Moderately placed, the Jewittist style of government in a nutshell is that of three elected officals (all by either the direct people [Presidente], council [Douvier], or Sectur [Electoral College]) which all rule certain aspects of the government. Although not a Jewittist ideaology, a Chancellor is elected only in a Respectible-Jewittist Government by the Douvier having 30% of vote, Presidente 30%, Sectur having 25% and council 5% of the total vote. In Truitt's history, this is the first stable government and because of this, the founder, Fonzi Jewitt, was pressured to staying in the political scene and thus the Chancellorship Annexation in the Constitution was added by an overwhelming citizen, council, and Controlee vote.

Oured-class SSD (SSD 2)
The Raptior (SSD 1) was a powerful, yet expensive, nuclear-powered submarine which was unique in its abilities to attack targets in the air and on the sea. It had four vertical-launch systems, eight torpedo tubes, and a unique propulsion drive that was so revolutionary it started a massive arms race to develop a better drive.
Since the Raptior, nearly all naval funding from Jewittist Truitt went towards an all-submersible navy. Since that mission was accomplished, there has been funding into the Aoure (Tatical-Airforce) and Exode (Army-National Guard) branches, but the Mariy (Navy) has had little change.
Because of this, a new company emerged. It had the rights of the Raptior under contract through a resource deal and began making a new Raptior, to be named after the major city in Truitt, Oured. Since Oured was turning into a capitol (Raptior, although still, is the capitol of Truitt) like New York City, the name seemed just right.
After five years of testing, constructing a test bed, and even creating seven new revolutionary power plants, the Oured has finally been born.
Pressure Hull
With the Oured, the designers wanted to do something so unique and useful that it could cause a total dominance. The main thing that made them think was the design of the hull. Some resent designs had tear-drop designs, which were good, and most had tube designs, which were also good, but the designers wanted something better, much more maneuverable, and much more stress-taking.
Their conclusion was something unseen by the world. Many pressure hulls have come about in the years, and most modern-day ones are inspired by Soviet and American designs, but the designers did not live in this time period, nor did their nations have anything to do with it, so they came up with a fresh idea.
A submarine that was a teardrop-like hull and had a wing-like structure on each side. This delta-like wing design made the first Oured to look like a large-bodied and extremely short-winged B-2.
Their design is promised to bring on large speeds by having less forward drift space (FDS) and have added mobility by "banking" and "pitching" to change directions and work with the HMP Drive to add even more mobility, something unmatched by current-day submarines.
However, this ultimately failed and the Oured Project had to be redone. The hull now has two actual hulls. The outer shell-like shape consists of sonar absorbing material and denser materials. The inner hull is a little thinner, but not the thinnest thing on Earth.
The outer hull is commonly called "The Wall," which is actually a real item surrounding the city of Oured. The Wall is composed of a Vanadium-Hafnium metal nicknamed "Vanif," which allows for deep depths and protection against multiple torpedoes. Due to its compossite and carbon-carbon fibers and lines running through the entire Wall, this vessel could easily take two or three Mk38 (American Standardized Torpedo) without taking on water. If they were "sweet and polished" than maybe two could penetrate the Outer Hull.
The Inner Hull, commonly called "The Tower" because of the actual Council Tower in the city, is made of less dense materials. Aluminum and Silicon were good choices, since they were light and had good penetration ratings, but they were replaced by a titanium-Palladium metal nicknamed "Titallad," which has just as good ratings in weight and penetration, but also allows for more stresses with less tungsten spport rods running through the entire hull.
Both hulls are lined with a revolutionary counter-balance of both sonar-absorbing materials and radar-absorbing materials.
Power plant
The power plant is a new, still experimental, one which has very promising outcomes. It is a liquid-based nuclear reactor, which is one of the firsts, and uses a Potassium-Mercury based mixture in its reaction. This causes more output of energy. It is called the Mercury Sphere Reactor, simply put, and produces an unrevealed amount of energy and horsepower.
