OoC: Ok, the title may be a bit confusing. What it means is, since North Mack is located on New Terra, any new terra nation involved may be either MT or FT. Anyone else must be an FT nation (how else would you get there?)

In front of the emporers palace, Superior City, capitol of North Mack
Emporer Jackson walked out of his palace and twords his limosine. He was in a hurry, as he was late for the defence meeting. He got into his limo and it pulled away from the loading dock. as it sped through the city on its turbofans, Jackson thought about his reign of Emporer. Wow, ever since I became emporer and evacuated our population to New Terra, North Mack has lived in peace. almost 60 years now, 60 years since our settling here.
The Emporer's limo pulled up to the Defence Administration Building. As he got out, he stopped. Something's wrong. he thought, something I cant quite put my finger on.... He shrugged and walked on.
Then he heard it. A dull clunk. He had just began to think: What was that? when the RPG slammed into the pavement a foot in front of the emporer. the last thing he heard was "Oh my god! The Emporer!"
