"Welcome back to Rotovia's number one talk show... On The Issues... I'm Natasha Armont...."

"...and I'm Anthony Marcus..."

"This morning the Province of Sparta passed the controversial ban on partial birth abortions. However, in a suprise move President Baccheus invoked Section 22 of the Consitution. Which states that where a State Legislature passes law on an area of Federal Juristiction, the President may simply strike the law down using an Executive Edict...The move is sure to cuase controversy and uneasiness in Attica City where the government is trying to win support for it's war with Parthia...."

"Well Natasha, I think you hit the nail on the head there. This is going to do nothing to win the government favour with a population that recently polled 75% that the federal government was unessacrially involved in state government."

"Come on Tony.... surely you agree the govenrment has a duty to prevent the State's begining a slippery slope to an abortion ban...."

"What about the slippery slope to the states becoming nothing more than the colonies..."
