Noddestan questions your motives for all-out invasion. Under current Noddestanian legislation, slaves do not qualify as civilisied human beings and therefore a substantial 'culling' of said population does not seem to justify any war.

OOC: For logistical reasons the percentage doesnt rise due to the country getting larger. Try moving around over 1 billion troops, keeping them fed, armed and ready to fight. For that reason, for a country of 300mill, the percentage drops.

The huge cargo plane headed off into the sunset, as the men were preparing to enter a warzone. Another cargo plane rolled onto the runway. The engines fired up as it accelerated to high speeds, leaving the ground, seemingly free from gravitys pull.

Deployment had begun. Supply lines were being set up. Ships were sailing into place, with a UNA MASH, more men and ammunitions.

General Muller, previously on many other UNA operations watched as the mobilisation plan came together. This was not his first conflict as general in the UNA, but the first without NAM backing. They had not been informed. President Taylor had thought it best to leave them out, recouperating from the last war in Algeristan.

IC: The Lone Alliance supports this action against the Cruel Pratice of Slavery. We donate 100 PSZH-IV Wheeled APCs for use to stop this horrid pratice. We will be shipping them in by transport ship.

The first thing they heard was a hum. No too loud, but enough to wake you up. Then they saw them. Cobra attack choppers, thousands of them. 10,000 flew across TFR's capital, Quetza'Thalas. They carried the first 120,000 troops to the Helicopter Mass Staging Area, near Duro'Rend. Fen'Ris was not onboard, but he was there, ready to begin what he called 'Early nightfall for Newvaria."

A group of ten black Hawks filled with young soldiers armed to the teeth lifted off the ground and started to fly towards Newvaria. Each soldier knew his or her mission, to liberate and avenge the deaths of thousands of slaves. Some of the soldiers were returning to thier home land to fight for Blood Tide 3 and they all knew that not all of them would return alive. :sniper:

The Neoman peoples are appalled at the actions of The Fallen Races and their allies against such a small country. Newvaria is a developing country and needs these drastic measures to ensure people abide by the laws. The Neoman peoples Condem these actions and threats. We would wish to let every country know that if it comes to war we will side with Newvaria. 20 million troops will be called up and if things worsen we will call up another 20.

The soviergn nation of Newvaria is to retain its independence from all foriegn aggressors that seek to control their way of life. General Muller walked into the map room. A map from SkyCapt was projected onto the surface of the table. Regimental names were shown next to a digital marker, coloured for which country they belonged to. In the bottom right corner stood one lone grey soldier, with "UNA Peace Troops" printed next to it. Attaching the headpiece Muller surveyed the rest of the map.

"Troops are mobilised, get the peacekeeping troops ready to move in. We should deploy the MASH here." Using a long stick Muller tapped a part on the map. The information was relayed to logistics, where it showed up on a computer monitor. They then relayed this information onto the men concerned. "We will send in troops to land here." He tapped the map again, indicating an empty wasteland, suitable for landing planes on.

We have tried this approach before. An absolute bloodbath ensued so we have never tried it since.

Neutral, to put it simply, is not hostile nor friendly. We are saying that we are neither to any country.

We are not guarding civilians. We are as a peacekeeping force stopping looting and crime in general. We are also there to ensure that human rights for the civilians are upheld by waring nations. Also, we are there to ensure that nations involved do not use civilians to their advantage, for example wiping out a whole city in order to damage the country enough, so that they back down.

OCC: Understandable, but all these nations aren't just going to get to Newvaria without A. them knowing and putting up defenses, and B. the guy hasn't even made a post in the thread, so it's best to hold off on the my guys are in your land until he posts something. Getting a beachhead with small resistance I can understand, but getting into their country and hitting a city is a bit much.

I was gonna write something intelligent, but I'll just settle for declaring that after 12noon EDT (5PM GMT) tomorrow, TFR will launch regardless of whether Newvaria has posted or not.

I implore peacekeepers to mobilise immediately and engage the bloodtidian menace before they harm my people. As I have already stated in previous communications, the twelve thousand refugees that fled my country and its bloody civil war are directly in the firing line. Let it not be the case that my people, in escaping death, have actually placed themselves in greater danger than they would have been here!

