The Biological Challenge!
The Theocratic Chemicalists of Jenrak is placing in a contest, to all nations interested in biological weaponry and the works. We will be challenging any nation out there willing to face us in the contest of more lethal biological and chemical weaponry.
If anyone is willing to take the challenge, please let us know, so that the contest may commence.

We will take your chalenge, our biological weapons are certainly much more deadly than yours.
OOC: This is using my slivers, genetically modified Biological weapons, if that's not ok I'll deploy my other Biological weapon, a more normal Biological weapon...

Doesn't that stuff only last for a few milliseconds? And I didn't think anyone had been able to tell if it was poisonous or not...

Before we start, we would like to warn you that we spend over half of our military budget on biological weapons research and development. So, we shall begin.
The country will go through three levels. The first poison is suppressive chemicals. There must be proper RPing of development of a poison that would be perfect for riots, and stopping civil uprests. The symptoms should be listed, and every other things that should be placed in for the poisons.
When both contestants' poison is done, there shall be a poll. The person with the higher number of votes is declared the winner of the round.
The person to win two out of three rounds is the winner.

Scmaptica Prime is interested in the outcome but due to it's lack of biotech labs and UN status will not be taking part.
May I ask why the Mods seem so intent on closing this contest? Bioweapons on NS are nothing new, quite a few of us use them, and there are quite a few storefronts selling them on these forums. Why then is it unacceptable to encourage creativity by holding this contest? This is no different than having a design contest for an aircraft or a tank. Please answer my question, preferably NOT by simply deleting or locking this thread.

Because the two threads posted were General forum topics at best; there was no dimension to them in terms of RP or discussion, just a 'poll: vote for the best.'
If it was presented so, for example, a group of delegates are invited and vote after seeing a demonstration / hearing the details from a speaker, that would be perfectly ok for this forum [as it would be RP]. If it was presented as discussion of the merits of one over another, that would be ok [as it would be RP discussion]. A simple four-option poll with four descriptions isn't either.
