The world news has reported that the Empire of Newvaria has Publically stonened and beheaded the 210 Mini Miehm holiday makers that were visiting the Nations capital NewTopia. the Furious Leader Tony Newman ordered the execution to show his distaste for the country and there belifes over human ownership. The execution led to a grand marching precesion in which the heads of the holiday makers were raised on pikes by the Newvarian Storm troppers.

It has come to the attention of the Noddestanian government that Noddestan citizens - refugees of the recent civil war struggles - may be present in the Empire of Newvaria.

The recent travesty involving Mini Miehmian holidaymakers has evoked fears that the same might happen to Noddestanian citizen, owing to Noddestan's support for Mini Miehm's slave-owning policies.

Noddestan asks for clemency in the treatment of its people, and their safe return as the soonest possible moment.

OOC: It was godmoding, but not serious. You did it, but I suggest you allow Mini Miehm to calculate the deaths. I personally don't think it was an unreasonable number, but remember for next time:

Newvaria has accepted the conditions of your people and has set up 3 refugee camps outside the capital. The only request is that Noddestans uranium deposites which were recently mined ( i read ur spotlight) will be traded with our empire in return for raw materials more precisly wood wich has beeen stockpiled

And nobodies gonna get my Civvies, holidaymakers or no, without some bloodletting, they all carry guns, and if by some chance they're not allowed to have guns there, they won't be there.

OOC: Is this like swiss people then? Just incase you dont know they have conscription and are allowed to keep a machine gun incase they are ever called up for war, so every man has a machine gun basically, if they have done compulsory military service.

In case you are interested, combined with the mountainous terrain, this makes it probably the hardest country to invade.

OOC: I don't know where all this n00b warmongering habit comes from. Some people just start the game and immediately believe they're invincible and can take on nations in the billions. What's more, when some of the large nations decide to blast the off the Earth for their attitude, some other big countries show up to "protect the bullied small nations" and then all hell breaks loose (see the Slave Labour thread).

OOC: You would be right. It is a bad situation, but the RPs can be rewarding. It is fine if the new players use restraint in first wars, as they may, lets not forget, just be trying to set up some sort of background for their country.

Your proposal of a uranium-for-wood programme is an interesting one. However, Noddestan is an extensively forested country with a thriving lumber industry - foreign, non-government endorsed competition would only serve to put our own corporations out of business.

I appreciate however the seriousness of the situation and offer weapons-grade uranium (90% U-235) at the discounted rate of US$40 per kilogram. If you prefer, reactor-grade (2% U-235) uranium is available at US$26 per kilogram.

I also take the opportunity to propose a non-agression pact between our two nations, with the view to future trade between us.

OOC: First, this is FT, Second they are based on the swiss, and third, all mentally stable(to be read as not insane, and or a felon) have auto-pistols, 8mm linear accelweration guns, it's a very nice weapon.
