After constant threats and offensive messages I declare war on The Fiefdom of The Seventh Goat. Culpeper Virginia will attack with 250,000 troops and naval ships and an added 600 special forces soldiers. We hope to destroy their nation and all of it's people. Their military will be CRUSHED!

Culpeper Virginia has advanced another 5,000 troops and 600 tanks despite the threats by Ankhmet. They have also sent in 500 bombers and fighter to bomb Ankhmet and the 7th goat capital city. :sniper: :mp5: :gundge:

Anyways, Topic Creator, it should help you tons to read the stickies on the top. They help a lot. They also say, that you shouldn't declare war for OOC reasons.
You can however, make up a random IC reason. You might also want to build up your country a bit more before war.
