hey guys, I’m looking for an interesting rp, with a non human non sith non Jedi non common genre nations, maybe a little conflict or a diplomatic rp any thing I’m really bored here and I don’t want to get involved in mass ub3r wars in the 9th degree

The Nietzschean Empire is a loose amalgamation, centered around a few sparse worlds; intent on spreading out and becoming a galaxy spanning Empire. Notable claims include: Zarathrustra; one of the first Nietzschean colonies; Enga's Redoubt; former Homeworld of the Drago-Kasov Pride, and now throne world of Archduke Charlamagne Bolivar and the seat of power for the Nietzschean Empire.

Currently plans are in order for continued Nietzschean colonisation and expansion, notably the reclamation of the Homeword; Fountainhead. The Nietzschean Empire is currently non-aggressive towards other nations, while possessing a distinct martial pride, and the desire to protect their homelands from the ravages of war. Some more morally corrupt Nietzscheans have begun the implementation of...Conversion; forcefully genetic conversion by way of active retro-virus and gene therapy.

In the Nietzschean Navy, the common weapon of choice is the Garuda class Fighter; backed up by Leviathon Roused Cruiserrs. However, ships based closely on former High Guard Ships of the Line; complete with Nietzschean engineered AI units, are currently in development; a surely terrifying weapon should they ever be implemented.

What is an Omar?

An Omar is a biomechanical entity that has been genetically engineered and raised into a single purpose, specially designed for this. They are mass trained and produced when necessary, though production is kept at the same rate as organic population growth. The Omar keep a genetic databank of what they collect, and can specially design an Omar's psyche in a caste to fit perfectly their purpose using "genetic memory" and encoding into their subconscious aptitudes, personalities, and dispositions fitting the purpose. The Omar, after being genetically engineered to be fully compatible with nanotechnological and cybernetic augmentations, is fitted with several curtailed "nano-augs", fitted for their caste and for general purpose (explained further in Technology section.) They are then constructed a carapace that is fully reactive to their enviromnent and is built to be able to handle almost any sort of environment imaginable short of the surface of a star. It is self-pressurizing, temperature controlling, respiratory system that allows the Omar full adaptation to almost any environment, allowing them to exist on planets where no one else would even consider. The Omar's ambitions are layed out as Adaptation.Conquest.Survival, though their true intentions are enigmatic. They are heavily involved in the interstellar black market, which the Guilds attempt to control by making contraband production and smuggling rings that are protected by the Guilds. The Omar do not have much use for currency, but they use their earnings to buy raw materials, which is their ever driving goals as they continue to produce and produce.

They are not 'built'(assuming you mean muscular) or fat, just very dense.

Socially, essentially anything goes, there are only a few major social/legal limits, those being:
Stuff illegal where you are, is illegal(Respect local laws)
No killing each other.
Try not to go to cause general chaos, on a large scale, more than one a 'month'(month is 90 days 'earth time')

Tatyana, entering her early forties, she is a middle--aged woman with a very poignant demeanor. She is known as a great technocrat and organizer, on par wit hthe Coordinators and Controllers. In fact, she was responsible for reformatting the emotional engineering off those castes. She is a stickler for efficiency, and is thus seen as the perfect Praefectus. She is known to be extremely rational, and very close to the Praxus, Chrle Artul, being one of the few Insurrectionists that led the Renegades to create the Technate from the Commonwealth. She has an adopted daughter, Novaya, whom she is also quite close to, though after Novaya's current use as a liason with the Plutonian Empire, their relationship has deteriorated.

Chrle Artul, whose age is unknown, though he looks advanced in age, is known as the leader of the Insurrection that created the Technate, and is seen as the Spiritual Father of the Kehaoti, and the way of devotion to the Message. Fascinating by Omar society, he is driven most of all by an obsession of the acquiring of knowledge, unlocking the secrets of the race he admires so much that he places himself inferior to it, seeing himself as a humble servant. In his position as Praxus, he effectively rules when necessary, giving a strong authoritarian bent to the strict society of the Guilds.

Rah'Alarael, the flamboyant and lively Pontifexus Dexter, she is known as one of the Biumverate of the Kehaoti Dictus, along with Ramtha. She was genetically created, one of the first generation of the Progenitus, which leads to her unusal appearence.

Ramtha, the mysterious Pontifexus Laevus, he rules the second sect of the Kehaoti. He has almost nothing known of his, except that he has been the first Omar to reach true "Transcendence" and hear the message. He advises Artul, and is known as his most trusted aide.]
