Try to keep it within $500 million.

Ic- The republic of willink has had a large carrier under construction for over 15 years, mainly due to cost setbacks and cutting of the naval budget. It is around 80 percent complete, will hold 75 aircraft, and 4 helicopters, weighs around 78,000 tons and has pebble nuclear reactors. It is offered for sale for 20 million, with no nuclear reactor, or 100 million with the reactor (Willink has since designed a new reactor for other carriers). Here is a picture-

Also available for sale are 2 Carriers being decommisiond, A C/TOL carrier (conventional takeoff and landing) and a STVOL carrier (Short/ vertical takeoff and landing.), due to the price of inserting a new nuclear reactor.

Also available is the Carrier WNF- Houston (http://www.navsource.org/archives/02/023437.jpg), an old 888 foot long Essex class carrier, which is currently being sold for scrap. It can house 30 aircraft, and would cost upwards of 20 million to refurbish (Last updated in 1982). It is for sale by a private company at 450,000 dollars USD.

Willink, how much will it take to finish building your big carrier?

I am selling my carrier group for a down payment. The total group since it is aging will cost a total of 9 billion. So the down payment will cover some of it, then you owe me debt, of a few million a month or year.

your ship is ready....we will send a plane to your airport to pick up the crew for said ship......you will still need to get aircraft on your own.
