Germany offers to construct an offshoot of the Trans-Eurasian Railroad to connect Albania to the rest of Asia. It also offers to allow for Albanians to attend German Universities for free. Albania accepts Germany's offer of aid concerning the rail-road and attendence of Gernman Universities. We however have questions as to what is meant by "socialist beliefs" in the construction of a basic schoos system.

President Pasha:

Over the past several years, our investors have been warily observing Albania's ongoing internal problems, anxious that any possible investment made in the area would be siezed and/or destroyed. However, with the return of social order throughout your nation, we are beginning to think otherwise.

Thus, our company, along with the BNP Paribas Investment firm would like to foster a new, more profitable relationship with your nation and it's diverse economy. Already, Albania has shown great potential as a possible economic power within the Balkans, and with the right amount of captial, this potential could be achieved in a rather shrot period of time. Thus, we would like to aid you in this process, by providing funds and/or investments to help further develop these industries into refined, and competitive companies.

Furthermore, with our development expertise, along with the finesse of various contractors within our influence, we could ensure that Albania's new infastructure is more efficent and cost-effective, so that the reasources of your nation, along with the many exports it recieves can be properly and quickly shipped to where they are needed.

In return for our funds and expertise, our investors would like the oppurtunity to purchase shares of all Albanian Industries aided and/or established, along with a fee of 5% of the total profits yielded by our new programs.

We hope that you will seriously consider this request, for the betterment of Albania and it's people.

Signed,

Henri Dumaunt