I do not have the resources at my disposal to 'rescue' my citizens, nor do I feel that some would wish to return - knowing as they do their individual punishments for siding against me in the civil war.

I wish only that their safety is guarded. Land your troops, please, and prevent these bloodtidian warmongers from wanton destruction.

His company shared his feeling of a letdown...

The UNA wishes that we could move in and secure the captive citizens fo your country, but we are afraid we cannot. We have troops deployed now, but Newvaria has not spoken. Once they do, we will make an assessment as to whether to free the people, or whether they are safe there.

We will ask that they are treated humanely and will ask if we can overlook their treatment. Since we are an anti-war alliance we would wish not to simply assault their positions.

The Admiral looked out of his cabin as the NNS Demask rolled slightly the weather had been bad all day and it was suppose to get worse.

"Ensign call up the Newvarian leaders ask them if we could drop off our men and equipment off on a beach so that they can start mounting defenses."

"Yes sir" The ensign ran off to the Comm.

The Commander of the Deathshrike, the new flagship of the 3rd NTF, opened a channel with the Newvarian government. "This is the Deathshrike, flagship of the 3rd Naval Task Force, and base-of-operations for all SkyCapt forces in the area. We request permission to land troops, supplies, and armor in Newvarian territory. Also, reports of unidentified forces heading for your area have come in. Deathshrike out." The Commander left the channel open, and awaited the Newvarian response. He looked out over the decks of the loosely clustered carriers, and saw lots of activity on their decks - Knighthawks loading up, fighters warming their engines, and carrier-based fighter-bombers being checked. Commander Rickers retunred towards the console. He was in his element.

The grey clouds hung heavy over the Newvarian landscape, threatening rain on the dismal suburbs of its capital. The dirty sunlight that poked through the smog picked out characters merely as sillhouettes and buildings just as oblong shadows barely visible on the horizon. Refugees huddled in tents and beneath ramshackle shelters, the red points of their cigarettes illuminating cupped hands and tired faces in the gloom. An eerie calm had settled over camp number three just recently, the refugees suddenly tentative and alert.

Once, someone swore they could hear helicopters in the distance but when his companions craned their necks, pointing their ears at the sky, they heard nothing and couldn't verify his claim. Certainly they were hearing a lot less than the days before, less noise coming from the city behind the camp and less banter from the Newvarians who stood on watch. They considered that something was about to happen. It scared them.

Cid, the Noddestani leader, sat in his tent and scowled. He was a great one for scowling, believing that it did him some good to take an extra-specially grim look at the world now and again; even if it was just so he could feel good about something when he stopped. Stopping this time wasn't going to help.

"They've not said anything at all?"

"Not a thing," Freda, his wife, shrugged, "normally they're quite chatty but just now... something's making the hair on the backs of their necks stand on end. And there's more of them too."

"Sir, we have a flight of Blackhawks over Newvaria, BloodTide markings, we believe. Orders?" "Well, they have hostilities with Newvaria... But so far no actions against SkyCapt assets... Hold fire, but follow them." "Roger." The Desert Fox moved some distance behind the Blackhawks, far enough to not be seen, but close enough for the radar to pick-up the choppers...

I agree. However, since this was international, Newvaria is not to balme. They are not the ones to be punished.

I'm afraid there's a misunderstanding. In the conference on the slaves, Newvaria reported that, by their own hands, not someone elses, were 150 slaves killed due to weapons testing.

I, on behalf of the UNA, asked what had happened to the slaves (Newvaria reported the matter was resolved), where he openly said 150 odd has been killed in weapons testing, some others had had something else done to them and the remainder been placed into the military trained in guerilla warfare.

He was not forced.

OOC: Not having a go at you or anything, because I understand if you didn't (number of posts and all), but have you read this thread? I mean, READ it.

Let me summarise: The enslaved peoples were from a different nation, tourists. They were captured for some reason or another as slaves. War was declared, and the slaves were put to some use or another (dead or slaved for military purposes). Here we are pretty much.

Since it was all the tourists from a nation to which Newvaria had a dislike for, it would be very very unlikely that new slaves would be found.

