asked instictivly.

"No... erm... it looks like a node of some sort, might want to get everyone down here. If we set up a peremeter I believe we can make the entry here, there's a gate not too far behind this position. If we hit this thing with an grenade it'll fry itself, then we storm in and see what's behind the next wall? Sound good?"

Smith looked through the scope on his P90.

"Yeah, that's what we'll do..."

A few moments later several points for crossing the wall near the group of what looked like various targeting devices and scanners, probably controlling a machine gun nearby.

A combat engineer neared the wall with his TALON Special Forces Rifle (SFR), he loaded one of his 6 demolitions Grenades into the grenade launcher that was swung under the barrel of the 6.3mm weapon.

He fired.

The position he was at was fairly empty now, everyone was near the 3 "entry zones."

He called out "target clear," with a hope that the blast had taken the system out (And it should have), and that his team wasn't running into a trap.

As he made the call, the team ran down the embankment and began to move towards concealed firing positions forward from their previous position, and as they moved, he picked up his cover officer on a rear flank and ran in the same path, to bring up the rear...

Bonstocknian loudspeakers, outside the capital of 10790, broadcasted a message to Big Brother, wherever he was. A satellite soon beamed the same message to Frozopia. The message was short and simple:

"How are you gentlemen? All your base are belong to us. You are on the way to destruction. You have no chance to survive make your time. Ha ha ha ha."

As soon as the message concluded, the first Bonstocknian artillery shells fell on the capital of 10790 from the Bonstocknian base. A wave of bombers was forming up over Bonstock, preparing to be sent to 10790. Meanwhile, Bonstocknian sattelites identified 10790 airfields and SAM launchers. From Bonstocknian occupation forces airbases, and from carriers off shore, over five hundred F-35 and F-22 fighters were scrambled to attack the airfields, flying low to avoid radars before they dropped JDAMs on the hangers and planes parked outside, with Sidewinder and AIM-120 missiles ready to down any unlucky 10790 aircraft that happened into the air. Meanwhile, nearly fifty EA-6 Prowlers from Bonstocknian carriers offshore began attacking 10790 radars and SAM sites with HARM anti-radiation missiles.

Lord Harald concluded a cabinet to decide whether or not to declare war on Frozopia. Bonstocknian Satellite Television News reported "So far, Bonstocknian forces have not joined the actual fighting against Frozopia, but a Defense Department official said that two Bonstocknian carrier battlegroups have been dispatched to the region, with four more on their way. Lord Harald will release a press confrence on the matter tommarrow, and announce whether or not he plans to take the country to war."

IC: The alarm was triggered the moment the enemy fried the mounted gun system. Immediatly the base was on full alert, and soldiers inside the large building ran to the 3 entrances. It would take time for them to gather completely, but it would not take long. Already soldiers waited at the 3 positions taking careful cover and wearing the special anti-flash/gas masks. At the same time the 3 doors locked down.

On the outside, the spot lights spun across the open searching rapidly for the enemy. Frozopian snipers shouldered their weapons, looking in the direction of the explosions for any enemy soldiers. The enemy would be found......

OOC: Oops sorry.

IC: The storm of bomblets crashed into the Frozopian armoured divisons, crashing through the top of the armoured units and dealing destruction along the line of tanks and APC's. The soldiers with the armoured divisions ran for cover, some pointing AA missile launchers into the sky although they could not really see the enemy bombers, and none of their AA systems could reach such an extreme range. But today the Frozopians were lucky.

The Frozopian armoured divisions were passing through a once snowy plain. But due to the enemy napalm bombardment, everywhere intense flames still burned. Although it had been precarious navigating, it seemed to have payed off, if accidentally. The small bomblets instead flew straight into the high temperatures, and the main armoured divisions were protected from a vast amount of the bomblets.

Yet still there were losses. The large Frozopian tanks made specifically for the icy terrain within Frozopia were easy targets for the enemy. About 130 tanks were losts, as well as about 300 personnel. 60 More tanks required repairs that should be completed within hours and a further 30 would require alot of work. There were also 800 soldiers dead and 20 APC's and 8 snow trucks damaged beyond repair, but that was the extent of the damage The remaining would soldier on to their destination: The coast line. They were ordered to reinforce the so called "weakened" coastline and to drive the enemy into the sea. This mission would be completed....

The team moved to the cover they had available, which was more than enough.

