The Telegrafnoe Agentstvo Sovetskogo Soiuza (Telegraph Agency of the Soviet Union) has been the center for news about the Soviet Union since it's creation in 1925. TASS has been faithful to the Motherland and the international ideal, giving up-to-date news about politics, national and international affairs, the weather, and even sports activities.
Being centered in Leningrad, RSFSR, TASS headquarters has a unique oportunity to be close to some of the most decisive things occuring within the Motherland. Having several insiders within the Red Army, CPSU, Politburo, and elsewere, TASS has been able to serve the people with up-to-date news for eighty years. However, TASS has always lacked a centralised area for news and what-not for the international community. Thus, the Telegrafnoe Agentstvo Sovetskogo Soiuza International Correspondance Directorate (TASS-ICD) has been created.
The TASS-ICD wishes to become a centralised placed for freelance journalists, citizen journalists, and revolutionary reports from around the world. You can contact the TASS-ICD by sending an email to tass-icd@peacemail.com (It's an actual email.) with the report, information on the section you wish for it to be in, and it's nation of origin. If it passes through the extensive TASS-ICD 'cleaners', it will be posted with all the required information and the author.
