OOC: I received an email from Neo Zeta stating that he has not surrendered. The intention was to put this RP on pause due to his low grades in school. His friend was supposed to put that down but the moron put that he surrendered and withdrew instead. I have been given complete control over all Neo Zetan forces and his nation for the time being. The war is not over and so I encourage everyone to go back to the thread and to pick up right before he supposedly surrendered.

New Dornalia: You can join in however you feel free to. Preferably with a decent sized force since it isn't determined if the fighting will continue. If there are going to be peace talks than you may be present at them if you wish. In any case you can arrive and ask for an update of the situation.
