((Alright. Here's just information about the timeline of events leading to the eventual Fall of Risban.

November 2000- Robinson Antares Scorpius leads a coup against Julius Ilia Graffia, taking control of the Risban Empire.
October 2000- Nehmec Ships destroy boats carrying Graffia Loyalists; Julius Ilia Graffia is executed.
November 2000- Risban enters the United Nations.
May 2001- The President of Upper Xen visits Risban.
General Charles Lucas leads a rebellion against Emperor Scorpius. Colonel Antonin Steele, Chief Lictor, holds the Emperor and his press secretary hostage in Imperial Palace. The Lucas Rebellion is subdued when Risban, Upper Xen, Green Sun, and Golencia team together to halt it and save the Emperor. Press Secretary Paul Ormiv is killed.
September 2001- Countess Nora Courtney becomes the first female Chancellor of the Imperial Parliament, making her the most powerful woman in Risban.
January 2002- General Charles Skops is named Grand General of Risban.
October 2002- THE WAR WITH MURU.
The nation of Muru launches unprovoked terrorist and biological attacks on Risban, inciting riots as well. They released a flu virus into Risban that travelled via airplane to Upper Xen, Green Sun, Golencia, The Island of Rose, The Mikosolf Corporation, and Alexias. A coalition of the beforementioned nations along with Yugoamerica, Romandeos, The Borman Empire, Lachenburg, Theao, and Hilleroed is formed. The Coalition creates diplomatic and economic sanctions against the Muru, and then forces invade. The Muruian government collapses, and their nation is split up between Golencia, A Few Rich People, Alexias, Green Sun, and Risban.
January 2003- Emperor Scorpius grants more civil rights to the people, as well as allows the people to vote for their representatives in the Imperial Senate.
March 2003- (SECRET) Lord Richard Gaius Zorag, High Minister of Industry in Risban, becomes leader of the Society of Shadows.
February 2004- Terrorist attacks are launched against the Risban Empire. Bombs explode at Imperial Palace, the Xenizen Embassy, the Green Sun Embassy, and the Alexian Embassy. A subway is bombed as well. The terrorists proceed to attack and take-down internet services in Risban. The terrorists are never caught.
April 2004- A volcano in the Bay of Copmol erupts, wiping half of the city of Copmol and killing over seven thousand people. The Copmol City soccer team and a team from Green Sun are killed in the eruption.
October 2004- Emperor Scorpius and Chancellor Countess Nora Courtney are married, making them the most powerful Imperial couple to ever rule due to the fact that the Empress headed the Parliament.
December 2004- Havenite Pirates attacks the Risban-held Decessio Insula off of the coast of The Macabees. The governor of the island is killed in the attacks. Risbanian naval forces move in to protect the island from further attacks during the civil war of the Imperial Armies region.
January 2005- Risban sends troops to Green Sun to help their government during a civil war.
May 2005- Fourteen Imperial colonies are made sovreign regions of the Grand Imperium of Risban; the Emperor and Empress have a son: Viscount Lucius Myles Scorpius.
June 2005- Emperor Scorpius makes the Imperial Senate an official part of the new two-chamber Parliament. Scorpius legalizes euthanasia and polygamy, and gives the people of Risban the right to free speech.
July 2005- There is an assasination attempt on the Emperor; it fails.
A bomb explodes in the Green Sun Embassy, killing the ambassador. The High Cardinal of Risban is shot to death in his church.
August 2005- Lord Zorag leads a political coup in Parliament, removing Nora Courtney as Chancellor and becoming chancellor himself. The head of the Imperial Senate is removed from power as well and replaced by one of Zorag's friends. Risban withdraws from the United Nations. Lord Zorag removes most of the civil right legislation passed by the Emperor and Empress.
