(OOC: Please don't draw on lined paper! Please!!! I don't mean any offense, but really now, lined paper for this type of thing is sort of a no-no...

Just some friendly advice from one paper artist to another.)

(OOC: Fair enough. Either way, I still advise against lined paper for drawing anything other than doodles, and scribbles.)

Why did you build an 82 story tall mech? How does it move its legs? Why doesn't it sink into the ground whenever it takes a step?

The Monarch Titan is operable in a vacuum, and can easily complete atmosphereic drops, as well as extended, slow-moving trips.

Our military simulators have run a senario including you Monarch, and have decided that infantry or power armoured troopers could easily cripple this walker with guerrilla tactics. It's large size also makes it suceptable to air and orbital strikes. We must therefore decline this machine, however, you have the Ix Armory's kudos in it's contruction.

The same could be said of a Vessel. Jet-Troopers can easily disable the mightiest battleship. This thing is intended to use against cities, not individual soldiers.

Official Communique from the Omar Technate

"This is something we see quite often. I was notified of this because we are expanding our markets fully in order to find new things to manufacture. Yet this, this is something I must comment on. It seems every time I see a new design, they follow the same law. Bigger is better. This engineers are obviously trying to make up for something which lack much in size, I suspect. But I digress, no need for editorial. I am here to simply give the Technate's analysis on this abhorrent machine. Vacuous, indeed.

Why, oh why, do you stick such unneccesary crew in what is essentially a 83 story tall coffin? Automation is more efficient, accurate, and cost-effective. These gunners have human failure programmed in them. This is why we use symbions, and not these unpredictable "pilots." You must rely on automation, if not entire integration, which I do not advocate since you obviously do not have the proper technology to make such an advancement,

Dimensions:

H: 826 ft

Youi have created something that has absolutely no purpose, for this sole reason. Do you not realize that under the gravity of most planets, this behemoth would be immobile, and simply a huge target for advanced weaponry. The purpose of bipedal machines is for increased mobility and smaller crews. Not the inverse.

Cargo Space: 100 x 100 sq ft (Right Shoulder)

Troop Carrying Capacity: 400 (Not including Crew Quarter), located in left shoulder)

Hangar Capacity: 120-Thunderbolt Star Furies (Purchasable at Calpe Shipyards.)

Use something that is actually mobile for transport. This thing has absolutely no convenience and usage, as I will state many times. It is useless. Vacuous. And that is simply my conclusion, I need not go on. Congratulations, you just created the largest piece of useless scrap ever designed.

The verdict remains: Vacuous."

You misunderstand it's purpose.

It is not built for conventional combat, rather, descrtuction of settlements or aircraft. If it can not walk, then the jet jumpers will compensate.

I have done a scaling of this thing. One the left in blue is a 110 story building, on the right in black is a 50 story building and pointed out by the arrow is a 6 foot tall person.

(OOC: It's alright. Although, now, Huntaer's on extended leave, the DSA is defunct, and I now have the most critical part of my school year ahead of me, so...alas, it's not possible for me to get into any deep RPs for a long while.)

Seeing as one has an AIM icon, and it's not that hard to download, I think they can do that.

If you were referring to me, yes, I do.

Something on topic, do you intend to elaborate on what exactly your version of "Jet Jumpers" are?)

A prototype reactor is placed in the middle of the Titan and armored with 50-feet of a material that will stop a .50 cold with half an inch, no denting at all. These two 'Jet Jumpers' provide many tons of thrust to the massive machine.

They should each have to provide ~13 billion Newtons on trust each to just counter gravity assuming the thing is as massive as if it were a solid block of aluminum, which is reasonable considering the huge amounts of high density armour on that thing. That eqautes to 2.9 billion pounds of thrust each just to balance gravity. That's 329.9 times the thrust of all the stages of a Saturn V rocket.

OCC: I'm a pro-mech person but this thing.... I'm with Xess on this one. I don't want to know what point it would prove to be other than one big ass artilery/ortilery target. The fact that my GFAS-X1 Destroy could out walk this thing is a little sad since the X1 can't even run and it totals cities just fine.
And finaly just four words: Big Ass Phalic Symbol
