Mahria

OOC: one man's (your) terrorist is another's (our) freedom fighter. Anyone interested?
Some background may be required. Mahria is an archipelago of tropical islands some distance east of Hawaii whose population is almost entirely native with only a scattering of colonial descendants.
Long, bitter guerilla campaigns against Spanish and British colonizers throughout the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries convinced both metropoli that the islands were more trouble than they were worth.
After the withdrawal of both colonizing forces, Mahria's tribes came together and forged a nation based on Tellecism, a philosophy named for the shaman Tellec, it's originator.
Tellecism has often been compared to radical Marxism, advocating violent revolution in the name of self-determination. In support of these ideals, Mahrian warriors have supported and assisted uprisings in a variety of countries. Only recently (as of the sixties) has this support extended to clandestine training camps for Marxists, Secessionists, and pro-democracy groups worldwide.
Four days ago, an individual disappeared from one of these camps. Mahrian Intell has identified "Hawk" as a free agent who infiltrated a group of Venezuelan Marxists to gain entry to the training camps. "Hawk," as he has been labelled, is willing to auction locations of Mahrian camps and lists of names to interested nations.
