n00b ALERT!!! Sorry dude, if you want to start a war, you're gonna need some good, hard reasons. Just cause they're "cruel to small boys" doesn't constitute a war. Also, their IS the population factor. You're WAY too small! (No offense). If you haven't yet, I suggest you read the stickies at the top of International Incidents.
Then again, I do love watching a good n00b war.
