Earlier this week, A TCS battlegroup landed on Luna and has established a Naval base, as well as moving a prototype Nuclear Weapon into the base. Pictures and co-ordinates have been released over the info-net, and it has established a trading post to compliment it's new military outpost.

It has taken down the long-standing American flag on the moon and set it adrift in space, placing a podium and TCS flag in it's place, declaring the moon the property of itself.

As it stands the Phalanix Southern Luna City has been on Luna for decades before your arival.
We do not mind more nations landing on Luna but we find claiming the whole moon regardless of the dozens of nations already based on it (some who have been on it for decades or more) and not even considering the current claims.
If you decide to even consider the current claim that the Shadow Realm has had for decades non-existant and attempt to evict the residents or move any forces through our territory you will be given one warning. After that if you persist the forces will ether be destroyed or if you are threatening the city your own base shall come under fire.