They had chosen a door, and would eventually moves towards it. At this point though, they had to stay back, for fear of walking into some sort of machine gun nest...

High above Frozopia an Ion Exciter Cannon moved into firing position.

It fired first it's small beam of light, very small, it was likely that no one would even see it.

Soon later, though, a massive "bubble" of ions moved down towards its target, the main gate of the complex the team was waiting outside.

While this was happening, 3 Unmanned UC-16 Red-eye Falcon's with TACTICAL Fuel-Air Warheads moved over the vast frozen expanse. No pilot = no worrys. They moved in, reached their firing arc, and launched 2 warheads towards the gate and/or area just OUTSIDE the gate, designed to hopefully move some of the resistance out of the way.

IC:It was hard to hide from the Dark Star Drones. They were equipped with color cameras(a first for overheads), nightvision cameras, and thermal cameras.

The general didnt really mind the fact that a majority of the Armored Divisions escaped unscathed, he could wait until the fires stopped to start J-SOWing(as he called it) them again. Nor did he mind the mass killing of civilians, Red Tidean officers and soldiers were generally like that. Not careing if civilians got in the way, but not going out of their way to hunt them down either(unless explicitly ordered too). He considered his options, hitting the shores was out, the enemy had tanks at the coast. He decided to start dropping Falling Stars. The order was given...

High up in outer space, a Red Tidean sattelite hit its thrusters and manuevered itself over a section of heavily defended Frozopian coast. Then the thrusters on the back of the sattelite started up. The sattelite was thrown out of its Medium-Earth Orbit and began to hurtle through the atmosphere. The sattelite was speacially shielded to deal with this, though the solar panels it was equipped witrh to power the targetting computer was not. It was okay though, the targetting computer had already plotted the course of the sattelite. It came down with enough kinetic energy to level an entire city block. This power was increased by the 3 tons of SEMTEX loaded inside the sattelite, the radar signature it gave was the same as a meteorite.

The satellite hurtled through the air and crashed into the coast line. Their was no defence against such an assault. Bunkers, tanks, soldiers and civilians were utterly destroyed. The force of the impact shook the country, as shockwaves erupted towards sea and in land. A tidal wave was sent towards the enemy ships near that part of the coastline: Whether they would reach and damage the enemy blockade was dependent on that distance of the ships.

On land, 1000's of tons of snow that were anywhere near that part of the coastline erupted onto the the large communities and towns, as well as the refugee camps. The snow showed no mercy and left few survivors.
Several military encampments were destroyed as well, other than the coastal estabilishments, but these were few in comparison.

The armoured divison had already began to split up along the coastline when the satellite struck. Although about half the armoured units were concentrated over the impact site, all of which were destroyed, the remaining were spread further along the coast line. They were ordered to concentrate upon an enemy attack, but for now they were scattered to reduce the enemies anti-armour tactics.

Still. 1000's of soldiers were killed with 100's of tanks, APC's and trucks. A huge crater was left on the coast line. A gap for the enemy to fill.....

The heavily reinforced door was blown inwards, the few guards that were standing outside of it and just within it incinerated. However the enemy were being too slow. Now 100's of Frozopian soldiers rushed to reinforce the breached door and its twins. Sierra Force Unit, Tropan Sheild Defense Base

At this point the unit was simply holding their highly defendable position, preparing to possibly have to defend it.

The Sierra Force Operation relied heavily on being able to hit things from the sky. So far the team had used the ability of Imperial McKagan Tactical Commands' units to call in near perfect air/space support on the masses of enemy units.

The team was down, behind concrete structures, in a way that most units passing by, if anyone ever did, wouldn't see them.

At this point, another Red-eye Falcon was flying over Frozen expanses, in from the shoreline. It was armed with a single Fuel-Air missile. The warhead was fairly small, but inside the closed structure it would be devastating.

The earlier flight of units over this position had been used to specifically map out the area just above the ground on a flight path in, the path lead to an area near the doorway that was under assault. Flying, hopefully, under the radar line, the plane neared it's objective.

As close to it's launch zone as it could be, it rendered itself in the right direction, pulled upward, then leveled and presented a perfect launching platform the the ordnance. The warhead was aimed inside the doors, and even if it was shot down at this point there was a good chance the warhead could still go off somewhere near it's target.

As the missile was launched, the Falcon turned and flew over several buildings, at the end of which group it would be able to drop back down to it's right-above-the-ground automated position and hopefully return home.

