"Hello, I'm Victoria Heins and this is VIPN (Velkyan Interplanetary News). In a highly publiciazed ceremony today, the Velkyan Navy annouced the completion of a second Oured II class vessel. The V.S.S. Vladistock left the L-4 spaceyards in a massive ceremony, accompained by an entire fighter sqaudron. Dozens of domestic and foreign pleasure cruisers lined the spaceyards in order to see the massive 3.8 mile long vessel leave it's anti-grav berth.
