MESSAGE TRANSMITTED TO ALL KNOWN ELDER RACES

A person who appears to be human steps into view.

"Welcome. We, the Pre-Universals of Ankhmet have noticed the resurgence of many races we remember. You who call yourselves Elder Races, come to the site of the capital world of the First Empire of the New Universe. For those of you not quite old enough to know this, co-ordinates follow this transmission. We tire of seeing you pathetic creatures squabbling over the fate of the cockroaches of mankind. I propose that we form a council, that we all may guide humanity to a future of our choosing."

(If you choose to join, a description of your race would be nice.

The Pre-Universals are a group of beings who evolved in a universe two universes 'previously' to this one. They evolved to a point where they cointrolled the entire universe. eventually to avoid extinction by two Big Crunches,, they ascended. However, approximetely 100 chose to stay, and more choose to return every century.)

I'm not really sure if my own version of Ascendants would qualify as an Elder Race, but they do have power comparable to many of the "Elders" out there.

More info is in the "Various Races of the Sovereignty" link inside my factbook. (Factbook link is in the sig, and the "Race" link is near the bottom.)

So wait, you read the thing, and it doesn't fit what you're looking for?

(Sorry, I missed what you posted before the edit. And what's the No, no, no, no, no... thing about? :( )

I just watched an episode of 'The Vicar of Dibley'.

(OOC: Never saw it. So I'm not too sure what the comedy has to do with the "No, no, no, no, no, no... thing. Is that something that a character does a lot or something?)

[Yes. :S]

(OOC: Ah. Still, I don't see how age is that important. I mean, it's not like age even means anything to races the Ascended Eshirians, Eternals, Dark Eternals, or what have you.

Just so I know, exactly how old does a race have to be, to be considered "Elder"? )

Just to be safe, exactly how old must you be to qualify as an Elder Race for this council?

[I won't put a definate cap, but if you really think your race would count as an Elder Race then feel free to come along.]

Following my nations' history, the first Ascended Eshirians would have been created a few million years ago. In your opinion, would they count?
Ankhmet

Yes.

At the site of the resurrected First Capital, 50 of the 150 living Pre-Universals existed. There they scrutinized the universe, and there they prepared for the Second Council of Elder Races. One of the lower P.U.s noticed the incoming message, and replied.

"We welcome you, but cannot allow droids on the sacred ground of the First Capital."
Khurgan
04-09-2005, 07:17
Khurgan shall send representatives of its Daemonic lords, the servants of Tzeentch.
Narlar

"Then you do not welcome Us" The voice replied quite happily. "You will accept the driod, as it is one of our many vessels." Their was a pause, before a voice spoke. "Very well, we will send one of our own."

From the First Capital, another reply came.

"Thank you. It is a law, billions of years old, that no droid may enter this place. There are systems in place that would instantly vapourise a droid that attempted to do so much as touch the Great City."

The P.U. smiled.

"Perhaps I am unclear. This is intended to be civilised, and these 'berzerkers' do not sound like they are."
Sephrioth

The P.U. sighed.

"Well then, go to the co-ordinates provided. Pick a landing pad, and you will be greeted there. When others come, thie council can begin in earnest."

At the end of a long walkway stood a door, 50 feet tall and made of diamond. Slowly, it opened, revealing a single being.
It appeared human, with slightly longer ears. Not quite enough to look like any kind of elf, but enough to be noticable. It approached the Sephrioth ship.

"Greetings, esteemed Elders. I am Psi-489. I am here to greet you, and guide you to the Chamber of Ancients."
Narlar

The ship exited Hyperspace, its form quite beautiful. It was small, a mear hundred Meters, and floated into the Atmosphere. It entered and landed.

This was where things Got interesting.

The ship opened, however, instead of the Biological they expected, it was a Cymek, one of the most interesting creations in the Provinces. The thing was fully machine, using a body that looked like a Centaur, except the Lower body was that of a spider, and the upper body was that of...something. However, the most irritating thing for the people before them was the Brain Canister filled with the Blue Electro-fluid, and floating in the middle, the Brain of one of the Narlar.

"I have come to speak on behalf of the Narlar and the Protected" The mechanical voice came out.
Ankhmet
04-09-2005, 10:50
The greeter who came to the Narlar had to contain gales of laughter at the sigh of the brain-jar containing the narlar.

"I... I am Shu-697, I greet you in the name of the First Universal Empire. I trust you had a pleasant journey?"
Narlar
04-09-2005, 10:59
The Cymek's head nodded, as the brain canister was covered in cheast armor. It moved forward, and looked at the Guide before him.

"Do not belive this our extent of technology. The High Narlar has gone beyond reality, we Cymeks are...inferior" a sound came out, something akin to a sigh. "Those of us who do not have the resorses to use a clone, or perhapse a even a Oron Suit." His head turned and regarded the man below him. "Cymeks are warriors, the body before you is a design ment for Home use, not the use of War."

OOC you got MSN?

"The last council was.... Long before life in this universe. We missed the comapny of Elder Races. Now we can decide the fates of others."

AGAEOL:
Who are the Molqaer?
Ageaol
04-09-2005, 16:31
They are a bunch of aquatic fish that developed around a couple hundred million years ago. Since then they have been going to alternate universes to collect more of their kind. They hid themselves from the rest of the multiverse by phasing their territory onto a different plane of existence. They grew lazy after several billion years and a ship accidentally got in so they were forced to reveal themselves. As aquatic animals their technology is much... stranger then that of land people.

You are welcome to attend the council of Elder Races. Please inform us of any special requirements.

"Nothing is required thank you."

A short while later a small pod landed on a landing pad. A toad jumped out and looked for someone to tell him where he should go.

The tall being waiting at the landing padsaw the creature, and was somewhat startled.

"Ah, greetings. I am Sigma-001. If you would follow me I will lead you to the Great Council Chamber. A seat has been prepared for you."

He walked down a long corridor, signalling for the toad to follow him.
Ageaol

The toad hopped along behind Sigma-001. He wondered what other races would arrive.
