Re: President Sutton's Trip

President Kanos would be most interested in meeting President Sutton, in the interest of building better relations between our two nations. Due to our involvement in the Coalition of Anti-Terrorist Powers, as well as our adoption of several of President Sutton's various doctrines, we feel that it would be appropriate to pursue further relations with a nation we already regard as a friend. Therefore, we would be most pleased and honored if President Sutton could stop by Halberdgardia to meet with President Kanos. I thank you for your time.

Respectfully,
Kenix Kil

International Announcement from the Most Serene Republic
Regarding Credonian Intl Relations Tour

We openly invite Mr. President Sutton to our community here in Macronesia. We are but a tiny nation, yet we find ourselves in the unique position of being able to step up and present a challenge to the rest of the world. While perhaps our population and economic size may not be impressive, we believe as global citizens of the world we have both an obligation and priviledge to participate deeply in global politics. I would very much like to meet Mr. Sutton, as this would be yet another step for the Kawauiian people in our continuing mandate to commission peace and equality. Specific terms of such a visit can be worked out if so desired.

Official Response to Pele Kune, Representative of Kawau

Credonia welcomes with open arms the invitation presented to us by your nation. Credonia has not had relations with a nation of your size, and this would be the first time a Credonian President has ever made a trip to such a small nation, however, it is the belief of President Sutton, his cabinet, myself, and the Credonian Congress, representatives of the Credonian people, that all nations have a right to take an active role in global politics as global politics affects us all, for better and for worse. President Sutton shall be getting in contact with you soon to arrange such visting arrangements with your nations leader. He looks forward to his visit.

Secretary of State Lauren R. Smith of Credonia,

It is the opinion of President Berger and her staff that two nations such as ours have not had the chance to build a proper working relationship. We invite President Sutton to the Aequatian Republic to meet with President Berger in Magna Casa to not only discuss future relations between our countries, but to tour the capital and see the beauty of Aequatio's surrounding landscape.

Credonia has, for some time, admired your nation and its noble actions within the international community. While we were side-tracked by pressing issues that affected ourselves and our friends and allies, we have keep a loose watch over activities that your nation engages itself in. At one point in time, myself and the President considered opening relations with your nation in hopes that we could make you an ally, but our timing was very bad and we lost sight of that prospect, however, we are now presented with a perfect opportunity to do as we planned to do, and we are going to make use of this opportunity. President Sutton will be more than happy to visit your nation. We will notify you when plans will be made to make a trip there. We look forward to opening relations with you.

President Anderson has been informed of your upcoming International tour, and would be most accomodating to the President if he were to decide to stay in J City.

We have been allies for a long time now, and we hope that such a visit will strengthen the bond between us even more as well as allowing both parties a chance to meet and discuss matters of mutual interest to both our great nations.

Signed,

Secretary of State, Tom Adler.