OOC: Bolchevik Russia, it is quite impossible for you to have 20 (!!!) Nuclear (!!!) Bombs, as you have a populaiton of 18 Million. Nations at least have 100 Million before creating those in NS. But I guess if everyone else agree's with you about those bombs, then OK. Just letting you know.

The Black Hawks left the staging area to get another load of troops and another Hummer with a mounted rocket launcher. The Lieutenant sighed and went to his radio and sent a message to the troops "there are no more slaves in Newvaria, they were all killed. So we now have a new mission we must prevent this from happening again".

The three F-14s flew around the area when all of a sudden some Black Hawks entered view.

"White leader, attention to BlackHawk, SE."

The BlackHawks flew below the circling F-14s.

The planes flew into formation heading N, thundering high over the BlackHawks.

The goverments propaganda system had successfully brainwashed the public into beliving there cause for war was just. AK 47s were thrown to men before they had even compleated thier forms and they were rushed into buses headed for the newvarian armoury. "total War is compleate my Emperor, they will fight to the last breath" Said to the several politicians and generals gathered around the War Room Table. "Our Storm Troppers have also taken up arms and joined the regular military" came another anouncment

Finally the Emperor stood and Gave the signal to Begin!

The troops began boarding Bradley M2A2 APC's and prepared enter Newvarian territory.

The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th waves of Elementals had arrived. Their black armor gave them freedom to move in the moonless dark. They pushed on, AR-80's ready to go. The muffled clicking of the wristblades extending and retracting cold be heard as they chopped down branches, twigs, and brush that was in their path. Rustling sounded in a bush, and they all dropped. An animal of some kind moved out of the bushes. "Keep moving. We have to keep moving." "Where the heck is Hillman and his company anyway?" "Shut up and move!" "Wasn't the rendevous point here?" "Wait, your right. Where are they?" Bushes rustled all around, and a hundred soldiers clad in black armor stepped out. "Where were you? And all the sound you made coming here would've been enough to startle a deaf man!" "Well, we're here right?" "Yes, but expect better from elite soldiers. Well, come on." The helicopters dropped a few miles into Newvarian territory. They let off their load of passengers, then returned back to TFR for another load. The first soldier on the ground, Capt. Romanov Kavirinsky, a human, was amazed at the spectacle of the Newvaria. Such beautiful scenery, but it was not to be. He turned back towards TFR, and sighed. He knew what he had to do, but he was not completely ready.

The newly arrived blood tide troops started to expand the staging area, patrol the perimiter, and fortified thier position with sand bags and wood.

Bombing planes and fighter escorts were deployed to strategically bomb advancing rebels.

White squadron with one B-52 bomber launched into the air, heading straight for the evacuation zone. Upon arrival they split, the fighters making sure the airspace was clear and the bomber with one fighter circled the area.

The fleet came alive plains were launched in waves of five

Troops loaded on Amphibious craft and waited for order.

The Admiral watched as his fleet became active, He had been pleased with this achievement. He could see the horizon of Newvaria. "Ensign Tell all battleships to open fire on the Bloodtide3 positions, 20 volleys." "SIR!" the Ensign ran off and got on the comm.

There was a calm about the fleet everyone knew their job.

Suddenly there was a tremendous noise as All five of the battleships let lose with there guns.

Every five minutes another Volley of shells has sent toward the Bloodtide3 forces, this lasted for about 70 minutes.

"Captain!"

"Yes, Private?"
"You may need this, if you wish to break into a remote network." The private handed him a Wireless/WiredNetworkBoosterLink.

IC: Having successfully found the network of communications, he saved the location for later. He turned on his military radio and set it to scan. He overheard a command to fire on one channel, and Kavrinsky locked on that channel. He missed who was being fired on, but it didn't matter.

"BASE 1, PREPARE FOR INCOMING FIRE!" he shouted across camp. The soldiers then unpacked all their miscellaneous weapons, including M-16's, M4's, and some had only Beretta 9mm's. He turned back to his radio. "Are any allies under attack," he squawked on a friendly channel. As he awaited a reply, he began to break into Newvaria's comm network.

IC: "Bomber command, fire upon allied units. Requesting assisstance."

Sirens sounded around the airbase and aircraft carrier. Pilots ran out of wherever they were hiding into respective planes, and when comfortable began to take off. Bombers were being launched with fighters and attack planes.

