DMG Military Industries decided that it needed an ultra fast bomber that was capable of carrying heavy loads. That is where they came up with the Falcon 680B. It was very expensive to research as DMI needed to create new engines to propel the heavy plane. It is not very stealthy, but it does not need to be as it can fly at high speeds and heights.
