The Kingdom of Listeneisse (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/target=display_nation/nation=listeneisse) is pleased to announce the opening of a new national chapter of the United Nations Association (UNA) (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/United_Nations_Association).
Dignitaries have been invited from all UNA nations and all nations of the Warzone of the Defenders (http://ns.goobergunch.net/wiki/index.php/Warzone_of_the_Defenders) region to attend the upcoming event.
Her Highness, Princess Amide, younger sister of His Majesty King Parzival XIV, has been appointed Executive Director of the new chapter of UNA-Listeneisse. The Princess has long been a proponent of international engagement.
The Office of the Executive Director is responsible for the everyday management of the UNA chapter, to preside over many domestic programs of outreach on behalf of the UN within Listeneisse, as well as fostering and maintaining relations with foreign dignitaries.
Sitting on the Board of Trustees of UNA-Listeneisse are other well-respected members of government and clergy, including Sir Nasciens d'Hermitage (UN Ambassador and regional UN Delegate from Warzone of the Defenders sits on the UNA's Board of Trustees), the Queen Mother, and the Archdeacon of Carbonek.
Foreign dignitaries who would wish an invitation to attend the gala opening festivities may send a telegram to:
