The Treaty is hearby withdrawn...

I wish to join the treaty just dont quite understand how...can you explain it further for me. :confused:

OoC: I'd strongly advise backing off from your unreasonable demands of reparations (and have you even said anything to Ottoman Khaif?). The Turks are loyal allies of Russia and Germany, fought for the Coalition alongside the Yugoslavs against the Austrians in the Great War, and generally made a lot of very powerful friends very close to you. Granted, Italy (which fought for the League in the Great War) is right across the sea from you, but I still don't necessarily see the wisdom of proposing yourself as an Italian beach-head--you'd be the first to get shot, after all. Moreover, the Turks withdrew from the Balkans voluntarily (and in large part due to Russian pressure). They granted Albania independence, Albania didn't win it. You ought to be grateful.
Moscow mistrusts the Belgians, as well--they're uber-kapitalists (though they're suppressing their own socialists in the process), and they, too, are simply trying to gain a foothold in the Balkans as a wedge against the Coalition. You're being played. The Coalition, or hardcore Neutrality, are better bets for your survival.
Also, this other guy, Crvena Zvezda, isn't in E20. So his responses aren't real.

OOC:The Republic of Albania has a mutual defense alliance/free trade aggreement with the nation of Yugoslavs. We have no intention of becoming a "beach-head" for anyone.

The point is taken, the treaty was a mistake and it has been withdrawn. Albania will however not trade with the Ottoman Empire until they provide financal aid...

IC: The Albanian government does not care what the Russian or Turkish navies do as long as they stay out of our territorial waters.
