The Republic of Tetanne is a new fledgling nation that now seeks the opportunity to become a successful power on the world stage. To this end, we have decided to open up communications with the rest of the world.

Our goals are thus: 1.) develop economic and diplomatic relations with any willing nation, and 2.) begin pursuing the creation of a modern military. We intend to pursue this second goal as soon as the Congress gets around to allocating money to our defense budget, but if any power wishes to provide us with donated equipment, or will allow us to purchase military equipment with a no-interest loan, we would of course take that. We thank you for your time, and hope to hear some favorable responses.

In return we ask for a small Base on your land with access to the sea (unless you are land locked) so that we may birth ship, aircraft and army forces there for your protection. The exact numbers are negotiable.

The Board has appointed me to the official Tetanne Relations office. So far I am the only one in the office, but that will not get in my way of directing communications between you and the Board.

The Board has recieved note of your thanks, and are very happy they could please you. However, they expressed their dismay in seeing that money go to waste on a military program. They had hoped your government would use the money to build up a solid economical base, however, it's yours to do what you like with, so there will be no further discussion on the use of donated money.

The Board was diamayed that you would not allow us to operate a small military outpost from your country, however, the descision was yours to make. No Offence is taken I assure you and we understand your concern the military base would just make it easier for us to deploy defending forces. Our Military is purely a defence force and is designed that way. Animarnia does not make war, We only defends itself and its friends. The refusal of the base is not a problem it was only for rapid response we still offer you military protection and will not in anyway dictate how you run your country as long as you do not dictate ours, this sounds fair does it not. However it will take our forces longer to react should you come under aggression.
