Rise of a Republic... (Kavlon Intro)
OOC: This is a quick introduction for the Republic of Kavlon that briefly shows how it got to this point and where it stands
IC:
"Mr. Prime Minister, we have to get you out of here!" the Prime Minister's aide, Kyle Tasini yelled at Kavlon's leader while war waged out in the streets Lorrens, capital of what was the Dominion.
"Sir! The Industrial Quarter just fell, Captain McKay is trying to pull back with his surviving units, less than a platoon is left sir!" Corporal Malak called out to the Prime Minister and his young aide, continuing to give them updates as General Asad's troops waged war throughout the capital, slaughtering the parliamentary guard, the members of parliament, and any of their supporters that tried to stand in his way.
"Mr. Prime Minister, the Industrial Quarter just fell, you have to get to the chopper before its to late, your wife and daughter are already on board!" Kyle yelled, growing desperate as his beloved leader stood, silently watching a computer monitor that updated him on the situation facing the forces still loyal to him.
Meanwhile, outside the parliament buildings, sandbags and concertina wire had been laid out across the street while about sixty Parliamentary Guardsmen lay in their firing positions, each one watching their arc for enemies. A trio of sharpshooters had set themselves up on the roof, along with a machine gun and an anti-tank team wielding an 84mm recoiless rifle.
From up ahead a pair of cars turned a corner and came racing down the street, gunmen in the back seats faced the rear and were emptying magazines from their kalashnikov rifles at an unseen enemy. The guardsmen behind the barricade focused on the oncoming vehicles until the sharpshooters signalled that the men in the cars were guardsmen, remnants of Captain McKay's force.
The cars stopped just ahead of the barricades and the men inside scrambled out while rounds starting coming towards them from troops appearing down the street. At the same time the familiar roar of howitzers could be heard and shells started hitting the barricades cutting down the men from the cars and blowing apart sandbags and some of the men behind them.
A truck came roaring down the steet, a fifty-cal mounted on the back opened up and started tearing through the sandbags, the machine gun team on the roof opened up on it, sending the gunner flying off the back and ripping apart the driver and passenger.
From down the street, just out of sight, a cannon opened up as a BMP-1 entered into view, its 30mm cannon sent rounds ripping through the roof of the parliament buildings, knocking the machine gun out and ripping apart the anti-tank team before they could get a shot off. From all around the armoured vehicle troops poured out onto the street and rushed towards the barricades, where the Parliamentary Guardsmen were still pinned by artillery.
The sharpshooters on the roof were still in the clear however and opened up, picking off soldier after soldier as they rushed towards the mix of sandbag and wire, the BMP-1 turned away from the roof, focusing its firepower on the sandbags instead, which blew clean through, massacring the troops behind.
Inside, the Prime Minister heard the sounds of battle growing closer and the more desperate pleas of his aide as the young man tried to get leader of Kavlon to safety.
"Kyle, as you know, I used to be a leftenant colonel, I was one of the founding fathers of this democracy, I fought for six long years to bring this nation together before I was given a seat on parliament and made deputy minister of defence. During those six years, not once did I turn tail and run while my men died. I want to go to the chopper and take my seat, make sure my family makes it out safely and are taken care of, they are in your care now. Go out into the world, and make out plight known, carry on the cause of a free and democratic Kavlon." The Prime Minister grabbed a rifle from the small pile of weapons that had been collected on the table, and put on the webbing that every soldier wore, loading it with grenades and magazines before turning to Corporal Malak.
"Corporal, you're done here, the chopper is leaving, I will not be on it, Mr. Tasini will be taking my place, and you will take his, Mr. Tasini will be in charge, but he does not have a military mind, I am entrusting you to help him in this, and maybe teach him a few things. Good luck soldier, and godspeed." The Prime Minister finished and walked towards the exit of the main chambers, and then down the corridor that lead to the front doors.
Corporal Malak's training kicked in and he spared no time in throwing off his headset and grabbing his rifle, grabbing Tasini, who had simply stood there watching as the Prime Minister departed. The two rushed out of the room and up the stairs, making it to the helipad on the roof where a Hind, one of the only two in the country, sat waiting, the two hopped in, where the Prime Minister's wife and daughter sat, with them were several young privates, the newest recruits in the parliamentary guard, the flight engineer, and the two pilots seated forward in the cockpit. There were several workers in as well, who had stayed late to finish up various projects and who the Prime Minister had ordered to the chopper, believing that the employees would be executed by General Asad's troops for working for the government.
Outside the building, more than half the guardsmen were dead when they braved the artillery fire and lifted their heads, just in time to open up on the enemy as they approached. The artillery cut out, General Asad's troops beind close enough that the artillery would have done just as much damage to them if not more if it continued.
The firefight was brutal, AKs set to fully automatic spat out hundreds of rounds as guardsmen and rebel fell to each other. Then, from the doors of the parliament building the Prime Minister rushed out, his own rifle on repetition as he sent accurate fire at the incoming enemy, killing half a dozen and wounding others as he hit the dirt alongside his men and looked about. Nine guardsmen were left combat ready, and even some of them were wounded, the BMP had shifted its fire to the roof, knocking off the sharpshooters, the last one of which was trying to evade the oncoming rounds, and trying to find cover strong enough to withstand cannon fire. The Prime Minister looked over the barricade, the second charge was coming, and larger than the first.
"Time to die with some glory troops. Parliamentary Guard! Fix bayonets!" the former leftenant colonel ordered as his troops looked around confused for a moment before fixing bayonets onto their weapons.
"Parliamentary Guard! Charge! For a free Kavlon!" He screamed as he jumped the barricade and charged towards the enemy, the other nine troops charging with him while the enemy slowed their advance looking around confused for a second before the bayonets stabbed into them.
The battle lasted only seconds, before the charging Guardsmen were cut to ribbons by automatic fire, their bullet ridden bodies crumpling into lifeless heaps on the ground, while the Hind thundered off into the sky and made its escape from the flaming city.
Present Status of Kavlon Government
All members of parliament, including aides with the exception of one of the Prime Minister's aides, Kyle Tasini, have been executed by members of Genreal Asad's army.
All supporters of the parliamentary government have either been executed or are being rounded up and imprisoned under charges of treason.
General Asad has dissolved the Dominion government and proclaimed president of the new Republic of Kavlon.
General Asad has appointed predominately commanders from his army into cabinet positions, several close civilian allies have also been entrusted into higher levels of the new government.
There is at present no known political opposition to the new government lead by General Asad.
Status of the Kavlon Military
All remnants of the Parliamentary guard have either been killed in action or gone into hiding, no prisoners were taken during the fighting.
Most of the Kavlon regular army has sworn allegiance to Asad, only units in the southern reach have voiced opposition, but have promised to take no action, it is believed that their commanders and Asad will come to an agreement within the next few days.
The army stands at 56,000 troops, about one fifth of this is securing the capital, the rest is spread out amongst 9 primary army bases, 1 training center, and several camps that have been recently established.
Kavlon has no standing airforce or navy. Naval defence is handle by customs and port authority, which commands several small patrol boats and security teams at each port. In addition, Port Authority commands two small Offshore Patrol Vessels.
Status of the Kavlon Economy
While rated at good prior to the recent conflict, General Asad's troops did quite a bit of damage to the capital, and the conflict has instilled a sense of fear and panic in the people, causing the economy to come to a standstill.
General Asad is believed to be planning a new economic development plan to speed up reconstruction of the capital, especial the factories of the industrial quarter, and to develop the fringe areas of the country including setting up new transit and shipping lines across the country and out of the country.