At the head, there one figure, whose blue-green eyes burned with youthful vitality, but whose hair was starting to grey, and whose face was starting to wrinkle. "All right gentlemen," the man at the front said, "Let us hear General Sanchez's report."

A television screen on the wall opposite the head of the table turned on. An old, Mexican looking man in an army helmet with four stars on it began to speak. "Presidente Gustavsson, we have launched di initial attacks, including an all out air strike on 10790's air defenses. Bombers are coming now to cripple the 10790 government. Then an armored column will roll on in di capital, and arrest Big Brother."

"Very good, General," answered the President. "You may continue with your operations."

The screen turned black. "Now that 10790 is taken care of, we're gonna let our allies handle Frozopia. We'll supply them with arms and money to continue the war, and keep a few carriers in the area just in case. This meeting may now be adjourned."

The missile impacted just outside the door way. As soon as the enemy jet was detected, too late unfortunately, the Tropan shield defence system fired a cluster of AA missiles at the enemy bomber.
The soldiers nearest to the explosion, about 50 of them, were blown apart. Only 5 survived, and they looked to be dying. Master Phillips watched the scene on camera that was positioned in the entrance hall. The Frozopians inside had yet to find their target, as had the snipers outside. 60 soldiers were onroute from T1, Phillips would not let his Tropan shield guards be drawn outside. So they would need outside help.

The jeep pulled up 100 meters from the remenants of the gate. They were Frozopia's finest, and equipped accordingly. Some carried the Jk-1A sniper rifle, but most of them had a SG-665 Assault rifle as their primary weapons. Commanding them was Superior Sharpe. Fanning out in a thin line, the squadron made slow progress to where they suspected the enemy was positioned. It should not be too difficult, the exterior of Tropan shields military base was purposefully anti-special forces. Plenty of open ground, very little cover. And the Frozopian's knew where the little cover was......

At this point the Sierra Force team expected to be challenged. They moved outward, not too far that would allow them to be seperated, but far enough to avoid flanking and set up highly superior fields of fire.

The P90 users prepared to lay down masses of covering fire, the TALON SFR-02 Users prepared for even MORE covering fire in the "kill zone," with grenades and the like also being prepared. On top of this, 2 members were using the new, actually WORKING, version of the M60 that the unit was equipped with. Not to mention that one of the members was armed with an over-14mm armor piercing rifle.

The goal was to simply push the enemy forces back, stop their advance towards the SF team, and then call in another Fuel-Air strike behind them and see what happened.

The Red-Eye Eagle that had came in before was, of course, hit. It could have still flew on, but it was ordered to self destruct to clear the airspace for future operations.

Once the shockwave created by the blast reached the deep water of the sea, its wave amplitude dropped far down due to the deep ocean, the wave became just a mere annoyance. Though a Captain on one of the Destroyers was throughly humilitated when he fell off, eating his sandwich, due to the wave.

Strategic Missile Trains with ICBMs readied for another volley. 7 identified AA locations and Jammer stations in Tropan City were located and targeted. 3 missiles per location. They were each armed with traditional explosives, but each individual missile carried enough explosive to wipe out a city block. 21 missiles left 21 seperate trains, the trains packed up, and met with a Missile reloading train an hour later, they were reloaded and continued on their paths across the vast Leafanistani railroad system.

As soon as the missiles came in, the Sierra Force team realized the city was under seige by friendly forces.

Because they didn't like to die, they ran back towards their insertion point, the predesignated area where they would meet should this exact scenario play out.

Flying in fast over the nation was a Special Operations Insertion/Extraction Helicopter, praying that the Tropan City AA systems were busy with the incoming missiles.

In order to help ensure that the AA system was doing just that, a Sultan Class SSN stopped and fired off 20 bunker busting missiles with fuel-air warheads at the command center the Sierra Force team had been trying to get in. The missiles should, even if a few make it in, cause havoc. If they worked properlly, and they usually did, they would do nothing more than blow the bunker apart from the inside. This was a nice tool for dealing with targets inside a civilian population, because it did nothing more than throw chunks of whatever the target was made out of in all directions.