"All squadrons. We have five battleships, shouldn't be hard to spot. May god be with you."

Planes thundered down the runway at the airbase not far from Newvaria in neutral ground. The aircraft carrier was alive with activity.

Within the past few years the airforce had been redesigned, retrained and resuited. New planes were bought ready for service and ammunitions factories were working hard. All of this was to provide for the UNA, but now these forces were to be used for the defence of an ally. This ally was BloodTide.

The planes formed distinct fighting groups.

"Gold squadron, attack formation, open everything you have, don't take chances, don't get unnecessarily shot."
"White squadron, follow my lead. Attack formations.
"Red squadron, prepare for attack."

The five squadrons that were in the air at the time concentrated their fire upon one of the ships.

The 1st Air Corps, the entire corps, left the fleet, in-bound on the Muesilanian air wing. "This is Flight Commander Jenix of Jinx Flight, mind if we join you?"

Flight Commander Jones responded to the call personally.

Smiling, Jones turned back to the people in flight command. "GET THOSE UNITS AIRBORNE, NOW! TELL 'EM TO CONCENTRATE FIRE."

My Fighters are stopped until I know what's going on...

The artilery did massive damage to the morale of soldiers of Blood Tide and took out 60 soldiers. Some of these soldiers had families that would never see them again. Lieutenant Jones yelled into the emergency comm system saying "deploy the SHEVA gun"!! When the message got to the minister of diplomacy and war he passed out.

OOC: A Sheva gun is the type of bastard weapon that would me made in a desprate situation during a realy horrible war. It took my entire defence budget to build it. :(

I thought it was they shelled Bloodtide, an ally, so I was attacking them to try and stop some of the shelling and take out some of the naval forces around the nation.

IC: Jacob could see the Enemy know there was allot of them, Jacob looked at his target range finder, they were almost in range now. Then he saw something, B-52s a bunch of them to high to get to. "Uh command i got a problem i got B-52s incoming."

The other 52 F/22s still on the ships began there take off procedures

We, the holy empire of piglatnia have decided to ally with the defenders, to the extent that we will send in a small task force of loyal slave comandos. exactly 500 men will be air lifted to Newvaria.

okay i think i know what happened, i attacked bloodtide3, so Muesilania is attacking me with fighters, you posed confused me into thinking you were linking up with him to attack me.

I posted my squadron numbers earlier. We still haven't sorted this out though, who is on whos side? Until we do, Im not continuing... this is WAY too confusing for me.

The Blood tide troops in the city were dug in and were ready for anything that came thier way (exept of course an artillery strike on the city, or a horde of tanks).

While the helecopters were preped the comand center was busily trying to find a place to land their men. One of the comanders was sending a transmission to Skycapt "we have decided to enter the war and we request help in landing our troops"

things were moving slowly because the heater had given out yesterday and the machines and people were being efected by the cold. but then the p.a. system went off and an anouncment was made " to all in the comand center we are working on the heating in the mean time, if you don't remember this from your training the faster you move the warmer you get so pick up the pace".

SkyCapt, you said you were doing this earlier (attacking neomans ships), then you said you weren't, now you are, this is why it is confusing. As well as a few other things, like changing of sides and probably me making sure I get the battle right with my squadron numbers (im trying to make it fair while realistic and so it will work logistically and simple enough to roleplay with).

OOC: I said that my jets were on hold until I knew what was going on. Now that I do, since apparently you were attacking him, my jets are moving out of their vertical positions, much to the relief of the pilots. Facing down at a 82 degree angle is not fun.

Finally the heaters kicked in and there was a small chear as the p.a. system came back on too.

Twenty Black Hawks landed in Blood Tide's the staging area. One dropped another Hummer with a mounted rocket launcher while the others let the troops get out. Twenty of the soldiers were with Blood tide's greatest spec ops team, The Death Dealers. Lieutenant Jones immiediatly noticed his younger brother in this elite group. He walked up to him and said "Hey Bob when did they let you out of prison?" (the death dealers are reformed criminals that handle the toughest missions)

Apparently it's been hit by artillery strikes, probably the shelling that came from the Neoman fleet." The commander rubbed his chin. He turned and called to a radio operator. "Send new orders to Bravo Company, and give them the coordinates to head to." "Yessir."
On the ground, Hillmans helmet comm crackled, and the operator on the Deathshrike came through. His HUD brightened a little, and orders came appeared on it. "OK men, change of plans. A UAV has found the location of a BloodTide camp of sorts. We're too attack it, and take prisoners if possible. SO no killing without questions." The men all grinned, and chuckles came over the comms. "Let's go!" They pushed on, eager to see the looks on the enemy's faces when 200 fully armed soldiers burst out of the black night.

