Ab shalom and greetings,
The Republic of Majeristan has been in the process of developing a warship she feels will serve as the standard-bearer for her nation and her navy in the years to come. With the ever increasing proliferation of superdreadnought warships and the capabilities those ships bring to the navies that have them, we believe it is in our country's best interests to have a warship class that will allow us many of the capabilities in a form that is not prohibitively expensive for our limited defence budget.
However, our country is very resource poor, particularly in precious resources such as iron, titanium, and uranium needed for nuclear fuel. Our ability to commission the warship we have envisioned is all but non-existent with our nation's current resources. It is for this reason that we would require both a builder for our warship class and the use of resources such as the ones listed, and others that can and will be forwarded to the nation most capable of helping us with the project.
We of course would be willing to pay additionally for the resources needed to produce this class of warship and would be willing to make an arrangement to allow for the sale of the ship if your nation's shipbuilding companies are interested in doing so.
We look forward to possibly establishing a strong foundation for positive relations in the years ahead with the nation that is most able to fulfill our nation's needs of building this warship.

[OOC: I had an idea for a ship class that would work for this country, but since I RP Majeristan as having limited national resources, it would not make sense for me to RP it actually building the ship. Since my main nation is in OMP, I posted it OOCly over there and Hogsweat expressed interest, but with Hogsweat currently in the huge war with AMF, I figured I'd put the IC message up here. Now, if Hogsweat still wants to do this, I'll put it up and we'll go from there.]
The ship I've designed is as follows:
Majeristan-class Trimaran command battlecruiser
Length: 702 m; Beam: 137 m; Draught: 13.5 m.
Displacement: 900,000 tonnes fully laden.
Armament: 5 x 4 610 mm ETC guns in A, B, C, X & Y positions; 10 x 203 mm ETC guns port and starboard; 12 x 90 mm autocannons; 12 x 128 cell Mk 41 VLS; 2 x ASROC launchers; 50 x 35 mm Millennium Gun CIWS; 8 x 533 mm TT; 12 x 'underwater CIWS.'
Protection: 460 mm-533 mm advanced armour composite (amorphous steel, titanium, vanadium, aluminum, ballistic ceramics); double-bottomed, reinforced keel with void spaces (KERI foam installed in void spaces) over a honeycomb frame; composite rods and kinetic-reducing ceramic plates provide additional protection against KE attacks.
Aircraft: 96 STOVL aircraft plus four medium ASW helicopters.
Complement: 7,280 plus 250 aircrew.
Propulsion: Six PebbleBed nuclear reactors; four internalised waterjets. Four diesel turbines provide emergency propulsion. Extensive thermal insulation surrounds each reactor to reduce noise and infared signature. 34.6 knots emergency maximum. 30.1 knots normal maximum. 26 knots cruising.
Electronics: Sensors: AN/SPY-3B MFR multi-function radar; AN/SPS-64(V)10 navigational radar; AN/SQS-56 (K) hull mounted sonar; Electronics Warfare Suite: AN/SLY-2 (V) Advanced Integrated Electronic Warfare System (AIEWS); Decoys: AN/SLQ-49; AN/SLQ-25 Nixie; MK-53 Nulka DLS; Fire Control: MK-99 FCS missile fire control; Gun fire control: MK-88 GFCS (System calculates ballistic gun orders, The GFCS conducts direct firing attacks against surface radar and optically tracked targets); Torpedo Fire Control: MK-117 ACWSCS (Anti-Submarine Weapon Control System, Underwater Fire Control System); Countermeasures: Towed array sonar utilizing a hull transducer or a towed active transducer or both.