The Carrier Bassan Glory sat off the coast listening to the events in this small nation, events that could affect the Coalition. The Bassan Glory tracked everything in the air and on the ground, including a fleeing Hind. Information on the situation was little, and the Intel Officers concluded that this was transporting high ranking officials... From this a secure line was established with the Hind,
This is the Sebecean Imperial Coalition Vessel, Bassan Glory, we have been monitering the revolution in your country and have determined it a threat to our Coalition. We request you land aboard our ship for an audience and to discuss a citizenship deal. If you accept we will send two Seashark (A sea variant of the Comanche) Helos to escort you in.
All was silent in Boonen Street, a lane where mostly well people lived, the imported palm trees waved slightly in the wind when a black Audi A8 turned into the street, Camewottian flag painted on the roof of it. This was clearly a governmental car, it stopped right before the most beautifull house of all. It was the only one with a pool and outside showers for visitors of the swimming pool.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v295/Catacombe/Brick_House_3.jpg
A man in suit jumped out of the car and rang the doorbell. A moment of silence, and then a man popped his head outside a window on the second floor. He was carrying a M1 Thompson, pointing it at the man."Mr. Flahaut, I'm affraid you do not have the necessary papers to own such a gun."
"Oh, it's you. Why didn't you ring me before you came?"
"This is much more urgent Mr. Flahaut, would you please dress yourself and move yourself downstairs."
André Flahaut, Minister of Defence looked down and saw he was wearing nothing, nothing at all. He had picked up this bad habit when serving as a Colonel in Wrakistan when it was first colonized. It was so hot wearing something in your sleep could kill yourself. He put on jeans and a matching shirt, gave his wife a kiss and stepped into the car.
15 minutes later, the gaurd saluted both men when they drove into the Minister of Defence. "Goodnight Sheila, working overtime?" André asked.
"Yes mister Flahaut, I'm finishing a dossier for you about The Parthians sir."
"Good, then I'll read about it Mondaymorning"
The men proceeded their way further and further down into the building until they reached a steel wall. A normal worker would turn around, as it seemed nothing was behind there and nothing was there for it to be opened.
The man in suit took a machine, the size of a remote controller, out of his pocket, pushed it into a certain place in the wall and pushed the only and blue button of the controller.
As of struck by lightening, the wall moved into the ground and a computer voice said, "Welcome".
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v295/Catacombe/bombdog.jpg
The second both men stepped into the room, a round table rose out of the ground and about 15 men and women took place around it. Behind them, a plasma screen made contact with the spy satellite. Screens could be seen of the Kavlon Republic and how it was brutally couped just hours ago.
"Sir, we have reasons to believe a new republic has been couped and is now being controlled by a general."
"Military control?"
"Yes! Brutally..." The women sighed.
"Very well, do we have an agent in this country...Kavlon?"
"Yes, we had one. We have tried to contact him several times but it seems as though he has left his position. It was close to the parliament buildings, it could be he has had to flee or has been killed."
Her words had just reached everyone's head when a different image filled the plasma screen. It said: "CALL BEING PROCESSED...5...4....3....2...1"
A young man could now be seen, his long hairs wet of sweat.
"Hello HQ, I don't know if you can hear me. I have seen the whole coup, the President has died with his men. It was madness! I have located myself in the basement of a Camewottian who sells lumber here. I have several dossiers here about their army, this good man also has a scanner and internet connection so I will be sending them soon. I must go now, I need to flee again. I will probably go south, untill I hear you again! Goodbye!"
"Technical support, locate this man and set up a post in the south to get him out of there."
André looked devastating, this could be a long, long night.
The people in the hind heard the transmission from the foreign warship and Corporal Malak looked over to Tasini, "You're the last surviving member of the government, that makes you the prime minister," he said as he handed Tasini a headset.
Tasini, a bit unsure of himself put the headset on and spoke into the mic, "Bassan Glory this is Kyle, er, Prime Minister Tasini, your offer of an escort and a place to land is greatly appreciated and we gladly accept, I will have my pilots change their course at once," he said signalling to the pilots to head out towards the ocean.
"Looks like we might have an ally," Tasini said as he looked over at Corporal Malak.
"Hopefully, we're going to need all the allies we can get, hopefully they can help us with getting refugees out of the country and getting supplies in to help overthrow Asad," Malak said as he looked out the window to where a pair of objects had appeared in the sky, probably the Seashark helicopters the Glory sent as escort.
"We'll have to discuss all this with the Sebeceans first, see how much they're willing to help us. For all we know they might just give us a home and leave Kavlon to its woes." Tasini said as he watched the two Seasharks take up an escort position just behind and to the sides of the chopper.
Emperor Kea smiled happily and looked at the new military facilities being built in Karaska
"Who could challenge our army" Kea smiled as he looked at the Imperial soldiers of Karaka doing their morning drills
At this time Kea's brother, Kama unfortunetely was forced to break some bad news to him
"Cough cough actually we could get whipped by several nations were not even in the top tens" Kama coughed and stared away
".....OH SHUT UP"!!! Kea groaned "I can have some!!! national pride you know"???!?!?
At this the entire army looked up confused and stared at there emperor
"Uh...nothing is wrong carry on" Kea chuckled nervously
"Uh my lord" An attendent walked in
"Yes"
"New information states that Kaylon is in trouble and that the state has been taken over by a general..." The attendent paused
"We are sending the current prime minister there a message would you like us to state anything"
Kea thought about this for a while before stating
"Tell them they are welcomed in Karaska and if they need any help feel free to ask" Kea whipped back and stared at the Imperial troops grinning
"Right away my lord" The attendent bowed and headed to a messaging station
Kama frowned "So eager to get into a conflict"?
Kea chuckled "Running a nation is a big gamble in the end, I think having a good ally is a nice dice toss"
Kea paused and pondered on his decision for a few more minutes

Admiral Nagel stood on the deck of the Carrier, as he saw three dots move closer, and get larger. It was not long after he spotted them, that the Hind slowed and touched down on the deck, its rotors slowed and stopped, and a door opened. A man in a ragged uniform stepped out, followed closely by a nervous one. Nagel didn't know who the leader was, but assumed it was the nervous looking one. The Admiral stepped up to the man, exicuted a crisp salut, and said, "I am Admiral Nagel, Commander of the Memory of Bassan Fleet and Commanding Officer of this vessel. We have been monitoring your situation closely, and have been sending intel to our Coalition Fleet HQ. So, if you don't mind, I will have the Engineering Crew take care and refuel your vehicle while we head to the Conference Room for some 'negotiations'... This way sirs"
The Admiral pointed to a open hatch and the party moved into the ship for the possible future of these two nations. Before the Admiral enter, he looked around: His crew was on the highest of alerts, they were sharp, clean, and nervous. The sun was blocked by the landing Seasharks, and two destroyers passed by.