Lieutenant Jones said "I thought you and your group were peace keepers, in the transmission we intercepted you said that you would only fire if fired upon or if civilians were in danger".

He heard choppers overhead, and looked up. "You can go. We won't fire on any of your men, just don't fire on us." Hillman cloaked, and melted into the darkness, moving into a cluster of trees. The first aircraft have just landed, to re-enforce Blood Tide. No more will be sent as SkyCapt has left. Medics are treating blood tide soldiers.

when the Elementals disapeared Lieutenant Jones shouted to his troops "clean up and get the wounded ready for medivac". There were only 60 combat ready Blood Tide troops left not including the three Surviving Death Dealers.

Unfourtnatley, the SkyCapt weapons are extremly effective. The Medics are not having much luck in thier effort...
We have found that mainting an army of 10 million overseas i proving difficult.

With all of the troops back from the Blood Tide Battle Area, they rest, eat, and go to sleep, with sevral sentrys around the camp as usual.

The Holy Empire of Soviet Love is a new land, yet we can not turn away from injustice! Newvaria is a place of injustice, and we offer our hand to this war! However, we are also very weak, and are in the stage of rehabilitating dolhpins. "You have to be kidding," Kavrinsky mumbled. He grabbed his radio, and squacked back, "Dragoon Leader to Base 1. Requesting Helicopters Dragoon 7 - 17."
"Base 1 here. Request granted, ETA 5 mins."
"Understood. Dragoon Leader OAO." He turned to his men. "Pack up! We've got traitors to execute." His men all turned to ash as they realized what he was screaming about on the radio.

5 minutes later, helicopters apeared over the hills to move his men. "Pilots," the Capt. said, addressing them all, "carry out an aerial assault on SkyCapt's base. Leave no survivors."

"Very well. Dragoon 7 - 17, FLARE UP!" The helicopters lifted off and headed toward's the former allies base, ready to punish them for such a deed.

The next barrage landed in the tents and a fuel/ammo dump, creating a small mushroom cloud. Realizing that to stay here was suicide, the general sent a message to the Homeland, for an evacuation. All aircraft turned around to land at site sevral miles from the camp. 2,000 soldiers volunteerd to stay and fight to the death, to give the force time to evacuate. All civillian aircraft were seized in osoantipatico and are being flown to the evac site. The troops pilked into any vehicle they could and headed to evac site.

By the way, we have no idea whose side Soviet Love is on, so we sniped thier two troops.

"Osoantipatico need our help sir, they are evacuating troops, already under heavy fire from Neoman forces." The messenger stood there waiting for a response, giving up he continued. "They are sending aircraft to evacuate the forces." Still no response. "Sir?"

With the sucessful evacuation of most of the troops, (sevral were deowned by Neoman Fighters, but thanks to Muesilania and my own recently establsihed airforce most lived), Osoantipatico is planning to fight a more geurilla style-war, flying in commandos and freeing slaves.

The Alian Gorge is the only path to the capital Of Newvaria. Riker Had his Squad set up 12 Anti Aircraft Mobile artillery cannons along the gorges many Ledges. "they wont come in this way, not on my watch" he Raised his rail Gun to the air.

A minute later 2 Spec Ops Knighthawks touched down, and 5 men from each chopper began to unload supplies, while Elementals and Medics disembarged. "Where do you need us," asked one. An Elemental lead him to a group of wounded men, stripped of their armor and resting in under a tree in their Combat Gear. A medic crouched down and took off a soldier's battle suit, slowly removing the Kevlar and uniform pieces. More medics dispersed, going around different groups of wounded. This was the aftermath of last nights battle. 20 men wounded, 13 dead. 367 remained. 2 more Knighthawks came in to medivac the severely wounded, while the rest remained.

