The Muesilanian Government today announced the signing of the UCP (underdeveloped civilistion pact). President Taylor spoke this morning on the subject, saying that "this was a step in the right direction for the development of Muesilania, and will stop people interfering in our natives lives."
The pact underlines the fact that the Muesilanian natives should be left to their own devices. Below is the main points of the agreement:
1) No person, unless live or limb are at stake, should attempt communication with the native.
2) Natives should be left to their own devices, punishing their own criminals in their way.
3) Religious sites and objects found should be left alone.
Breaking this agreement will result in a stretch within Muesilanias practically empty prison. All laws shall be enforces by Muesilanian police (OOC: In game, a force armed and highly persuasive, not be messed with, hence the practically empty prison, note the singular).