[Secret IC]
Adrian had been monitoring several situations over the past week ever since the conflict in Moses Land. He realized simple morning reports weren't enough and when he heard of the rebellion in Kavlon he horrified. He listened to the television report as he was handed several papers regarding the situation.
"No prisoners...fleeing...hiding..." He heard much more but he heard those and his mind began racing, there must be something he could do. He thought of military support but that would be highly hypocritical not to mention political suicide.
But then he couldn't think of any diplomatic solution that could possibly help the situation that was growing darker and darker. He came up with an idea and although against it entirely realized it was the only solution. He didn't like it one bit... but sometimes you have to swallow your opinion and thoughts for the greater good.
Adrian called an emergency meeting and his top generals and advisors were there within the hour. The High Commander, Commander Valkan was present. He was a small man but built to the highest and demanded attention he was also an excellent military tactician.
"Valkan, I have an idea..." And he began to talk to mainly the Commander though others chimed in. Some were against it but realized like Adrian it was their only choice. Sure Eternus Lumen had armed forces but they weren't exactly built for offensive operations they were mostly built for guerilla warfare something that would assist the plan greatly.
In the end they all agreed to it, the plan was put in motion and the destiny between Eternus Lumen and Kavlon became intertwined.

Message to the current Government of Kavlon
Greetings and hello from Eternus Lumen. We congratulate you on your stunning victory against corruption and the likes. We hope to a long prosperous reign for you government.
However as we have seen in the past many successful revolutions have gone down after success. The reason is one and simple and that is civil unrest. People will become angry, wish for their old government and although now they may be in fear and or joy of a new government they will become angry later.
We propose an alliance between our two nations and to solidify and agreement between our two nations we would like for our armies to work side by side and help restore order to your beloved country.
We hope for a speedy reply.
Signed,
King Adrian the I
ELN
"Hello and welcome to Eternus Lumen News, we have some very important news to share with our fellow countrymen. The King himself has ordered the beginning of military exercises and mobilization so that he may send forces over to Kavlon's newly established government.
King Adrian has sent a message of an alliance between our nations and he hopes for better relations. However the newly established government seemed power hungry and brutal..."
"An honour to meet you Admiral, I'm...I'm Prime Minister Tasini, the last surviving member of the lawful Kavlon government, this is Corporal Malak," Kyle said as he motioned to Corporal Malak and followed the admiral to the conference room.
Tasini had never seen anything like an aircraft carrier before, and it was slightly overwhelming. The largest vessel the Kavlon navy had was an offshore patrol vessel armed with a low caliber gun and a couple of machine guns. The crew looked well trained, alert, ready and able to respond to any threat within seconds. With the backing of something like this, we could wipe out Asad's army within a day... Tasini thought to himself as he looked around the vessel.
The admiral entered into a conference room and motioned for Tasini and Malak to sit down. Before the admiral had a chance to start, Tasini started talking. "Again, admiral, I would like to extend my thanks for your assistance. I don't know what we would have done had you not contacted us. I hate to ask more of you and your nation, but aboard the helicopter we picked up some news reports before the stations were overrun by Asad's troops. There appears to be tens of thousands fleeing the capital and the surrounding area. I know Asad, he was a fantastic general, but vicious, and roguish, but the government needed him and his men at the time, I realize now that was our mistake. He will not show mercy on them, he will declare them traitors and have them imprisoned or executed, as much as I would like to ask for military assistance in overthrowing Asad, my first priority must be to save those people."
"General, the nation Eternus Lumen is offering an alliance, and to send troops here to assist in maintain law and order." Colonel Harrison reported.
"Kavlon needs no foreign troops, our army is more than able to deal with any threat, we must prove to the world that we are strong and send these people packing." Colonel Renaud suggested.
"No colonel, that would not do. Having an ally is always beneficial, and having some foreign troops in our nation would help make our claim more legitimate in the eyes of the international community. Contact this country, tell them that while our army is more than capable of handling the situation their assistance would be greatly appreciated, but due to certain feelings the people would see a significant number of independently commanded foreign troops as an occupation of sorts. However, a few battalions placed under my command would be accepted, and we could find ways for them to assist us." General Asad ordered as he looked upon a map of Kavlon that showed potential areas of resistance, movement of refugees, and the positions of his own troops.

Adrian received the message with a wide smile, he thought vividly of the battles to come and that smile faded quickly. Pushing those thoughts out of his head he quickly called High Commander Valkan. Valkan had been waiting outside for the clearance to enter Adrian's office, "Commander, no times for formalities... are the troops ready to be shipped off?" Adrian asked with a bit of urgency.
Valkan quickly leaned in, "Dammit Adrian we could fight this whole war without you're clever little plan." He gave a short laugh, "But yes the nessecary troops have been prepared for transport. Thirty Thousand of our Defense Forces have been temporarily removed and reordered to the Offensive Armies. They ask only for several battalions so the rest will be kept off shore on our ships ready for Operation: Spawn to begin.
We are as ready as we will be m'lord, as you said before only volunteers were picked to serve as the battalions going into the country to advise the troops.”
Adrian leaned back into his chair taking in everything, "Alright then you have my approval Commander, Initiate phase one." The General nodded and stood and exited the room leaving Adrian to his own thoughts.

As the alarms for mobilization sounded the troops began to run to their stations, running up the ramps of the ships that would take them to battle. Onboard the Omega Class Trimaran Heavy Battleship, Pride of the Light Field General Tiberius watched his troops form up. The grand fleet of Eternus Lumen would set sail for the first time to combat an enemy.
Tiberius had been informed of the plan and he didn't like it, "Too shadowy." He had said. He like full frontal guerilla warfare where three man can kill an entire army hence the reason he was picked for a war that would be fought by Guerillas.
"General, we are ready to set sail." Captain Steven announced after a half hour of watching the troops, the last one jumped on, "Alright people! I want us there within the day no slacking! Move move move! Set us sail!" And a thunderous cheer ran throughout the base as the ships set sail.
The dark room was filled with men and women almost choking in their own smell of sweat, the situation had become more dangerous. Not only had the democratic government been completely anahiliated, several other nations were sending troops. Though the nations were small, the defence department understood they might be brave, and Camewot's reputation must be held high.
It was our post-Victoria duty to free as much oppresive nations as possible, now not in an alliance anymore but individually. And it was their duty to do so, even it involved smaller nations.
Suddenly, all the mumbleing stopped when the room was filled by a red light coming from the plasma screen. It counted down from 5, and the young man with long hairs came into the screen again, he kept it short but his words were strong. "Gentlemen from the Defense department, I have found a roof above my head in the southern part of Kavlon, it has become dangerous to go outside. A nation called Eternus Lumus has send troops and they have been searching for spies and other rebels for days and nights now. A rebel has set me up with some paperwork that will make me a Kavlon citizen. I beg you, install democracy in this country again, I see no way out."
The machine made a flashing sound and the message stopped, the mumbling started all over again untill André Flahaut stepped into the room, a minute to late to see the video message. He had already mobilized a few professional army divisions.

