OURANBERG Last night, Ouranberg's Duke William II has died of old age. After years of self-imposed isolation, a policy created by Duke William II, Ouranberg now has a new leader, Duke Albert III, known to the people as a young, charismatic, open minded person, who even as a prince advocated an opening of Ouranberg towards the rest of the world. This morning, when he broke the news of his father's death to the world, he announced, that he will ask Ouranberg's elected government to prepare to change its foreign policies. "Ouranberg is a strong democracy," the Duke said, "it needs to become a global player, if we want to stay competitive in the world markets." Ouranbergs Prime Minister declared, that they have been waiting for this change to take place, and are ready to adopt this change. They also declared a week of natinal mourning.
