Upper Botswavia (in the region of NationStates) would love to participate in an embassy exchange.

We are a pacifist nation, and no weapons allowed, so your guards would have to be of the unarmed variety, as are all of ours. If this acceptable to you, we would like to send a delegation of 13, our ambassador Mitzy Ferguson, and her staff of 6 (including her wife, Susan Trankin who serves as Deputy of Agriculture and Trade to the embassy), along with 6 unarmed guards who double as gardeners.

We would need a building with a fairly large grounds and gardens as we like to entertain and garden parties are our favorite. We prefer no outer walls, but a medium sized hedge surrounding the grounds would be nice. Security cameras are not required, as we won't be housing anything that anone would want to steal, and if anyone felt the need to attack us, we would simply pack up and go home.

We require a statue [to be supplied] to be set in a semi-circular esplanade before the embassy building, and this esplanade is to be boundered by twelve flags, six either side of the statue. "Please forgive my lack of punctuality in replying to your recent communiqué with regards to an embassy exchange between our two nations. My Department and I are currently heavily engaged in talks with the [ European Union ] region. We are making preparations to hold a referendum as to our possible entry into the region.

On the matter of the embassy exchange, however, I am pleased to have received your prompt message of friendship and we are of course looking forward to developing a healthy relationship between our nations.

We have a building which may suit your needs as an embassy, it is within three miles of our Department of Foreign Affairs and contains five floors, including basement, and has secure parking to the rear of the building. The embassy we offer you has adequate room for a medium sized staff (50) to conduct the affairs to which they are tasked. Obviously embassy security staff aren’t involved in the business for foreign policy and have not been included in the staff count of 50 persons, but rest assured that the building offered to you as an embassy will be-able to accommodate a security presence of 30 personnel.