OOC: That's why I'm not posting untill Saturday, to get my post into the date its supposed to be.
*Antioch, southern reaches of Kavlon*
Antioch, considered the jewel of the south, was now awash in the fires of rebellion. The garrison commander had initially refused to side with Asad, hoping to cut a deal for greater power. Now he was dead, a handful of survivors who had fled the parliamentary guard had started a small underground movement, and just hours earlier, detonated a bomb that killed the garrison commander and most of his commanders. The troops rebelled, killing their commanders and turning on the troops loyal to Asad who had come down from the north.
Jake Lanson peeked around the corner of Antioch road, which lead to the city gates. A T-55 was rolling into the city, bearing the markings of the Kavlon army, Asad's troops. He motioned behind him for their technical, bearing a 106mm recoilless rifle to come up. Lanson counted down and signalled to the technical which peeled out onto the street and slammed the brakes.
The tank's turret turned to face the new threat but the men manning the recoiless rifle got their shot off and the round went smashing through the forward armour of the old soviet vehicle and it shut down, thick black smoke started coming out of it and one of the crew members came scrambling out of the hatch, his legs limp and fire consuming him.
Lanson raised his rifle and considered shooting him, but saw he was helpless and decided to let him die slowly.
"Attention all Antioch Guard units, Asad's troops are in full retreat, the city is ours, I say again, the city is ours. All foward units assume defensive positions and start digging in. 34, you are to move out of the city and start bringing in refugees, theres a flood of them moving down from the capital."
*News report, KNN*
"This is Mark Ferran for Kavlon News Network. Loyalists of the former regime attempted to stage a small rebellion in Antioch today, carrying out a terrorist attack killling the commander of the Antioch garrison and trying to throw the city into disarray. Some of the garrison troops, themselves loyalists of the former regime opened up on Kavlon army troops, and entered into a day of running street battles. Fortunately, our heroic forces won through, and are containing the situation."

Message:
I believe I have a found a job for your battalions, there is a minor uprising in the southern city of Antioch, and the assistance of your troops would be greatly appreciated. There is a small port just north of the city, where my troops are based. Land your battalions there, and we will move south to crush the uprising.

The ocean was calm for such an unusual day, for a day of war. The sun shined brightly down upon the forces of Eternus Lumen and the battalions were ready to initiate the operation, Tiberius smiled though he hated this whole shadow operation he did realize its genius to it, "Captain how far till we arrive?"
The captain turned quickly, "Land has been sighted, and we’re launching aircraft now sir we'll be ready to land troops within fifteen minutes." Tiberius nodded, "Sound battle stations! All men let's go time to rumble!" The ships became filled with the thunder of rushing footsteps and aircraft taking off to signal the arrival of Eternus Lumen.
They were F/A-18 Super Hornets and they flew gracefully in the calm winds so unlike their life purpose, to search and destroy. They would be the first military unit of any type to enter a foreign land and they would be remembered for the rest of their lives for this milestone.
Tiberius looked to his crew, "Men we have job to do, let's do it launch the Battalions. There were five battalions in all, each carried and average of a thousand men and they were armed to the teeth. For such a pacifist nation Eternus Lumen was prepared for war in its entirety.
They hit the transports and they began to head towards an undisclosed beach. They were told to land in a port and what get attacked by rebels? The Field General didn't think so.
The Super hornets shot off gunfire to signal their arrival and the beginning of the real war. While the troops hit the beaches hard expecting an attack from every angle. They were meant for defense and sometimes the best offense is a defense.
They broadcasted on an open channel, "EL Troops have arrived, five battalions in full prepared to work with Kavlon Government troops, we are at a beach somewhere north of Antioch. We request a RZ where our forces can meet and go forth to drive the rebels from your country."
The troops set up position waiting for a response.

The Admiral noded, and said "Yes we thought you would say that," The Admiral leaned over to a phone, and pressed a button, "Captian Sind, give the weapons-free code."
"Yes Sir" a voice said from the phone as Nagel put it down and looked up, "We were pretty sure you would want our assistance, so I ordered 10 of our N/SF-24s [Navel version of the F-23 Blackwidow] to hit multipule targets in your country, especially in a southern coastal area. We have also spotted a small fleet which we have descovered is re-enforing rebel forces. Due to the presence of that fleet I have moved this fleet's 'Boomer' sub and it's Attack subs to strike the enemy fleet- they will be within striking distance within the hour. And in addition to the many air raids and sea strikes we have planned, we will be fielding half of this fleet's Marine compliment, which is about 4,000 people."

TWO HOURS LATER- UNDERWATER ONBOARD THE SEBECEAN IMPERIAL COALITION BALISTIC MISSILE SUBMARINE SIS LOW WATER-
Captian Hudson watched the sonar blip as his ship ran silent, tracking the enemy carrier. He was within weapons range, but was waiting for the perfect moment to strike... "Parascope depth..." he said.
"Yes sir, Rise to Parascope depth..."
"Arm tubes one and three, Have tubes two and four on standby... flood the tubes"
"Aye sir, Arm tubes one and three. Tubes two and four, standby... Flood the tubes" Repeated the XO
"Up parascope... target confirmed as enemy carrier, down parascope... Mr. Clark give me a target!" said the Captian in a authoritarian voice.
"Aye sir... Sonar locked... ready to fire sir."
The bridge got really quite, everyone waited for the order... It seemed like a life time, but only seconds passed, "Fire One!" shouted Hudson. The boat shook a little as the torpedeo was fired... "Fire Three!" Again the boat rocked...
"Sir, Fish are in the Water, they swim straight and true." the XO said in a happy tone...

An alarm went off suddenly on the bridge of the Titan Class Trimaran Fleet Carrier, Guardian Angel, "Sir... SONAR reports that we have detected a submarine....HIT THE DECK!" The officer screamed as the ship rocked from three explosions. Two of them almost pierced the armor, the third one however pierced it, "Seal the hatches...I want anti-sub helicopters in the air now!" The captain barked as the crew slowly recovered. Never the less however the ship was beginning to sink slowly but surely the hole that had erupted was bigger the one compartment.