The power plant's stability allows it to slow to half a knot for a long duration of time without going critical, and allows for fast pick-up accelerations. It also can control where some energy goes and where some does not, which older nuclear reactors sent out equal power, even if the lines were "dead," or where a torpedo or missile would hit and power would be useless.
Propulsion
The propulsion drive is a standardized Hydromagnetic Propulsion Drive, or HMP Drive for short, which has lining all along the inner pressure hull which sends out magnetic waves to move the water around it, and thus, moving the Oured.
There are no moving parts, unlike Pumpjets and Screws, which allows for silent movement, even in changing of depth, which commonly causes stresses on drives. The HMP Drive has been used successfully on all naval platform in Truitt, and is going to be the for-runner of future drives.
The threat of damaging a drive is extremely real.
Although most submarine firing crews aim for the rear, they will soon find that it is useless to do so, as the propulsion drive is located all around the vessel, and even if a section is destroyed, the rest of the sections can perform as if nothing has happened due to the changing of power outage by the nuclear reactor.
Some drawbacks are that once about 20% of the hull's control drive has been disrupted o destroyed, the reactor will begin focusing on either the front or rear. This is good, unless both ends have been damaged, then the drive's output is literally flowing into the ocean.
Missiles
The use of missiles in submarine warfare has been large. So large, in fact, that the designers went to great lengths to make sure that six vertical launch systems were placed onto the pressure hull, instead of the commonly-used four tubes, which many bridge commanders have found to be frustrating.
The first three vertical launch systems (VLS) are located on the trailing edge of the left end of the pressure hull, or the "Wall," and the other three are on the other hull, the "Tower." This is more of a tactical positioning because in the past many VLS tubes have been destroyed, the entire network, because of torpedo hits and bombings while surfaced.
Torpedoes
The eight-tube system, six front and two rear, have been used by the Raptior for years and have proven itself in battle many times as an omnipotent strategy which has yet to be matched.
The tubes would follow their usual 650mm size, which allows for use of a large variety of torpedoes, fired mines, and even some missiles.
The same layout would be used, but slightly changed. In the rear, the tubes will be placed further to the mid-sections of the pressure hull, instead of the sides, to be protected in case of a torpedo hit. The frontal torpedoes will also be placed more into the hull, but in a V-like shape, to allow for salvo launching and multiple targeting.
Command and Crew
The Bridge in the Oured would be in the same place as most submarines, right below the deck structure, which is commonly called the "Hole." It will use light-type-screen communication systems, light-sight systems, and even microaudiotransmission systems for communication over the loud-speaker which is commonly used. This is to prevent any unwanted sounds to escape and bleed through the sonar-proofed hull.
Maximizing silence here was such an important issue, that the designers places this at the top priority list and took a while to do.
Sonar Stealth "Total Invisibility"
When you are under water, no one can see you. Unless they have a sonar system. Almost anything can be seen on sonar, because like radar, it sends out signals which hit something then return back. Well, if radar could be avoided by today's top-of-the-line fighters and bombers, why couldn't the Oured do the same to sonars? Going one step farther than the Raptior did, the designers developed a thicker layer of Froffy Foam Sonar Absorbent Material and a new type of Anechoic Tilling Material which also insured absorbing of both internal and external sound sources.
When a sonar "ping" hits the materials that cover the Oured, most of it will be hit and bounced back and forth in the many layers and angles of foamy-like material, which will make the return signal much less powerful, and to some modern sonar systems, would render the Oured completely invisible to both the eye and the ear.

Notes: The Oured-class is to be the most numerous and powerful vessel in my navy. It thus has been designed to be the best it can be. Some submarines come close, but no Oured-class has been sunk yet, and it seems like it will never happen until the decommissioning of the last Oured in some 60 years when it will be used as target practice for the next generation of naval superiority.
