Hello, nations of Nation States. I am the nation of the Kalyash. I used to post here a year or two ago under a different nation, but I grew tired of it and let it die. Now, I'm back with something new, so I'm going to start off with a good bang.

I would like one to three nations to have a first-contactish thread. The rule of thumbs are this:
1 - You must be human.
2 - You must be REAL medieval, none of that magic crap.
3 - You must arrive by shipwreck (I'll explain that later.)

So, until I have a factbook page set up, you'll have to just accept the fact the Kalyash are different from normal humans. In fact, they aren't human at all. Don't worry, nothing "magical" or "other-worldly" about them (they even have a scientific explanation), and nothing too spectacular. I don't want to reveal too much, because the point is I'm going to slowly reveal the Kalyash through an encounter story where the character(s) from each nation is shipwrecked, enslaved, and forced to live in a new culture of very alien creatures.

Just a head's up, both my characters speak a language very similar, but somewhat different, to english.

That's okay, but the Kalyash tongue is not able to correctly pronounce all of the letters and sounds in English.

Also, as I said on the IC thread, if Derise doesn't post in the IC by tomorrow, Karaska can join in.
