The Borderlands of Black Shadows has emerged from it's self-imposed isolation and is now seeking to open relations with other nations.
We are looking for nations who want to establish embassies in the capitol.
Nations interested will be allowed a staff of 50, and a security staff of 25, as well as two vehicles.