With no reply and no information the comand center decided to just send them in there and hope they reach there target so the troops loaded up and the machines were preped. Then takeoff began there went the first slave division ever to be deployed by piglatnia may god help them all.

The Drone of the engines made talking extremely difficult but the plane command sergeant tried anyway

"Okay! Your Brigade is jumping into an area 2.5 Miles from the Capitol, Tis is the biggest jump in Neoman History!" The C130 shifted suddenly and the Plane command sergeant lost his balance but caught himself.

Suddenly the Red light came on

A small but elite group of Special Forces troops had just gotten off a lone black hawk, about 3 miles from the newvarian capitol. The six member squad planned to infiltrate into the city and prepare for an invasion. They sent a raido messge confirming they had landed, and then prepared to maintain raido scilence for up to three weeks.

Knighthawks and Hawks had been dropping troops and supplies into the Newvarian capitol all day. Hillman checked his watch, built into the HUD. 9:00 PM. Reports from Desert Foxes had been coming in, telling of enemy movement. So far the SkyCapt forces had only secured the western side of the city, and 4 incursion groups were preparing. Clad in pitch black armor, and armed with AR-75 Assault Rifles, they began moving out. Their conversations went unheard, whispering into the comm channels. The slow, methodical search patterns were done so any observing people would think that the troops were merely on patrol. A Knighthawk flew overhead, returning to it's carrier after unloading it's cargo. The troopers pushed on, searching for any sign of hostile forces.

Tango Squad needed to get through the pass quickly, and the defense showed no sign of a break. Using the cover of darkness, he orderd his team to split up and search for alternate routes, and most importantly, avoid SkyCapt patrols. Hillman had his rifle trained on the men below, looking down the sights. It was much harder without his helmet, somehting he had been unable to place because of the sudden arrival. He noticed the man yelling and waving his arm, so he strained to hear him. He could just make out a sentence. The man was yelling something about being allies, so Hillman looked harder. He suddenly recognized the uniform as that of Neoma, so he lowered his rifle. He looked across the street and noticed other soldiers doing the same thing, expressions hidden behind their white helmets.

Tango Squad rallied with no way to get through to the city. The SkyCapt patrols were becoming incresingly frequeent, and they had to act quickly.

Force Commander James Ackvick, the head of Militia_Enforced_State walks to his media broadcast desk. He has a look of both anger and nervousness. This will be one of the first true military actions he will be starting, in an attempt to prevent a complete massacre from occuring in Nervaria. He hated to cause needless bloodshed, but as he has a very strong army from years of orbital weapons development, new battle tanks and assault rifles, and heavy lift choppers, he knew he had a hand to play to stop the conflict. Someone beside the camera was counting down until the media announcement went live. He sipped a drink of water from a cup, grabbed his papers, and looked at the camera.

"Good evening, citizens of Newvaria. It is time to stop this needless bloodshed in the world today. As of this moment a coalition of forces are attacking the country of Newvaria for human rights violations. Although we agree about the violations of Newvaria, we also can't allow the outright risk of civilians, probably brainwashed, being killed.

This is why I am ordering the immediate deployment of 18 million of our troops with armoured divisions, 500 special forces troops, 1 million of our fighter pilots and their planes, and counter-propreganda teams to the battlezone. This is a message to all attacking countries. We demand you stop this battle immediately. We will be placing our troops around the country as a bufferzone, and all troops in between will be fired upon if they don't immediately turn around.

A large squadron of the new XG-32 swarmer fighter planes equiped with dual cannons and multiple missiles, as well as the XB-91 Rhino attack bombers with dual bomb bays on a catamaran hull with wings, swarm over the ensuing dogfight above. The fighter pilots of the other countries notice the new contenders but don't know what to make of it. The entire force has orders to hold fire unless fired upon, as James did not want to see a multi-lateral conflict on his doorstep.

Meanwhile, over a thousand Mammoth tri-rotor tank lifting and infantry carrying choppers, with H-90 Beast attack choppers fly at low altitude, to escape attention, and to deploy safely. Upon landing, thousands of troops with the varsatile MK-20 assault rifle/grenade launcher, and Destructor double barreled tanks roll out and create a perimeter between the two armies.