"General! Angel is under attack! Torpedo attack most likely an enemy sub is in the area." An officer reported. Tiberius quickly snapped to his battle mode, "Get every anti-sub weapon and ship we have in the area on the look out kill anything that is under the water unless it is one of our own!"
The crew rushed to relay his orders to the rest of the fleet soon enough Sub-Helicopters were in the air close to twenty searching for any submarine activity. They began dropping anti-submarine weapons into the water to see if anything would hit home. Other ships began to move away in case another attack erupted.
"Sir... Angel is Sinking!"
OOC: I'm going ahead and assuming you have Kavlon mapped out with all the hotspots and the such in this conference room
"Four thousand marines, I cannot thank you enough admiral, now if you'll give me a minute please," Tasini said as he looked over a map of Kavlon that had been laid out.
"I don't want to ask you to send your men into combat for our war, but if you can get us a secure beachhead in the south, and help us get the refugees down into that safe area, we could muster whatever resistance forces are in place and recruit thousands of new troops from the refugees, if you could lend us money to procure equipment and provide some assistance with training, we could start retaking our country after a few months if your air forces could keep Asad's troops of our backs, they have no real air defence capability besides some old AA guns." Tasini suggested, starting to fall into his new role and come up with a plan to rebuild Kavlon.
"EL troops, this is Leftenant Colonel Carenberg, the display of aerial firepower was a bit unnecessary, this port is safe and secure. Move your troops about 5 kilometers west of your position, that is where our main camp is located just off of the highway. I have a rear guard located at the town hall, they should be dispatching someone to your location to guide you to the camp. Ensure you're all ready for combat, we should be in battle by nighttime."

ON SIS LOW WATER-
The sub had steamed out of the immeadiate area as quiet as she could. She was soon out of the engagement zone but continued to head out trying to put a good distance between the enemy fleet and themselves.
ON SIS BASSAN GLORY
"That will work, sir, we will create a safe 'loyalist' zone for your troops and refugees. We will be bringing some of our light armor to shore, and I have just emailed the Civil Troop Corps and they are loading a TA-17 [C-17] will older Sebecean rifles (G3A3s) and some other small arms. They should arrive within eight hours. Air Corp Command has authorized a 24 hour constant bombardment of enemy troop positions. With the plan we have set up, the country should be in your hands in less than 72 hours." The Admiral said.
"If you can secure Kavlon in 72 hours, then we will forever be in your debt and we will do whatever we can to repay you. How long will it be until your marines are on the ground, and an area is secure? I would like to get on the ground and get to work as soon as possible." Tasini asked.
"Also, could I get a ride with your marines, thats my country, and I don't want to be sitting in a conference room aboard a carrier while foreign troops fight and possibly die for it." Corporal Malak requested.
*Capital*
Parked just out front of the parliament buildings were half a dozen T-55 tanks, a significant portion of Kavlon's small heavy armour force that Asad controlled. A high pitched whine was heard seconds before the ordnance hit its mark and blew apart the armoured vehicles, shattering the forward defences of Asad's new command center. The Sebecean fighter that had just hit the tanks turned back around for another run, this time at the barricades where the Parliamentary guard had made their last stand, now manned by Asad's infantry. The fighter hit the target and the surviving infanteers scattered, screaming for medics and screaming out warnings about airstrikes.
"Sir, another strike, our foward defences are gone!" a young rad op called out to the general.
General Asad drove his fist into a table and called out new orders, "Damnit! This wasn't supposed to happen, they weren't supposed to get support! Rad op! Send out orders for my personal battalion to pull back to this position and dig in. And get any air defences we can get our hands over here!"

Tiberius smiled his devilish grin, the Ravlon government was already under attack and it had done devastating damage. He thought it might be too early to initiate Phase II: Switching Stances but he decided to hell with it, the country would be back to the too good guys within a couple of hour’s maybe, "Captain, launch the rest of our guys."
Steven looked at Tiberius, "But sir, our forces haven't even made contact with the Kavlon Government, we have to wait-" Tiberius cut him off, "God dammit soldier, there won't be any contact, as clever as it was it isn’t useful here now launch my boys and begin the attack."
Steven nodded, "Sir and the rest of it as well?" Tiberius nodded, "You bet you're ass!" Suddenly the carries that surrounded the mini-dreadnaught came to life, as F/A-18 Super Hornets sped off to attack the Capital and restore order to the country.
Meanwhile on the helicopter pads, dozens of transport helicopters escorted by armed to the teeth Apaches took off for the capital to secure what would be left of it. The ground forces though led by the Field General would be directly commanded by General Ivengard. He watched with a smile to his face as the forces zoomed over the landscape, past the landing marines who take other cities and onto the city.
15 minutes Later
The Forty F/A-18 Super hornets arrived on the scene at the city and looked for targets of opportunity, "This is Hawk Leader, we got coordinates on the Command Center." The fighter-bombers zoomed in with the squad leader and began opening fire on it and it's defenses.
One bomb was dropped it said, Take this ya bastard another said, Should've seen it coming. Transmitted on an open communication was the message, "Your reign's over Asad... hoped you enjoyed it... the Calvary has arrived!"
The infantry weren't far behind....

The Marines had taken off with the Admiral and the Kavlonian Corperal. Most of the VTOLs landed to support and secure a safe zone, while the Admiral and the Kavlonian Enlisted along with two other TAV-44s [V-44] full of Marines landed at the capitol building, that had some fresh marks of bombardment. The Marines quickly dismounted and seized the surrounding buildings and created a parimeter around the building which Asad resided in. They began to fire tear gas into the building along with a few random flashbangs. A lound speaker gave Asad 12 hours to surrender. The Sebecean Light armor was dropped in by TAV-44s and more Sebecean Marines and a few Kavlon loyalists arrived. They would wait until the deadline was up.
Corporal Malak had dropped with the Sebecean marines and light armour into the capital. Loyalists, largely civilians and some deserters fleeing Asad's army, had linked up with them and he forged them into an oversized platoon, appointing some of Asad's deserters as section commanders.
"Sir! Request permission to move through the city and start picking up additional troops, there should be plenty of other loyalists out there that we can bring back here to build up our forces," Malak asked the admiral as he listened to radio reports of fighting erupting between armed mobs and Asad's troops.
*Commercial district*
A massive mob of armed citizens rushed through the streets, a medium truck had already been flipped over and the troops beaten to death, their weapons now in the hands of the rebellious crowd. A technical came roaing around a corner, its fifty cal opening up on the crowd, but gunfire from dozens of civilians cut the crew to pieces and part of the crowd rushed to man the vehicle.
The crowd reached an office building owned by one of Asad's supporters and financial backers, razor wire surrounded it and guards manned positions around it, but fled at the sight of the crowd. Bodies of fallen troops were thrown on the wire and the crowd rushed the building, throwing rocks and molotov cocktails through the windows and pouring fire at any person they could see.
They stormed inside, slaughtering the guards and beating any workers they found to death. Screams echoed through the corridors of the low level building as the crowd chanted death to the traitors and continued their rampage until the building was clear. Then they knocked out the fighting equipment and systems and set fire to everything that would ignite, some were caught inside, but the rest fled and made it out. The building became a massive flaming torch, lighting up the city skyline as the mob continued its path of vengeance, hunting down any supporters of Asad they could find, and growing in number as more people joined them.