All across Tropan city, counter missile projectile installments turned and fired barrages of missiles. The sky was lit by 100's of missiles fired by both sides, streaking through the air and colliding with either another missile or a building. The enemy were aiming mostly at the Tropan shield bunker defence system, but these were harmlessly swatted aside by 100's of counter missiles. But there was little else to salvage. All across Tropan city, many RADAR and AA systems were blown apart, almost completely blinding the Frozopian Tropan military defence.

ICBM's were identified by the computers as priority targets, but due to the sheer number of enemy missiles one struck. It hit a large AA/CM estabilishment near the city centre, destroying the guns and missiles, reducing them to ruins and taking out a nearby cluster of flats out as well, killing thousands of civilians.

Many more HARM missiles missiles struck across the city, destroying AA systems, RADAR systems, peoples homes and everything else. There were just too many of them. In revenge, the Frozopians fired many AA missiles in return. These missiles were no use to counter the enemy missiles. Instead they were to be used out on the enemy bombers.

But not enough were fired for the Frozopians to miss the enemy helicopter flying directly over the city. One of the few manual controlled AA systems fired a barriage of 15 missiles in its direction. The helicopter wouldnt survive.

On the ground, the counter spec ops group were advancing upon their quarry. Barely pausing to watch the explosions above and within the city, the soldiers spotted the prey sprinting away, obviously to some sort of extraction point. Immediatly the group gave pursuit. Some began to put together a small counter-helicopter missile laucher, should the enemy find their lift. The 3 men setting up the two counter-helicopter launcher were left behind as Frozopia's finest stalked their prey, shouldering their scoped rifles and assault rifles, looking for a fleeing back. The enemy seemed to be retreating into some small forrest, which were abundunt in Frozopia's capital. They would be found.

The Sierra Force had always had the full support of most of the McKagan Military, and when they saw the Redhawk Helicopter burst into flames, they knew sometime was wrong.

Above the nation 3 Lu-12 Canary Tactical Strike Fighters flew in. Using their extremly stealthy features, not to mention the fact that mostly everyone on the ground would be busy trying not to die and/or repairing anything that was left of the AA system.

The Sierra Force team had just exited the far side of the small, but dense forest that was on the way to their extraction zone. The Extraction zone, being an expanse with no real offensive positions to help someone assault it, was actually fairly defendable.

As it stood, the Canary TSF's flew in over the city. Their altitude at the maximum for a bomb run to be at least 95% accurate. Two of the planes flew beside each other, these were the bombers. One was 100% with bombs, carrying only 2 air-to-air missiles in internal secondary bays, the other was carrying several, but would be more of a fighter after the bombrun. While above and forward of the unit a lone Canary flew with it's MAAMG (Macabee Anti-Air Missile Gun) covering the fleet, overlapping with the ones mounted on the other planes themselves.

The planes would probably be undetected for a while, at least until they neared their target or dropped their payloads.

They neared their dropzone, and finally, dropped. The strike consisted of a few napalm ordnance units, and other BIG fuel air bombs. Their target? The forest. If all had gone as planned and the satellites overhead weren't lying to them, then the fastest way to the Sierra Force team for whoever was following them would be through the forest. If all worked well, the forest would be turned into a burning hell of fire and destruction after the napalm and fuel-air systems hit their targets.

The bombs were specially designed for this type of mission. They would fall for a few seconds, guided by the vast array of overhead satellites, then go dumb and fly towards their targets, but should still hit because of the initial guidance.

As this happened, another strike force moved in. 2 Redhawk Helicopters, stalked and surrounded by 12 Kilo Attack Helicopters, moved towards the LZ to extract their soldiers. Anti-Missile systems on the helicopters formed a sheild, some had anti-tank/big stuff missiles, and all had miniguns ready to be fired.

OOC:The HARMs would not hit a persons home, if its targets signature dies it would promptly lock onto another radiation source and go after that.

IC: The Red Tidean aircraft, after knocking out a majority of the Tropan radar network, began to target the supply infrastracture. Railroad Engines tugging food, ammo, and other supplies found themselves getting Anti-Tank Missiles lobbed at. Any non-armored moving vehicle on the highway was attacked by gattling guns and rocket pods. Armored vehicles recieved anti-tank missiles. Bridges were hit with bombs, boats ferrying goods to Irona Island recieved Air-Launched LRASMs. The supply network of Frozopia was going to be bombed into dust.

I just took out industry and key transit points. I know I solved my own statement, I just wanted to point it out.

