OOC: This is about the Grand Duke's own marque, he will set up to produce his own vehicles. any person is welcome to set-up a division in their country.

IC:

The Grand Duke looked down at the Azure blue seas of the Mediterranean, through the enormous glass panels facing it. he was at his own residence at the Van Luxemburgian Cote D'Azur, together with General Lina of Kjata Major.
he long had doubted about this, but he now had decided to just do it. he grabbed his Smartphone from the Large Glass/Oak desk and called his Minister of Transportation, and opened the Conference-call option. he also had his Business advisors gathered around him, at the desk.
"Koen Van Luxemburg here, I want to set up my own Marque for vehicles. like Cars, Trucks, Ships, Aircraft, you know."
"But ofcourse is that possible. will it be a government owned company?"
"Half by me, 25% by the Government and 25% by other shareholders. I want to launch our Cars division first."
"that's ofcourse possible, how should we call it?"
"I was thinking of Van Luxemburgian Private Transportation, shortway VLPT."
"What about shortening it? I think VLT sounds way better." The first advisor, his Marketing Advisor finally said something.
"that's OK with me. from Tomorrow, VLT will start from a new headquarters in Luxembourg. we will build a new one as soon as possible. I will be the CEO, for the time being."
"But ofcourse sir." The short ticking on a Keyboard reached the room by Conference Call.
"VLT has been officially set-up now, I have took the liberty to recruit some People that might be talented in this branche."
"Great, I think i'll talk to you tomorrow, from the car or from Portugal."

and this meant the beginning of VLT.
OOC: again, anybody's welcome.

The building had finally started. the VLT HQ was on it's way. The Grand duke had approved the plan, and was already busy designing a new car. They would start out bringing several cars out on the market. then, they would slowly introduce every car they had designed. the best thig about VLT was going to be that every concept was going to see production sometimes. but, for now, they had to improvise on the Grand Ducal Palace, and some sketching work.

Province of Sweden, Van Luxemburg

The 3 Heavily camouflaged Cars passed the crossing at high speeds. ABS had been turned off, to test the behaviour of the VLT L120i, the first completely self-produced car of the VLT. it had a standard VLT Motors 2.0 litre 4-cylinder 16V, which was capable of delivering 150 HP and 300 NM, incredibly strong for a normal Fueled car. it was also the first car that would be launched with the all-new VLT Drive-By-Wire electronic steering system (ESS). a Steer was absent in the L1-line, and the Car would be voice-controlled. it could follow the road on it's own, and take Roadexits. however, speed and overtaking would be controlled by the driver, the speed with pedals and Cruise control, and overtaking with a voice command. price of this version: €70,000.

many people crowded the VLAS, the Van Luxemburgian Auto Show, especially at the VLT stand. they presented the L1 line, and several other vehicles. topmodel was the L7, powered by a twin VV24 engine. The car could deliver 3000 HP, and 3400 NM. each engine was used to power an axle, but only one engine would be used for propelling the rear axle if the "power" option wasn't engaged. then it would deliver 600 HP and 700 NM. the car's weight is 1500 KG, and can get to speeds of 500 Km/h and accelerate in 2.3 secs. this ofcourse was with the "Power" option available. the L1 range was a success, and so was the 2.0 litre 4 cylinder. The Audi V6, V8, V12,VV8 and VV12 also debuted in the L1, aswell as the 2.5d and the 5.0 V10d.