"This is your country Cpl, take it... you are in command" The admiral said handing him what appeared to be the rank devices of a Sebecean 1st General (Brigadier General)... "We do not have any of your rank versions, but we see that you now need to be promoted. You will now be seen as a 1st General in the Sebecean Coalition. Good hunting"
A small rusty old ship sat a few miles from any coastal territories, in the middle of nowhere, as if stranded or lost in unknown waters. Upon closer inspection you could see it was an old fishing ship, its nets casts and a few rods to catch the sustaining of some family. But as almost everything it was a farce, in reality it was a highly advance intelligence gathering vessel working for an obscure Pheanixian governmental department. It was mostly a listening post for the region, compiling and sending weekly reports of the happenings in this backwater region, as no one knows when another Psychotic Despot is going to surface. As know one these reports was finding its way into the Prime Minister hands, after having been “doctored” by a few intelligence officers to get a better result, or should we say a “warring result”.
“So Jeena, what do you have for me today” asked the Prime Minister, trying to erase the sleep from his face.
“Not much Erick, just another conflict brewing in a third world country” the Intelligence Chief responded in a calculated tone, she as the rest of Pheanix Military wanted another war to get involved in.
“Another one, those people never quit.” Erick said pausing to stifle a yawn, “At least is mostly internal right?”
“Not exactly, its more like a soap opera, the rebels manage to get an ally who betrayed them and are now going to be killed off by a few larger nations” Jeena responded, waiting to see what was going to be the Prime Minister reaction.
“Same old, same old.” Erick responded to Jeena’s surprise, “but as always let’s help out the smaller guy. What assets do we have in the area?”
That last statement relieved Jeena, as her work was done…for now, the rest was n the hands of the brave men and women of the Pheanixian Military. “We have two squads of SpecOps stationed in or listening post for that region. They can be inside in the nation within two hours.” She said as a matter-of-factly wanting her troops to get better handling of Rescue Operations.
“Very well, deploy them. Also send in the two Task Forces under Admiral Castro to be position in international waters until further orders. Oh and ready the PEC (Pheanix Expeditionary Corp) just in case” The Prime Minister ordered as he watched over a map of Kavlon, “by the way send a communiqué to everyone to stand down and engage in peace talks, and another one to the rebel leader to brace and prepare himself and most trusted staffs for extraction by our forces”.
Jeena responded with an automated “Yes, Sir” before getting on her cell phone ordering the deployment of her and the Admiral troops. This was going to be a challenge for the Pheanixians as one of the nations helping the democratic government was quiet populous, strategy rather than brute force was going to be the winning factor in this conflict.
In the dead of night, two Spec Ops squads mounted their, rafts and went underway toward an isolated and undefended beach on the coast of Kavlon. The 12 men were armed with the most up to date technology the Pheanixian Military has offers, although they more geared toward stealth than firepower these men could hold their own in a firefight against a much larger and heavier force. The only thing you hear was the silent humming of the motor boat, the men layed quietly and alert practicing with their minds the various ways to finish the mission, getting the top rebel leaders to a safer place.
The two Task Forces under Admiral Castro were on another mission for the naval department but still they were recalled since their the best in this type of situations, projection of power. Right now that was what the Commonwealth needed in the region, as well as place secure enough to host either the peace talks or hold the rebel leaders in case things got sour. Having recalled their contingents and aircrafts from the previous mission the two Task Forces, 304th and 305th went on their way toward Kavlov, their estimated time of arrival less than 15 hours.
Message to All Nations,
This is Erick, Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Pheanix, as a diplomatic gesture on behalf of everyone we ask that the hostilities ceased and peace talks are initiated as violence isn’t always the answer to ones problems. We know that the country is in anarchy as the people are either enacting revenge on the rebels or helping them fight off the multiple troops send against them, so for the good of the people we urged you to declare a cease fire and try the diplomatic venue.
Encrypted Message to Rebel Leaders,
This is Jeena, Intelligence Chief of the Pheanixian Military; we hereby announce our intent to aid you and your cause in this conflict. Although we don’t want things to escalate into a full blown war we have been authorized to deploy a few strategic troops to further your cause. Two squads of our Spec Ops have been dispatched to secure and escape route for your and your staff, we await your answer on the matter.

Message to Pheanix
The Emperors of the Coalition along with Congress have decreed that Sebecean forces will only stop fighting at the request of the Kavlon Government.
The two rafts carrying the Spec Ops squads silently arrived at an isolated beach, the moon lighting the path ahead for the contingent of twelve men. Quiet expertly four men stayed behind to hide both rafts for when they needed them for departure, while the rest went ahead to scout out a path toward the Capital City of Kavlon. The men barely made a sound as they moved stealthily toward their objective, the plan was simple to guard the rebel General Assad, or escort him out of the city to safety whichever was needed the most. And right now things were getting pretty hairy in the capital with the Sebecean forces and the betraying upstart nation dishing out strong attacks against the Kavlon military. But it would be another four hours before these brave men got even close to the capital, at least they would arrive before dawn…if everything went well.
Task Forces 304th and 305th, Position Undisclosed
The pristine state of the waters surrounding Kavlon was quickly broken as the powerful battleships and cruisers broke through it, like slicing freshly baked bread. The carriers followed as well as the rest of the ships consisting of arsenal ships, destroyers and various other supply and attack boats. Under the surface a more silent predator laid, as the many submarines accompanying the surface ships glided through the deep dark waters, with only their passive sonar active as to not be detected. They were mostly guided by the Command ship of the fleet the carrier CPS-Gonzalez, whose powerful sonar array was design to work with many types of vessel.
Admiral Castro was looking through his binoculars at the horizon, knowing that they were near the hot zone; the long range radars had already alerted him to the presence of enemy vessels in the area. The bridge of the Gonzalez looked more like a beehive as the radio operators were issuing orders to the different battle groups, the Admiral wanted the two Task Forces to be ready for any type of battle that might spilled their way. Three squadrons were in the air always flying CAP for the fleet, as well as a submarine hunting helicopter group just in case since they were getting reports of submarines present in the area.
Finally the Admiral could see the outline of the enemy ships appear of the horizon, it consisted of two smaller fleets, although one couldn’t discard their power. The Sebecean fleet was dimmed the most dangerous one, as it could match the Pheanixian vessels in power although they were small in number. On another hand the Eternal Lumus had what appeared to be a mini Dreadnought surround by various naval vessels. Only one ship was deemed as dangerous in this fleet, the Dreadnought. For now all the Pheanixian ships were put on high alert, and the carrier based airplanes were fueled up and armed, ready at a moments noticed to take off.
Message to Setean-Sebeceans
We suggest a cease-fire; you don’t even have to leave your positions or captured territory. Wouldn’t it be better to save the country by peace rather than force, imagine the millions or even billions of dollars you could save, not counting the live of many of your brothers and sisters. Although it wouldn’t be good neither for the country of Kavlo nor its economy to experience a prolong battle, it’s in the best interest of the Commonwealth that this conflict be resolved diplomatically. A small fleet, consisting of around 150 ships from the 304th and 305th Task Forces under Admiral Castro should be arriving soon as an observer and nothing else. We ask that no shots be fired upon them or else it shall be considered an act of war against the Commonwealth of Pheanix.

