Today in vintovia, a higly socialist and some may even say communist region, an assainasion attemp was made against the heads of the Vintovia government, in particular - "the prince" A humble servant of the people, who, in true communist spirit, lives in a two bedroom flat in Vitburg, the nations capital... At 12:00 this morning as the prince left the Vintovia-Ahmerai embassy an Ahmerai embassy worker attempted to shoot him dead in the street with an Ak47 assult rifle.
Little is known of the princes condition or whereabouts other than that the vintovian government has been informed.
After the attack the gunman proceeded inside the embassy buildng only to shoot dead four other political diplomats.
Little is known of there conditions.

At aproximately 12PM today Prince Thomas was shot in the chest. he was immediately rushed to Vintburg General Hospital. Currently his condition is critical and unstable.

The Police where baffled by the motive as to the attempt, but of course are not baffled as to the suspect. All ahmeri citizens in Vintovia have been given 48 hours to leave the country, and will be kept a watchful eye on by the police and Military intelligence agencies.

All Ahmeri government workers inside the embassy have been arrested under the 'national Security' act.

the Prime Minister has promised servere reprecussions for this evil and backhanded attmept on the sovereign's life. Parlaiment are set to vote on Embargos on Ahemeri goods and the freezing of all Ahemrri assets in the region.

'We cry out to all freedom-loving nations out there to help us defeat these terrorist renegades', said the Prime Minister in an announcement at 12:20 PM.

The Prince of Vintovia has been confirmed dead after a desperate operation to revive him at the Vintburg General Hospital. It is thought that the assasin is terrorist from the province of Praeturii, trying to sabotage the strong alliance between Al Ahmera and Vintovia. These terrorists have been behind several major attacks in the past few months.

2 of the 4 diplomats have also been confirmed dead, the other 2 are currently being held in the Imperial Hospital under intensive care.

The Princes funeral will be held on Thursday in St. Oliver's Church, Vintovia.
