NOTE! THE SERVER ON WHICH SOME OF THE PICTURES ARE HOSTED MAY BE DOWN OR SOMETHING, SO YOU MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO SEE SOME PICTURES. I CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, SORRY FOR THE INCONVINIENCE.
After several biological experiments went wrong and became violent(Read: Ate some staff) the government decided it wasn't safe to store them and has begun to sellf them off to anyone interested.
Disclaimer: The experiments went wrong, and that is exactly why they are being sold off. Be prepared, if you don't have the proper storage facilities, some staff WILL inevitably get eaten.
Generic Alien
http://surbrook.devermore.net/gallery/galleryother/alien.jpg
One of the more common experiments that goes wrong. Can climb walls due to it's adhesive hands, and if something gets stuck on them it is not coming off.
Price: 2,000 USD
Additional notes: Uncannily smart. Can plan ambushes, can hide, and if they strat breeding and get loose, watch out!
Bug Hulks
http://www.planetadnd.com/interactive_books/umberhlk.gif
http://surbrook.devermore.net/adaptionscreatures/dnd/umberhulk.jpg
Bug Hulks are tremendously strong creatures, standing over 8 feet in height and 4 feet wide. They have 4 eyes stretched across their forehead, and 8 inch mendibles as an addition to crushing teeth. A durable exoskeleton protects them from conventional weapons such as bullets and shrapnel, and some types of lasers, which the exoskeleton naturally absorbs. Their legs are short and stocky, so the Bug Hulks should not be used for speedy attacks.
Cost: 15,000 USD
Additional notes: The Bug Hulks' mandibles can cut through solid adamntium and are often cut off and used as swords or other cutting tools, so keeping them in a material prison is not advised. A photon or laser cage should be used to keep these creatures. Also, high-pitched frequencies hurt the Bug Hulk's ears very much, and can be used to tame them into submission.
Purple Worm
http://surbrook.devermore.net/adaptionscreatures/dnd/purpleworm.jpg
Prized as a guard for treasure or estates wi valuables in them, the Purple Worm can be programmed to attack anyone that gets near the valuables, except, of course, it's master.Their tough hide makes them more resistant to bullets and slicing weapons.
Price: 15,000 USD
[size=1]Additional notes: The programming is still in testing phase. In some cases, the "masters" were eaten and digested for a bajillion years.
Bat-men
http://www.wizards.com/dnd/images/dd_gallery/dd1/Erythnul_p67.jpg
Note the long ears and fangs.Bat-men are vicious creatures who have lost all traces of sanity and are only their to kill and eat. They are physically strong but their bodies frail, and so have to rely heavily on armor which slows them down. They usually use primitive wepaons
Cost: 100 USD each.
Astral Stalkers
http://www.wizards.com/dnd/images/mmiii_gallery/82964.jpg
We lost almost 10 of our staff to these guys. Surprisingly lithe and quick footed, the Atral Stalkers, accordingly, stalk their prey until they are in a secluded place and then proceed to tear the victim to shreds with 3-foot long claws. They are pretty much impervious to swords, etc. but have a weakness to spinning razors and lasers. Fire also cows them.
Cost:50,000 USD
Additional notes: Keeping these fuckers is going to be HARD.
Cadaver Collector
http://www.wizards.com/dnd/images/mmiii_gallery/82972.jpg
Pure ownage.Throw this guy in a room with some spikes and political prisoners and you'll soon have a Cadaver Collector who looks like that one /\
Price: 50,000 USD
Sorrowswordsman
http://www.wizards.com/dnd/images/mmiii_gallery/82981.jpg
Human beings whose souls got trapped by our Trap-O-Matic and then reincarnated, Sorrowswordsman are filled with a burning hate for us and everyone else. Let a pack of 20 of them on a village and you'll have a ghost town within 10 minutes.
Cost: 5000 USD
Soul Hunter
http://www.wizards.com/dnd/images/mmiii_gallery/82998.jpg
We have only 5 of these, and they are kept in special rooms that inhibit their powers so that they cannot suck in the souls of all nearby. From our professional POV, we strongly suggest you not buy these. of course, if you have a war where you're losing, this thing can turn the tide of battle awfully fast. An enchanted spear is the only way to kill it, and if you buy a Soul hunter, you get 50 enchanted spears for free.
Cost: 3,000,000 USD
Chain Golem
http://www.wizards.com/dnd/images/mm2_gallery/88268_620_16.jpg
To be honest, we almost forgot that we had these. We locked them away in the darkest pits of our fungeons for all eternity since the moment they were made, and prefer to keep it that way. Of course, business is business, but if one of these things get out, we'll need a hell of alot of magnets.
Cost: 1 million USD