Message to Pheanix
Once again the Second Sebecean Democratic Imperium will not act with a ceasefire, unless requested by the government of Kavlon. If your fleet and aircraft move a mile closer to our fleet, we will engage you. We are aware of you submarine capabilities*, and if they move another half mile, we will engage you.
We do not care about the risks invovled, or the price of this mission, we only care about the saftey and freedom of an allied nation. In fact we have not lost a single soldier do to combat**.
*Sonar pods are placed around an area of conflict to protect the Sebecean of Allied fleet in the area from possible submarine attacks. Submarines are not trutly quiet, unless you are in a noisy zone.
**We have not lost anyone from enemy fire, we have lost one male due to a sudden fatal stroke and another two other males who fell from a TAV-22 (V-22) insertion, one is dead and the other is in stable condition on a Amphibious Assault Ship.
Task Forces 304th and 305th, Outside territorial waters of Kavlon
The fleet came to a stop outside Kavlon’s territorial waters, a mile and a half away from the Sebecean Fleet. Admiral Castro surveyed the other two fleets from his Flag ship, the Gonzalez, taking in the number of enemy vessels and coastal defenses, of which he found none. The Sebecean Fleet was in range of most guns in the Task Forces, especially the Arsenal Ships which were already marking the location of enemy battleships and carriers to destroy further on. The modernize Iowa-Class Battleships simply floated there not moving their guns as it would put the enemy on notice about their imminent attack. The wave’s crash on the cold steel hulls as Destroyers and Cruisers moved to defensive position around the fleet, guarding the various supply and transport ships from enemy air or submarine attacks.
The four Nimitz-Class Carriers were the workhorse of this small fleet, having more firepower in their bellies than all the battleships escorting them. The F-22’s and F-18/A Super Hornet aboard the ships were being prepped up; their fuel tanks completely full and armed with a mix of air-to-air- and air-to-ground missiles to cope with any situation. Under the surface all was quiet as more than a dozens ballistic and attack submarine were laid in a unique pattern, one used extensively in the Pheanixian Navy to maximize the amount of damage they could do. Everything was in place the only thing missing was the order to attack, although the Sebecean shouldn’t suspect a thing the Admiral wasn’t taking any chances.
SpecOps Squads, beneath the Capital of Kavlon
No one would think a human being of being down here as the sewer system of the Capital city of Kavlon, or any other thriving country for that matter was full of pretty disgusting things. From the foul smell that seemed to emanate from every corner to the disease ridden rats running and scavenging the remains thrown down here. The twelve men moved quickly but silently toward their objective, or at least as neared as they could surface to it safely. The house Assad resided was surrounded by Sebecean troops, from Marines to heavy tanks where guarding the place, it didn’t looked good for the team. Luckily they wouldn’t need to worry about them; as soon as they were in position they were to radio the fleet commander for a precision strike with cruise missiles to eliminate the opposition. Pheanixian intelligence had been good to them for now, although that was the easy part infiltration, the battles were about to begin.
Message to Setian-Sebeceans,
Our troops and fleets are in international waters and as such you cannot tell us where or when we can place them. Our stance has been of a neutral nation in this conflict, we have given no indication to you to fire on us or even think we would open fire against you. Although that stance may change soon, since a diplomatic solution can’t be found we are bounded by the Gutlet Doctrine to help out the smaller guy in a conflict. Our preference to end a conflict has always been a diplomatic solution, but it seems we can’t find fertile lands for peace in this part of the world. Please reconsider our offer.

Response
No
The Second Admiral in command figured that this might happen, a foreign fleet trying to fight for the terrorists. This would not stand, and just before sending the message the five-inch guns and the missiles fired from the destroyers, they targeted the Carriers and the Arsenal Ships. VTOLs (F-35Bs) on the Amphibious Assault Ship took off quickly as the sea variants of the F-23 and Comanche headed to sink the other vessels. Submarines stayed low and quiet as depth charges were pushed off of the Sebecean ships. Returing aircraft quickly began gun runs on the enemy F-18s.
The bridge of the Gonzalez went frantic as multiple missiles were vector toward the Pheanixian fleet; “Hmph” Admiral Castro grunted as he entered the Bridge, “Cowards, at least we didn’t start it”. He quickly took his position over the strategic map in the back room, ordering his fleet to attack with full force the enemy shall remember his name.
The air was filled with explosions as all the Arsenal Ships, numbering an even dozen, computer systems quickly vector in the trajectory of the missiles and fired an equal number of anti-missiles missiles. If any survived that mess they would encounter the advance CIWS systems aboard the Carriers which would make short work of them. All the while the three squadrons of F-22 Raptors in the air flying CAP were the first to engage the upcoming enemy air threat, and were soon joined by a mix of 255 of F-18/ Super Hornets and F-22 Raptors proceeding from three of the four Nimitz Class Carriers. The whole flotilla of airplanes was armed with a mix of air-to-air and air-to-ground missiles, to quickly destroy the enemy forces. The fourth Carrier was the flagship, which holded its planes in reserves in case things got sour or for the final pushed whichever came first.
The Ticonderoga Class cruisers started to fulfill their role in the anti-air campaign firing off standard SAM missiles against the incoming enemy planes. Dozens upon dozens of missiles went up into the air as more than half of the forty-five cruisers in the fleet fired upon their respective targets. The modernize Iowa Battleships didn’t loose any time rotating their powerful 18” main guns toward the enemy formation. Their power was felt as soon as they let loose a volley from all the guns, the twelve battleships roared volley after volley toward the enemy ships. Soon many vessels would be lying on the bottom of the ocean floor.
Under the surface the submarines prepared for battle, the Los Angeles class attack subs fired two torpedoes each toward the Sebecean Carriers totaling in 24 torpedoes. Their Ohio Class Guided Missiles counterparts unleashed a total of 200 cruise missiles toward the enemy cruisers, before submerging again running silently toward a new location. The under water campaign has just begun, as after firing their torpedoes the Los Angeles attack subs started hunting their enemy counterparts.
The various transport ships in the fleet, accommodating a whole brigade of Marines went in ahead toward the beaches of Kavlon. They would use this distraction on behalf of the naval battle to make it ashore without much difficulty. Although casualties were expected the LT.Col. in charge of the force expected at least ¾ of the 10,000 force to make it through to the beachhead.
OCC: two cruisers were damaged, and a few supply vessels were sunk or put out of operation. Damage mainly done by five-inch gun.