All throughout Frozopia whatever semblence of an air defense system must have lit up. Planes were flying chaff runs, and dropping paratroopers and their equipment. Gliders with Scout Cars in them landed at the major agreeed landing points. MI-24s and Ka-52s flew down to assualt the coastline. The Hinds were also to drop off Airborne troopers and an Anti-tank division. Off the coast, ships unloaded their main guns, creating massive craters, and in a few places, they formed large lines. Then the landing craft rushed toward the coast, cruise missiles and UC-16s rushed over them, carrying bunker-busters and anti-tank weapons. AC-130s followed the landing craft to assist them. And off the coast odd looking ships with large bows turned toward the coastline and moved at a high speed, exceeding 40 knots, they had small 25mm Autocannons which sprayed coastal defenses. Cruise missiles blasted enemy emplacements, dummy landings and paradrops occured all over Frozopia.

OOC: Red indicates chaff overflies and possible paratrooper landings, along with 1 foot high dummies.
Green indicates possible ampibious landings, including fake ones with empty boats and rigged rafts.

OOC: I'm using over 60 ships unloading hundreds of landing craft and hundreds of T-110 Heavy Transports to drop paratroopers and T-180s to unload the fake ones. UC-16s and AC-130s are unloading chaff. They will create false RADAR signatures, crazy. They are defended by ASF-10s and UC-16s. My battleships, destroyers, dreadnaughts, frigates, and submarines are unloading hundreds of missiles and shells into the coastal defenses.

Just inland from the area Leafanistani forces were 'assaulting,' a Cobalt Brigade Combat Team was preparing to land. The team, consisting of 5000 paratroopers and 350 COV-08 Infantry Fighting Vehicles, was called from the rear exits of 70 Macabee built transport planes.

Escorting the force was was combined airpower of close to 500 Canary Tactical Strike Fighters, moving to put smart bombs on ANYTHING that opposed allied efforts. The CBCT had only a few hundred personnel to take out tanks, scattered in small, specially trained teams, but almost every platoon had a few people who could call in airstrikes, enemy armor would, when it came out of it's hiding places, be blown into the ground.

Off the coast the destroyers and battleships all prepared to bombard enemy tank columns.

As the main forces were landing C-130s with a few Soviet Bloc-made LV-07 Boar Scout Cars flew forward. Half had TOW missiles and the rest had 14.5mm MGs. The C-130s descended low over the terrian, flying too low for large AA guns and missiles, the LV-07s simply drove out the back and fell the remaining 10 meters to the ground. They were to assist the beach landings by flanking enemy armour movements.

(OOC: We need to keep IC action to a minimum, I don't want Froz to get the feeling we're running the RP without his input. All the posts now are good, i'm just saying.... anyway, I need to get another in.)

IC:

The Indestructable-class Aircraft Carrier off the coast of Frozopia was FINALLY launching planes on combat patrol. Until now it hadn't been doing much more than flying recon helicopters, rescue helicopters, and a few scout missions. But now it was going...

Beneath the flightdeck teams of technicians began moving planes into position. The vessel carried 40 A-10's, used to bust tanks open. At this point it started bringing planes up onto the flight deck, and putting only a few into the air. These were prime conditions. Launching now would mean that the A-10's would have to spend longer in the Frozopian skys and be targets to any lagging AA fire for much long. But if they began launching now the fighters would be over the Frozopian shoreline at nearly the same time the armor units would be forced to leave their hiding places to fight the invading Leafanistani forces. Even though it was apparent that the 40 A-10's would probably not take all of the tanks out, they would weaken the force before dozens of attack helicopters would fly from the deck of the helicopter assault ship and assault the tanks with more force than they could have ever expected. Another valuable tool was the fuel-air bombs that IMAF liked to use. Used against tank columns, they cause havoc.

The second one, named Solaman, Picked opened up a safe above his head and pulled out the code sheet. Stevens began to speak the code, "Code is, Alpha, Tango, Echo, Zulu, Bravo." Solaman read from his sheet. "Code is, Alpha, Tango, Echo, Zulu, Bravo." "This is Radio 2 EAM is current and Valid." The captain, named James Roberts picked up the message, read it over and activated the Comm. "Prepare for Nuclear launch, this is not a Drill, Nuclear Force has been authroized, set time for 15 minutes, 1 round, target confirmed to be Omega sector. I repeat use of Nuclear Force has been authroized." "We got to do this right people, our army is closing on Sierra Sector."
