From Planet Kaeloss Prime Home of House Kaelestios Ruled by Baron Sadistine the first.
The hall grew dark as the lights dimed. The great hall was filled with the royal members of the great houses of the Kaeloss system. All where awaiting the Barons new adress to the Galaxy. The crowed murmerd until a tall figure stood at the podeum. His hair was long and messy and his eybrows bushy his lips where stained red. He was Lucent the mentat to the Baron.
Ladies and gentleman i give you the Baron Sadistine Ruler of House Kaelestios!
The assembly ruptured into grand applause as a man aproched from behind the great stage. his body was frail much like the sapling trees of the great forests of Kaelestios Prime he was an older man with platnum hair. His face was scorched red from the cold winds of planet Kaelestios.
Members of House Kaelestios i am honored to adress you in person today! As you know we have had some economic struggles these past few years since the death of my cousin the Dear Duke. It was well known that the Baron was as trecherous as the ice fields of the great polar caps. It was no suprise that after the initial contact with new species and the arrangments of new trade routes that the duke soon disapeared and the Baron was there to take the credit.
But now we stand at a new age! an age of wealth! Power! and Grand Exploration! yes we have had to crush politicle disidents, and yes we have had to torture our enemies. BUT! taxes are lower! unemployment is at an all time low! and our house stands on the verge of True Greatness! As the baron thrust his hands in the air the assembly stood to applause the room echoed like thunder as the assembly cheered there Baron.
We will be sending out five of our greatest Battle ships The RHS Ram, RHS Sadistine, RHS Avatar, RHS Dark Fire, and the RHS Monarch. These great cruisers where built to handle the dangers of space, and with the Spacing Guild behind us there is no limit to where our ships may traval. It is rumored that the great spacing guild was also behind the death of the late Duke. He had long oposed the guilds monopoly on Space folding. The duke had begune to reasherch warp travle though slower than folding space it would destory the monoploly of the space guild.
My fellow rulers of the galaxy i open the doars of trade with you! I offer the olive brance not the sword. I Will be sending my ships out if you wish to open diplomatic channles our doar is always open!