The highly out numbered fleet took major hits, many ships went down including the Flagship Carrier and a Amphibious Assault Ship. 14 of the 18 surface ships
ships in the fleet went down, but all 6 of the subs quickly left the air in the noise of the battle. The left one thing behind, it began to rise to the surface. Once on the surface it sat there and bobbed in the middle of the enemy fleet, before reaching critical... a second sun rose over Kavlon that day, a hydrogen one.
Powerful and large explosions erupted from the enemy vessels as they capsized or sunk into the cold ocean water. Admiral Castro sported a smile as he saw he’s fleets achievement, “That what they get for being cowards” he thought while formulating the next step. One of his radio operators found a small “thing” floating upwards, but it was quickly dismissed as a piece of debris or something of the like. All of a sudden a white bright light erupted in between the cruisers and destroyers screening the more powerful ships, no one knew what happened or how it happened.
For a few seconds almost the whole fleet was engulfed in a bright light, with the exception of the armored transports who were already unloading troops in the beach. As the bright light diminished the damage could be assed, it was tremendous and horrible at the same time. The cowardly attack using hydrogen warheads crippled, nay almost destroyed the whole Pheanixian fleet. More than 90 out of the 150 navy vessels were either sunk or capsizing, and many of the ships remaining afloat had lost most of their electronic equipment thanks to the EMP created by the hydrogen bomb.
Countless Cruisers, Destroyers, Supply Vessels and even seven Battleships and two Carriers were downed. It was a tragic loss for the Pheanixian Navy as a whole, although it was caused for more troops and a larger, heavier naval force to be sent to these waters. Using nuclear or any other variant of WMD wasn’t in the doctrine of the Armed Forces of the Commonwealth but they had the capabilities and were sure to use them after having been fired with one first. It would be the start of a very tragic war, especially to Kavlon and it outlying territories.
The submarines perished almost the same fate as the surface ships, although the Los Angeles attack subs survived as they were out hunting the enemy submarines. While three Guided Missile Submarines were sunk as they were a little too close to the fleet, the rest survived although slightly damage thanks to the powerful detonation. At least their cruise missiles remained intact, and they had more than enough to wipe out every installation in Kavlon. But right now they were assessing the damage and following protocol to communicate with Naval HQ for further orders, this conflict had evolved into full blown war.
Lt.Col. Hernandez, Commander of the Marines landing at the beach quickly made an assessment of the situation. The naval vessels were lost, either sunk or unable to move due to their electronic being fried, so his men were alone in this ordeal. “At least we have the heavier force in the land…I hope so” he thought as he ordered his men toward the capital, the infantry flanking a column of about a hundred of M1A2 Abrahams and Bradley’s. The Artillery regiment was following last as to cover for any sudden attack and the plus of being protected by the heavier forces in front of them. In his command vehicle the Lt.Col. made an encrypted call to the homeland, “Naval Fleet compromising of the Task Forces 304th and 305th under Admirals Castro’s Command has been almost destroyed, reinforcements needed to finish our mission, no support whatsoever”. He sighed knowing he would have to withstand the sudden loss of support and continue on ahead as planned toward their objective.
Most of the planes in the air manage to escape the blast radius and EMP as they were high enough in the air or far away, although some 30 or so plummeted into the cold ocean waters. Foul language and harsh curses could be heard over the radio as the Pheanixian pilots watched their friends and compatriots died by a cowardly attack. Quickly each Squadron Leader organized his or her troops, some were sent to hunt the remaining enemy aircrafts while other were sent to sink the remains of the Sebecean Fleet. All this could be seen from the ground and the Marines moving toward the capital could be seen cheering their pilots on, although none of the pilots would see them as there was only one thing in their minds revenge.
Commonwealth of Pheanix, PEC Base
As the conflict started the PEC (Pheanixian Expeditionary Corp) had been mobilize to aid the war effort, and as such almost all of its Division were active. More than 500,000 men and women had been call for duty and were being armed and prepared to embark toward the territories of Kavlon. And in light of currents events, more troops were sure to follow, although they needed to be mobilizing first. From the Navy orders came form the top, the First Fleet was to sail with the PEC Task Forces. The enemy would have in its hands a very large and powerful foe to fight this time, as the most powerful ships in the Pheanixian Navy would be sailing toward them and in numbers. Numerous supply and support vessels were to follow, these numbering the thousands with their own escorts as to refrain from being too close to the Fleet alas they suffered the same fate. This would be a conflict the enemy nation wont forget soon enough. The large Pheanixian Force would be underway in less than a week; their brothers in Kavlon would have to wait a little more before receiving aid.

As the mist and haze of evaporated water cleared revealing the limping Pheanixian fleet, 100 black objects moved from a nearby bay. Stealth ships composed of a Arsenal Type Destroyer and two Destroyer variants. The hid from the enemies for a long time, and now steamed towards the crippled ships. They fired mercilessly at them, aiming at the water line. They also began dropping many depth charges and other submarine hunting devices. Aircraft were fired upon radar lock and the destroyers turned to begin bombardment of the enemy troops on shore.
The crippled fleet couldn’t do much except try to survive the punishment it was receiving, they couldn’t move and they couldn’t fire back…yet. Mechanics were working on getting at least some type of defenses back, they especially wanted the powerful guns of the Iowa’s and the missiles bays in working order, but it would be some time before that could happen. The only thing the enemy vessels couldn’t do successfully would be to board the ships as their surviving crews raided the weapons cache. For now the strong hull of the ships would have to hold or the navy men would find a frozen death in these waters.
The hundreds of aircrafts in the air, after eliminating the remaining few Sebecean airplanes started to strafe the new enemy vessels with gun fire. A lucky few enough that manage to get a signature from the weapons being fired manage to fire missiles toward them. All in all they were doing what they could against a stealth boat, something they alone shouldn’t be doing.
On the beach the Sebecean naval bombardment merely hit the armored transports and their crews who were trying to establish a few defenses just in case. At the sight of the explosions, many tried to cover themselves in the armored transports but the heavy bombardment was relentless and managed to destroy a good chunk of them, along with many brave men. At least the main Marine Force remained almost unscathed as a few sheels manage to find their true target killing a few dozen or so men and women. For now they remained on their way to the capital, and away from the beach wee enemy ships were running rampant as the Pheanixian Naval presence remain at a minimum, only a few more hours to go.
The submarines quietly glided across the water, many nautical miles away from the enemy vessels trying in vain to find and destroy them. The Guided Missiles submarines were already dispersed, their location almost untraceable in these noisy waters as explosion occurred both under and on the surface. Out of nowhere about 70 cruise missiles came out of the water from different locations and made their way toward the enemy ships. They went up in packs of ten, each from a different location to confuse the enemy radars and crewmen, and just as well the submarines continue on their way getting away from the ships hunting them.

The missiles suprised the crew, but they reacted professionally as they launched Anti-Missiles and Missile Bouys*. They attracted the missiles and shot them out of the sky. A few of the missiles that made it through the shield met the new CIWS, the Archer Close in Weapons System.
